Defeated, I found one I settled on because I believed no one in Cleveland could do the job I wanted done. Have tried this place 2x... 1. massage experience- the therapist smokes, and had smoked right before my massage, leaving the lingering smell to overtake any of the scents I would have enjoyed during my massage 2. Highlights- advertised as $45 "and up" on website. What this actually means is you schedule online, show up and get placed in a chair to be told that partial highlights start at $85, without the cost of products, which gets you upwards of $100 depending how much bleach you need. What does $45 cover? One strand of hair? This is horrific false advertising. Of course, the pamphlet in the store has correct pricing. Well thanks for that. Edit: same day got a call from the manager, interested in my perspective as a customer and improving their website. Great dialogue, great ideas discussed, she truly cares about her business and customer service. I've changed my 1 star to 3 stars for now, as the stylist misrepresented my issues, however, she did a nice job and the highlights did come out beautiful. read more

Janilda did my nails; she was so nice and inviting, she did an UHMAZINGGGG job and even offered some creative solutions for my nails. Got a full set with glitter and your typical white French tip which is a classic combo for me. Pricing was perfect and the quality and speed of my appt was unmatched. My overall experience was sub par. My appointment was at 3:00 pm and I wasn't sat for my appointment until 3:45. Once I sat down the girl I had, Keesha, didn't greet me or apologize. She giggled about how she was forty minutes behind to her coworker. I was then given to another nail tech to shape my nails while she went to order food. My nails ended up being poorly shaped, and the polish has begun to chip off after two days of wear. Made a appointment over the phone with this salon and they were nice enough to take me and my granddaughter and me daughter for this Saturday they did tell me that if I cancelled they would charge my credit card 8% for a cancellation fee. I went there today and it was the dirtest place I have ever been to. I did tell the manager about that but she tld me that they do clean and that it was cleaned in the morning. Yah I dont think so the tv had so much dust on it I have never seen before the floor was disgusting as well dirt all over. I did not feel comfortable getting a pedicure there beccause if they do not clean I was not going to risk getting a infection. She charged me the full amount for both pedicures even though we did not get that service. I could see paying the 8% like I was told I will never go back or recommend this place I will be calling the Ohio State Board so you better start cleaning. I really like Pink Boutique! It seems like anything that you need done they can do for you. I got my nails done by Kristina and my feet done by Kyra. Most of the ladies there were nice and welcoming! In my experience booking was a bit difficult because you have to do it online. However, once you book the first time you're in the system and they can schedule your follow up appointment. There were a few minor flaws in my nails and my feet were perfect. Only thing is they don't do polish change on your toes. You have to get what they call a mini pedi or a full pedi. The mini runs for about $30 and the full $45. Kyra did a great job on my mini pedi. My overall experience was a better than I have had at any other nail salon in Cleveland. In my search to find a nail salon to go to consistently, I think this is the one. Overall, I paid a little over $100 for the services that I received including tip. It was worth it to me! She was fast but also made sure my nails looked good and they were what I wanted. She hand painted my designs and my nails were so pretty. Everyone loved them and asks me where I got them done. My nails were damaged after using press ons and having acrylics, so I scheduled a gel manicure with collagen treatment (on their website it's listed as 1 hour service for $40). My appointment was at 5pm and we started on time. The girl who did my nails was very nice, but my appointment was rushed and we were done by 5:30. We also did not do any sort of collagen treatment. I cannot speak for the whole salon because I only received a nail service. But I would not recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment for 12 and did not get serviced until 1:45. The woman doing my full set continuously cut me to the point where my cuticles were bleeding. Then proceeded to put nail polish remover on the cut which was extremely painful. Then the Manager got wind of the call, (over heard?) she took over. Super rude. She basically said since it was for 2, for Prom, she had to have my CC number because there's a good chance they won't show., and I can only do it online. I asked if I could just make the appointment for my daughter and she's like no. You have to do it online. I said I don't like putting my CC online. She's like well we've had to many problems so that's your only choice. I said we'd have to go somewhere else, she's like ya. As soon as I hung up I got a confirmation for the appointment? Lol. I asked for and paid for a brunette balayage with blonde highlights and my hair is actually blonder then when I went into the place. I was disappointed after reading all the great reviews. I went in for a gel manicure. The lady taking care of me was very sweet, but if I had to guess I would say she might be inexperienced. I felt bad for her, she seemed nervous. She went slowly and the cuticle work was a bit uncomfortable. Filing was minimal, and awkward. The gel Polish was put on a bit clumsily and uneven, I had to scrape some off my skin at home. When my nails were drying under UV I felt my finger burn. I pulled it out and a glob of polish had dripped onto my finger and burned my skin causing a blister. ( it was put on too thickly?) Polish is not neat or tidy. Looks amateurish. I suspect my tech was newer and needs some more experience to build her skills. Again, she was very nice. Salon itself was a bit untidy. The gel bottles were sloppily scattered around to thumb through to pick a color. Not impressed. I appreciate my regular place more now. read more

Update: i don't think this place uses quality stones, glue or acrylic. My full rhinestone nails both came off within 5 days of getting my nails done and my 2 flower nails came off within a week. I will let you know that I am a nanny, the most I do that is hard is change a child's diaper or drive them to a play date. I do not hand wash dishes or floors or use any harsh chemicals that would take off the glue. I will never ever come back to this place because of the poor quality items they use. You get what you pay for. I will say they are semi polite since I did get one of my full rhinestone nails fixed for free but I would not recommend to anyone since when I did come in to change my designs I previously got 2 days before they gave me an extremely hard time as to why I did not like the set. I cannot be the only person in the world who has gotten a set of nails they did not like and wanted to get new ones. I received attitude from the nail tech as she said she takes pride in her work and said whatever nails she does for me I will not like and I will want changed. I am not a girl that likes busy nails, I like plain stones, chrome, holo, glitter and 3D acrylic over hand painted designs. I visited this establishment 4 times (every 2 weeks) for the last 2 months and I have to be honest, the owner is ghetto. My 1st experience was ok.. Full acrylic mani and spa pedi. The young lady that provided my spa pedi acted as if she was afraid of feet. I was happy with my mani so I returned 2 weeks later for a fill. This is where it got interesting.. the lady was a hour late. I approached her and stated hey my appointment was at 11:00 am I have to be at work by 1pm what's up? She stated "well I have openings tomorrow".. Wait a minute!!!.. why make an appointment if you are not going to honor it??? I told her "You're late and if you are late give me the courtesy of telling me".. "I shouldn't have to approach you". I asked to speak with the owner and she was very dry and unaccommodating at first. I stayed because my hands looked a mess at this time and I have to be at work shortly and I work with my hands. Finally 15 minutes later I was called and the young lady again did a great job but now my nails are plain because we are rushing.. finally the owner comes over and offers to bedazzle my nails at no extra charge. I was happy with this so I returned once again for a fill in and mini pedi requesting an appointment with the owner.. Bad idea!!! She stayed on facetime with her children, friends and family. She continued to stop and get up to greet people continuously. My hour session turned into a hour 35 minute session. She repaired a nail and didn't bother to shape it according to my other nails and her breath was so horrible. I couldn't believe this was happening again. The lady that did my mini pedi ($20) whispered to the owner $25 for my mini pedi and I asked why it was $5 more? Never received an explanation for the additional $5 but I didn't pay it. Just trying to scam and get over on people.. after this visit I decided that I would not continue with acrylic so I called 2 weeks later to schedule an appointment to have my nails removed. the lady that answered the phone stated I do not need an appointment and can come in at 10:30am and it would take about a hour to remove my nails and clean them up. I show up at 10:29am sharp to only be told by the owner "we are having a meeting!" I'm like really!!! I called and the lady said I can come in for acrylic removal. The owner said well sorry we are having a meeting and you can come back in a hour!. I was livid and when I left the owner mocked me and laughed. I literally pass 6 nails shops to travel to this one and I tip and this is how you treat a client!! I will never return and advise if your not Hispanic don't go! Very bias and prejudice.. I chose this establishment because I was tired of the typical Asian salon. I'm all for supporting my race but as a fellow business owner I will never treat someone better or worse just because they are not my race.. The end result was me going to an Asian salon and my nails (real nails) are messed up now. I hope the owner realizes she has some work to do to better herself, her establishment and her staff. My friends and I went here out on a whim since we had to make our appt early on a Saturday. We decided to give Pink Boutique a try since it was close to our central location. Our decision was a mistake and was solidified as soon as we walked in the door. The girls working were disheveled & unkept and not professional at all. The equipment they used looked unsanitary. They kept trading brushes with each other. The pedicure was so-so, and definitely not worth the $30 I paid for it. Honestly I want my money back. I ended up getting a manicure too (even though I was scheduled for one, and they "lost" my appt) and luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to get one. Again, another mistake. The manicurist FACETIMED with her boyfriend while she was doing my nails and kept screaming across the room to the other workers ignoring what she was doing. Completely unprofessional and I was uncomfortable. They kept laughing about how the one girl, (Cassie?) threw a brush at a customer but "she didn't care because the customers kid was bad" - WHAT? My nails are chipping a day later and the work was subpar. I felt insulted when the manicurist (Katie) told me "your nails are very odd looking" why would you ever say that to someone?
