Had an awful experience here. Got my nails done twice. The 1st time, 4 nails broke in 3 weeks and my chrome rubbed off. Made me pay to fix. Tried to give her another chance, and my nail color rubbed off literally the next day. Tried to contact her for assistance, she ignored me and then blocked me on instagram. This is not how you run a business. It's really a shame. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

I found her after the nail tech I was going to in West Hollywood closed her shop to prepare for twins, and I'm so glad I did--it feels like it was meant to be. From the moment I stepped into her shop, Nisha has treated me like family. She's not just my nail tech; she's my sister and my friend! Every time I get my nails done by her, they last longer than I ever expect--like, WAY longer! I use my hands constantly--cooking, cleaning, and navigating life as a visually impaired person, where I rely on touch for almost everything. Despite all that, her work holds up! Even if one of my nails starts lifting, it somehow stays on until my next appointment. And if a gel extension ever bends, it still doesn't pop off! I don't know how she does it, but her work is pure magic. Even though I travel 20 to 30 minutes (or more depending on where I am), it's always worth it. Her talent, vibe, and professionalism make it a no-brainer. What makes Nisha truly exceptional is her understanding and flexibility. I like to respect other people's time, but when I rely on shared rides like Access Services (a nonprofit government transportation service for people with disabilities), timing is sometimes out of my control. If I'm early to my appointment because I scheduled a pickup to ensure I arrive on time, Nisha always makes me feel welcome. She lets me relax in her shop until she finishes with her current client or until my appointment time. If she's free when I arrive early, she even starts my appointment early. Afterward, she lets me wait comfortably for my ride and sometimes even offers me food while I wait--how sweet is that? She's so thoughtful, and her kindness makes all the difference! And let's talk about her energy--she's a Libra, and I'm a Capricorn, and somehow our energies just click. Whether we're talking about life, nails, or anything in between, we vibe like old friends. She's so easy to talk to, and I always leave her shop feeling uplifted and confident. Her nail designs and pedicures are beautiful. I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment with her last week. I got gel x nails for the first time and I got a gel pedicure as well.
