I love coming here and getting my nails done Lupe is amazing and she's always making me feel cute again haha she's amazing and I love talking with her she is very attentive to detail and just overall great at making my nail dreams come true! Will 1000% recommend her to everyone!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I've been getting my nails done by Lupe for more than three years and she always does an amazing job. I get builder gel manis and quite literally get compliments on them every time. I go every four weeks and that's only because I want to change things up, not because they need to be re-done. I've truly never had a manicure hold up as well as hers do. She has all the products and tools to do all the trendiest nail art and more than enough talent to always pull it off. Her studio is easy to get to and has free parking. She has a bougie coffee bar, mini fridge with drinks, and a TV for you to pick something to watch during your appointment. I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments with Lupe. I literally drive from Weho to LAX just to get my nails done and it's genuinely worth it. Nothing better than catching up on chisme, watching crime documentaries, and walking out with perfect nails every time.

Lulu eats every single time!!! She takes her time and makes sure you're comfortable throughout your entire appointment. I've always enjoyed my time with Lulu as I've been coming to her for about 4 years now. Sharing a recent photo of my set and I loved it!! 10/10 every time!!

I chose Nail'd by Lulu because it was conveniently located near my hotel and the reviews and portfolio looked great. I was hoping to schedule a manicure while in the area. I first called at 11:42 AM, but the call went to voicemail after a few rings. Assuming she/they/them may have been with a client, I waited and shortly followed up with a text to inquire about any open availability. After receiving NO response, I called again about an hour later and the call again went to voicemail. I sent another text message asking if there were any available appointments. Not a text response, pigeon or smoke signal was sent back. Just disrespectful. I completely understand being busy, however some form of acknowledgment or brief reply regarding availability would have been appreciated. NEVER AGAIN.

Not only is she great at conversation, but she's also amazing at nails. I came in for a Gel X removal and a hard gel manicure, and it's probably the best manicure I've ever had. Best parking situation, comfy chair, and always good vibes. I've been going to Lulu for 2 years now and love that I can trust her with both my hands and toes. I get builder gel on my hands and gel on my toes and have never had any issues. The retention is amazing, I've gone up to 7 weeks with no breakage. She nails every inspo pic I send her. She's helped me when I've accidentally ruined a nail, and she's always been patient, kind, and accommodating. I came across Lulu's business here on yelp, and after seeing the reviews and looking on her instagram, I decided to book with her and I'm glad I did! She is my go-to nail girl! I have been going to Lulu for a while now and I always recommend her to everyone. The location is perfect, it's easy to get to and there's always parking. The studio itself is amazing, has AC, comfy chairs and she offers water etc. Lulu is wonderful, there is a tv in the studio but we always end up talking the whole appointment because the conversations are always so good. She is great at what she does and is very detail oriented. My nails always look amazing and unlike the nail shops I can also rely on the tools to be clean. The booking is so easy to do as well, just use the booking link and pick what you would like to get done, simple as that. read more

I've been getting my nails done by Lulu for a year now and I can see the difference from when I used to get them at a salon. Her work is always on point, she's very detailed and does not rush while doing your nails. The fact that her clients are taken by appointment makes your experience a lot more personal. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

Billy answered the phone and although I requested him, it was same day so he was busy. That's understandable and he suggested Kevin. I specifically asked if Kevin is good w/ Gel-X and he replied "Yes." I was about 8 mins late for my 4:30 appt, so I couldn't exactly be upset that Kevin wasn't ready for me. He finally got to me around 4:50pm. Billy placed the Gel-X supplies on an empty station, and that's when I suddenly became apprehensive. I've been getting my nails done for YEARS, so that was the first red flag for me. Why doesn't Kevin already have his own supplies at a permanent station? Subsequently, I abruptly changed my service to a gel manicure, because that's a basic level service and I was hopeful that it would work out. I was wrong. The polishing was bad. He was hurting my cuticles by being too aggressive and trying to cut off too much cuticles. A few times I said "ouch" and moved my hand. The shaping was bad, and my nice ssa still tipped him. SMH. Why? Because he still did a service, even if it was below my standards, I am just used to it. AND the three staff were so nice and accommodating. But, nice isn't enough. It hasn't even been 24 hours and the polish has started peeling on two nails. This is my second time at this place. The first visit for a pedicure wasn't the best as far as my experience during the service (the guy was rough and pushy), but ultimately my toes looked good, so I wanted to give them another try. Plus, they're so close to me home, but it didn't work out for me. Hopefully others will have a better experience.

I was corresponding via text and was told that Rachel was my nail tech. I specifically requested her because she did a good job on my friend. My appointment was at 9:30 and when I arrived, I was waiting for 30 mins before I was approached and told my nail tech was on vacation!! I was then told that someone else can do my nails but it would be gel x (which I didn't want). I attempted to leave before they told me they would make arrangements for Tammy to service me but I had to wait an hour. This was so unprofessional and upsetting given the fact I booked a month in advance and nobody checked the appointments to call the clients to inform them their nail tech went on vacation. My service took 2.5 hours plus the hour I was waiting so I had to pay $15 for parking since the validation only covers 2 hours. I was disappointed at the fact they didn't wave my parking for the inconvenience on their behalf. The space is clean and nicely decorated, only negative is there are little to no seats for people waiting, and for them to be backed up because they failed to notify clients certain staff were not available..huge logistical issue Tammy: TAMMY IS THE GOAT. She was nice, precise, professional and on point. She was very detailed and did all my designs free hand. Tammy saved this place of a 2 star rating! I plan to book with her in the near future and spread the word!! I paid $130 plus tip All in all, I plan to give this nail salon another chance, however If they continue to conduct themselves in a manner like before, I won't come back. Time is money and I want my time to be considered as a client if I'm spending my money here.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

My favorite part of the day is going to guadalupes salon and being able to get them done by lupe herself. First, she offers free parking for you and will accompany you while you find parking and maybe don't know where to go after you're done. Once you arrive in her suite , you will immediately feel the air conditioner making you feel a bit calmer because of the heat outside. If you don't like germs, just know she cleans all her materials everyday and has masks on. if you know you're not supposed to take your kids there it will still be fine because she has a room next door where your kids can chill. She also sometimes has a little helper with her just in case shes a little busy. She offers you drinks if you feel thirsty . She also has a speaker and let's you play music of your choice . She tries her best to make you feel comfortable inside her suite than any other salon you've been in. And lastly, you don't have to worry if she's ever late because i have never seen her late at an appointment. read more

I absolutely love going to Lulu! My nails always come out exactly how I want them. I get hard gel, and my natural nails have grown so much since I've been coming here. Lulu always takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly and that any designs, charms, or details are securely attached. If anything ever happens to your nails, she's more than happy to have you come back in and fix it. On top of her amazing work, Lulu is incredibly kind and welcoming. Lulu is absolutely amazing! She did a phenomenal job on my Gel X set - they turned out flawless! I've been getting my nails done here for a while, the experience is always amazing. To start Lulu always leaves my nails amazing and make me feel good about myself. I have never gone to a better place than lulu's, and the way you walk in and just feel these amazing and reassuring vibes is immaculate. You can tell lulu anything which is why I love coming here, she will never judge you and gives advice all of the time.
