The first time, I had an appointment and had to wait for 45 minutes before the nail tech I booked with can begin working on me. The second time, I was assured I wouldn't have to wait and would be seen right away. I still had to wait 20 minutes. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

I don't really have time to stick to 1 technician so I usually so I usually take whatever technician is available. Today, that was working against me, because I had the worst manicure that I have ever had. I went in, I asked for a manicure I. Usually get gel manicure or powder with French tip. When I tell you Every time I come, every technician's technique is so different that there's no consistency among quality that it is frustrating. I'm going to attach pictures. I literally just left and my nails are the color is bulky, nothing's in line, there's paint all over my fingers, not my actual fingernails. And it's just overall horrible job, I don't really have time to be haggling back-and-forth and yelling. So I left I literally drove right after to another's nail spot to get it changed. Contempo is not worth the high price.
