I had a great time! They did a very thorough job and make sure they were perfect. They were super patient with me when it came to picking a color and they were super friendly. We talked through my gel manicure and they were very nice. The woman who did my nails, Jasmine, was very professional. I never on my life had the worst service in my life I got a new full set after two days 3 broke making me nails bleed polish was all bumpy when I got there the rude man made me wait 40 mins like I was ghost I tried to show him my nails with out looking he was yelling no no now my pinky finger is infected they don't clean there utensils my girlfriend had to go back twice hers pealed twice there are so many in Maple ridge please stay away from this one for health reasons read more

I went here a while ago and thought I wrote a review but I guess I forgot to finish it. I got deep blue sparkly acrylic stiletto nails and while the colour looked very nice, the top coat was uneven and lumpy. I had to point out to the tech that there was a giant blob of gel on my pinkie nail. She seemed annoyed at me pointing this out. She also left my fingers in the lamp for way too long, to the point that I was experiencing pain (never felt this anywhere else). Many layers of gel which was extremely thick in the end too. My nails were crooked, the point of the stiletto on almost every nail was off centre, and the sides of each nail were inconsistent in shape - some curved, some straight, some bumpy. The tips of some of my nails were pointy and sharp while others were dull. I had to spend ~2 hours at home afterwords fixing the shape of my nails so that they looked proper. My extensions also lifted within a week. I have had extensions done at other salons that lasted for 4-5 weeks without so much as a hair getting underneath them while these were completely coming off my nail bed in a week. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the $68 I was charged. read more

Nailie used to be my go to place for pedicures however the last two times the service has not been good at all. They do not scrub or razor the heels. Within a week my heels are rough again. It seems like they want to move you quickly out the door. Our toes were not dry and as they tried to put on my sandals they damaged the toenail polish. The repair job was awful. Costs have gone up everywhere and I don't mind paying extra for the service however, after years of going to Nailie for pedicures I won't be back. read more

Came in about a month ago for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine... nothing overly special about it, and the result was good. I don't get polish on my finger nails, so I asked the woman to just buff my nails with a buffer board. Instead, she pulled out the sanding drill and proceeded to scratch up my nails (there was nothing on them previously) then put an oil on them to "smooth" them out. A month later, my nails have grown out and there's still a circular remnant of the scratches. Don't know that I will get a manicure here again. read more

My Mom got a pedicure here. Her nails were completely bubbly - you could see the bubbles in her nails. It looked like someone flicked a brush on the nails. I highly do not recommend. Service was HORRIBLE. Go spend your money where it's actually worth $60. read more

Where do I begin, first of all we have to give a star between 1 and 5 but if I had the choice I'd give 0. I went to Nailie to get my acrylics removed because I did not want to do them myself so that my real nails did not get ruined. When the lady started to remove my acrylics, she began by commenting on how they were so thick and they shouldn't be that way as if it was my fault. Her coworker sat down beside her and they asked me where I got them done and how much they were as if that was any of their business. After she finished removing the nails off of one of my hands she commented on how it was taking so long and it seemed as if she was getting annoyed. After five minutes of filling down the acrylics on my second hand she put down the file and proceeded to take out a pack of press on nails. She took one of the press on nails for the thumb and proceeded to DIG under the left over acrylic on my nails to remove them where she ripped off a good portion of my nail leaving me in pain. She didn't bother to shape my nails or dress my nails with any cuticle oil. I was in a hurry and I had to leave I didn't address it in the salon. Later in the day I decided to call them and I was asked to come in the next day so that they can check out my nails after I had gone home and shaped them along with painting them. When I went to the salon the next morning I explained that I wished for a refund and nothing more because I was unhappy with my experience and was treated poorly. The manager told me that the only thing that they can do is paint over my nails or give me 10% off my next appointment because their "policy" did not allow them to give refunds. I would think that as a business owner/manager, the satisfaction of a customer and the importance of good customer service would outride a lousy refund of 20$. I was not asking for a refund of 70$ on a brand new set of acrylics. Along with all of this while speaking to the manager, he told me that I need to stand up for my self and stop the lady doing my nails. In the end, he only gave me the 10% off as if I'd ever want to get my nails done there ever again and to top it off he put an expiration date on the 10% off. This is not the only complaint I have as I have heard MULTIPLE other stories from my mom and close friends about their experiences. read more

Cute place, fairly priced, all of their techs are talented and detail oriented. They truly do an amazing job. I would have given them 5 stars but their customer service really sucks.... 90% of the time no one even says hi when you walk in, no one asks you your name or introduces themselves to you. And their is acrylic dust all over the darn place! How desperately I want to clean it! I've been getting my nails done for years, and I received by far the worst acrylic fill I've ever had. I asked for a full finger of crystals on 2 of my fingers, and she used the wrong glue to put them on so when they dried there was about an inch of dried glue covering the stones. All my nails were different shapes and lengths to top it all off. In their defence I didn't bring up the problem with them to give them a chance to fix it, because I hate doing stuff like that, especially because it was pretty busy at the time. When I went else where to get them fixed, she was appalled they charged me money for them, at $70 no less! Just go somewhere else. read more
