Walked in and was helped in a timely manner, the lady who did my nails did an amazing job! She payed a lot of attention to how she was doing my nails and made sure they were all even. Came in last minute on a Saturday to get my nails and toes done. I was in a hide hurry because I had an event later that night and a hair appointment in one hour. They literally tag teamed and got me out of there in less than 40 minutes! Not to mention they did an amazing job! This salon has the worst customer service of any business I've ever encountered. When you walk in, there is no receptionist, just rows and rows of technicians. If you're lucky, someone will ask if they can help you, but you won't know who asked because they keep their heads down working on nails. I'm not really sure if they actually take appointments because every time I've called they're not taking "any more appts today" and suggest you come in a wait until someone is available. Good luck with that! When I've tried this route, there are at least 2-3 people ahead of me and didn't feel like waiting the 30 minutes they estimated. When you walk into the salon you will be blown away by the overwhelming smell of chemicals used in the acrylic nails. My daughter won't enter this place again because she says she cannot breathe! I'm quite sure this place wouldn't pass an OSHA audit. Maybe the nail service deserves the previous ratings but the complete lack of customer service and environmental hazard isn't worth it! read more

I have been there many times. Almost always disappointed. If you have a cracked nail and need a little acrylic or gel, almost no one there does it. A nail place that can't fix a nail? Wonderful staff, very friendly and great to talk with or not..they have a great selection of nail polishes (OPI, ESSIE, CHINA GLAZE) and shellac/gel: (Gelish, OPI, Cuccio, and more). Quick service, always steady. Decent price, but there are some that are cheaper. All I can say about that is that you get what you pay for. For what you get (GREAT service, quality service, etc), their prices are pretty much on par. They are located where Busch's market is. This is my new go to place. read more

I have been to MANY different types of nail salons around my city and let me tell you, Nailistixs does the job!!! They're constantly busy, which tells you they're good! The staff is incredibly sweet! I went in to get my nails done for prom. As soon as I walked in I was greeted which was nice. It wasn't overly busy. I will say that I did feel rushed by my tech. The pedicure was short and definitely not worth the 20 something dollars- but again my tech was rushing. I got a dip on my nails which turned out great besides one of my nails being crooked. The atmosphere was light and friendly and my tech was easy to talk to. In all, if my tech didn't rush I think it would have gotten five stars. read more

I went here expecting great service and the woman who did my pedicure was horribly rude! I go to a pedicure after working long days to get some relaxation. When I sat down she basically yelled at me, barked at me that I needed to remove my nail polish every 4 weeks, and then when I asked her to cut my nails shorter, also yelled at me that she couldn't. I wanted them square but decided talking to her after that would be a waste of my energy so she did whatever she wanted. She could simply have told me she couldn't cut them shorter. This was the gist of the whole visit so I just chose to interact with her as little as possible. At the end she said go sit under the dryers and didnt tell me where they were - just proceeded to get on her phone about some issue about people squatting in a house she owned. If she was having a bad day, fine, but it's not the place to take it out on a customer. This woman was rude, and even rude to my 2 nieces who came (they were the ones who commented how 'mean' she was as they were sitting waiting for their manicures sitting next to me). The other nail tech I met there seemed very nice (who did my nieces' nails) but this woman ruined the experience. I will NEVER go back there. I hope management reads this and reprimands this woman; she should NOT be interacting with customers again. Also, the place is a toxic factory - the fumes are HORRIBLE. Get some ventilation and fans! Five stars!!! My friend and I happened upon Nailistix one day after work after another nail place we attempted to go to was sorely understaffed and had a long wait. We called Nailistix to see what their wait time was and it was a reasonable amount of time (10 mins). When we got there only about 5 mins later, they had the two pedi bowls waiting and ready for us. To top it off, the gentlemen providing the pedis were great. Very friendly and had great advice about local restaurants! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time here. To top it off, my friend left her credit card by accident. When she called to ask about it, they had told her they had been trying to locate her. I went to this place because of all the great reviews and I was getting my nails done for my sisters wedding. Get my nails done regularly so I know what to expect. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience, it felt very rush, little attention paid to proper cuticle removal. My manicurist cut off part of my nail thinking it was my cuticle and started bleeding! Just not a good experience, don't recommend this place. read more

Had a great experience there today for my first visit. Called ahead and made an appointment for an hour later (and would definitely recommend appts to anyone else). $13 for a manicure, and they didn't charge to have the old gel/shellac one removed. I thought it looked very clean, it was nicely laid out, and seemed very organized as soon as I walked in. Pa (I am probably misspelling her name) was very nice, very conversational but not overly talkative, and patient when I changed my mind on the nail color and wanted to look over their selection again. However, when ever I would get my shellac or gel manicure, they would always leave so much space between my cuticle and the nail polish that it looks like I needed to fill in two days after I got my nails done. They do an absolutely amazing job whatever the service. And this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to (and I am extremely picky). I also appreciate the quality and attention to detail. You never have to point anything out because they will notice it first and fix/clean it up. Their technique is flawless and my polish always stays on longer than I expect. Just make an appointment and everything else will be smooth sailing. It's a very busy nail salon with a lot of techs working, but if you want to be seen at a certain time don't assume you'll just be able to walk in and be seen. That may seem irritating to some, I say it speaks volume that this is a sought after nail salon. Tiffany (who's sadly leaving soon) does such a beautiful job on my acrylic. I would trust anyone there though without any hesitation. The salon itself is large, clean, and cute. Lots and lots of colors to choose from. I have to say my first attempts at going there were a little frustrating bc I didn't have an appointment and it felt like they weren't even going to try to accommodate me blowing me off by saying it would be a couple hours... Then thought I got the hang of it calling Saturday to come in that evening, NOPE no same day Saturday appointments! Ugh but I was hooked on how beautiful they made my nails so like I said, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and you'll have the best experience there.
