They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. This is ridiculous, taking advantage of children when they have cards. She got highlights (not even by a specialist by a employee who has been only working 2/3 years) I would've never let my child get her hair done here if I knew she was getting taken advantage of and being charged $180 dollars for color in her hair. I will never be back here or let my child go here again, my 19 year old daughter goes to a blonde specialist and doesn't have to pay over $130 with tip for heavy highlights.
