I asked how they would be able to compensate me/us and they offered a total of a $15 refund - the price of one color change, which was insulting. I had paid for 2 acrylic manicures, 2 upgraded pedicures, 2 brow waxes and also tipped well. I was truly disappointed with their offer of resolution and lack of satisfactory customer service. They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I had been a loyal customer for several years and shared that I will no longer patronize this salon as they did not value my business. Do not recommend because of this experience.

I will never be back here or let my child go here again, my 19 year old daughter goes to a blonde specialist and doesn't have to pay over $130 with tip for heavy highlights.
