They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I was then taken to where i assumed I would get my nails done, only to be told that she (the nail lady) needed to pick up her daughter but she "would be quick." The nails are crooked and not at all even, one pinky nail is double the size of the other! I left the salon looking like they had been done a week ago (TONS of exposed nail visible around the acrylic), but by that point I had been there almost 2 hours and just wanted to gtfo.
