What's sad is that they have so much potential in such a good area. They don't disinfect or use fresh nail clippers, buffing tools, etc. My salon I used to go to in another city before I moved took out fresh tools EVERY time. A manicure doesn't come included with your service if it is SNS or Acrylic. My nails feel gross(?) underneath. Like infected. I got athlete's foot from their pedicure service as well. I'm sure from the unsanitary tub. Furthermore, they dip into a tub of sugar scrub that multiple pedicurists are dipping their hands in after touching other's feet. But all I wanted was a simple manicure and regular polish and all they kept saying was that it was going to chip and I was going to mess it up. I was in a rush but had enough time for a typical manicure and the lady that started, started great. She actually soaked my hands, used cuticle remover, and pushed back my cuticles. After 2 fingers she had to leave with the owner. The overly happy girl finished. She didn't even finish pushing my cuticles, didn't use cuticle remover on my left hand and my nails look like stumpy crap with pretty polish. Walked into this establishment a little before 5pm asking for a pedicure and refill. After being seated for a pedicure I was immediately asked "what kinda pedicure you want?" Unaware of options or even given a menu my technician said deluxe is good you want that? I'm thinking sure why not. In being serviced I explained and showed him how I would like my nails as they are a longer length I anticipated additional cost and asked if this could be done. He obliged and said oh yes I can do that. After being seated in a chair a completing my refill, one nail repair and coffin shaping I was asked again by the same tech what color would you like same as toes or some glitter. My response I would like what I asked for, he then proceeds to tell me "that will cost more money, I won't like it...etc. after going back and forth and becoming frustrated I simply asked for a clear gel coat. A female employee then stood over me and asked "how will you be paying" I said with a card, her next reply is can you pay now" me feeling now rushed I said well we aren't done and the place was completely empty, but sure. She then stated yes we close at 7. Unaware of time my tech then adds up my total cost at blurts out $120. I never questioned the fee but was upset that I was now being rushed, she then asked "what's wrong, I said your poor treatment, of course oh no we are rushing you flew out each of there mouths and I'm like ummm, yes you most definitely are, howevee give me my card and I will go! Overall unsatisfactory experience at this nail salon. I went in for a basic manicure ($20). The nail tech was unprofessional and unsanitary. I did NOT finish the service and was not charged. When she came to begin working on my nails, she rushed through cutting around my cuticles and nicked my finger once. As she continued she cut into my cuticle and my finger wouldn't stop bleeding. She put a clear coat on the cut, wiped it on a paper towel, and placed it back in the bottle. I will never return to this nail salon or recommend it to anyone!!!!! I went in and they got me right in for a polish change on my toes and a manicure. My nails were in baaaaad shape. I had just taken off my tips from a few weeks ago and there was some residual acrillyc, she tried to take it off and informed me it would be extra to remove it. No problem, i realized they were in pretty bad shape. They couldnt get it all off or remove all my dark colored nail polish, i was very understanding. The young lady doing my nails was very annoyed and was acting impatient, which was confusing because there was no one waiting nor was it close to closing time. I realized my nails required a little extra attention and was prepared to tip accordingly. She did not push my cuticles back or remove the dirt from under my nails. When i asked her just to remove the dirt, she said what are you talking about in a very rude tone. She continued to work as if she was annoyed and I was inconveniencing her. I work in the service industry and I believe I treat all workers with respect and politely. I still tipped her well but will not be back and was very disappointed I was treated so disrespectfully. Rude and rushed! All I needed was a basic fill in and cut down. The older gentleman that began to work on my nails shortened my nails unevenly and argued with me that they were in fact the same length, they clearly were not. I repeatedly tried to explain to him that I just wanted them to look uniform and he literally got up and left me there and told someone else to finish my nails! The lady that took over was nice but seemed like she was in a hurry. She didn't push my cuticles back, she nicked all on my cuticles with the Dremel tool. My cuticles were on fire when she put the primer on! She did not remove all of the lifted acrylic. I finally got tired of telling her to fix things and just said "screw it, I'll reshape them when I get home." When I got home I realized that the acrylic had divots in it! So I walked in and it looks ok. It's not like overly nice. I always go first thing when they open because I have a thing with nail salons. So I walk in and they sit me in a chair. She automatically starts trying to sale me stuff. Upgrade pedi, do mani, gel nail, you need to get the upgrade it make your feet feel better. After saying no to everything repeatedly twice she finally gets started in painting my toes. After being rushed out of the chair and to the register to pay I realize they don't have a drier. So after I pay I walk out trying my best to not mess up my wet nails. Sure enough I get in my car and they are messed up. I understand it was my fault but if they had a dryer I would have let them dry before I walked out. I was so upset I get out of my car to see that the paint job on the rest my toes were horrible. They would have got one star but I went back in and they redid it for free. So they get three stars. Not that bad but not that great. Will I come back? Ehh.
