I heard of this salon from a work friend - and am a regular now. I set up my booking schedule for my next appt while in the salon & if you use cash - you are granted a discount!! PLUS, who doesn't love to tip via cash? I am so excited to show my entire crew this location, as it's in a wonderful spot, and the entire restaurant I work for now all refuse to go anywhere else. I personally, go to Ann - she's incredible with designs, extremely professional & fast. She makes me laugh the entire time we are in the chair & I can't stress how wonderful it is to have a great relationship with someone who loves what she does!!

I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was not taken back until about 10 minutes later. My nails were wrapped for acrylic removal, and I was told they would need to soak for 15 minutes. However, only about two minutes later, another woman came over, removed everything very abruptly, and immediately began working on my natural nails. She was rough throughout the process, but I chose not to say anything at the time. During the appointment, she commented that my eyebrows were "thick" and said I would look prettier if I got them done. I declined, but the comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Very little care or attention was given to shaping or cleaning up my nails. After applying cuticle oil, she instructed me to wash my hands. I returned to my chair expecting to continue with the gel manicure I had specifically scheduled, only to be told, "You're done." I then explained that I had booked both a removal and a gel manicure. I even stated that if there was no time for gel, I would have accepted regular polish because I did not want to leave with bare nails. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she appeared confused and dismissive. Frustrated at that point, I simply said I would leave if there was no time to complete the service. When I spoke with the receptionist at the front desk and explained the situation, I was met with the same lack of concern. She simply stated, "Okay, $26." I later checked the website and saw that acrylic removal was listed as $5, so I am also confused by the additional charge. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of care and professionalism throughout the appointment. My nails were not shaped properly, no effort was made to make them look presentable, and no one seemed concerned that the service I booked was never completed. I have worn acrylics and nail designs for years, so leaving the salon with bare, unfinished nails was upsetting and embarrassing. This was my first experience at your salon after receiving a recommendation from a friend, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I left feeling ignored, dismissed, and honestly upset enough that I cried in my car afterward. I will not be returning, but I do hope someone takes the time to address this situation appropriately.

But when i mentioned the finger nail peels n showed them to her, Annie's face (the owner) changed from :) to :( i told her that im no expert but i think it was incorrect to file the edges after the top coat was applied because top coat seals everything n prevents peeling. Close to the final stage of top of the line pedicure, Annie came up to the chair armed with the nail lamp n stripper. She stripped the affected peeled parts only. Then she applied the dust n applied lamp heat. U can still see the peels under the poor excuse of rectifications. Half ass done to a $60 manicure. I tip very well for my vanity privileges. I also recalled having my nails done at the pedicure chair when i wanted a regular polish. When fingernails are shaped n painted while in a pedicure chair, it doesnt give good results. When u are a service business, u will get unsatisfied customers. Practice giving sincere apologies even if u question in your mind that the customer may have caused the bad nail polish results. Annie doesnt apologize. U see her :) when customers arent troublesome. I guarantee u that no one wants to b troublesome but i paid for top of the line pedicure AND manicure. I expect the BEST. DEFINITELY WONT GO BACK. No loss to her im sure.

A male technician (can't remember his name) performed my pedicure and he did a fantastic job. I upgraded to the #3 package and it did not disappoint. It was a lengthy as it called for multiple massages, and so relaxing. The environment was clean, and the massaging chairs worked wonderfully. They accepted cash or card, however when running a card the receipt doesn't allow for a tip. I will definitely be returning while I am here in town!
