I've had very good experiences here. All pedicure. It really does matter who you get. If this last visit was my first, I would never go back. I will make sure to not have the same person again. Owner is very nice. Friendly atmosphere. Feels high end but comfortable! Went back in for manicure. Requested a woman. They had a man come over that smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a woman. He was super offended. Grabbed my hand and I snatched it away. Started telling her I wanted French. I said we talked about what I want. It was beyond. I called and made an appointment for dips. Upon walking in the salon I was barked at by a man doing nails. Finally someone got me started but it wasn't the person doing my nails. I asked, since it was my first time, if I could show the person doing my nails how I liked them and they didn't know who would be doing them. Once I got to the man doing my nails, he was very rough and moving at an extremely fast rate which ended with me having cuts on every finger. He started to do acrylics I believe and I had to correct him. My nails are crooked and uneven. He spoke very little English nor did many others working in the salon. Wonderful service!!! Free libations and they were a little offended when we didn't choose the wine cooler and just went with water. Relaxing pedicures all around. Amazing appointment with Kim! I'm new to the area and it's always difficult to find new nail and hair people in a new area. Booking the appointment was very easy. They are conveniently located off Rt. 1, just before Walmart. She was ready for me when I walked in. She explained the different services and let me choose which one I wanted! Not exactly which pedicure I chose, but it included soaking/buffing/callous/nail polish removal. Sugar scrub (?), a wonderful massage followed by hot towel wraps. AND THEN an amazing paraffin treatment!!! All this while enjoying a lovely wine cooler in a massaging chair! Then she painted my toes and added a design - that I love!! Let me preface this by saying I travel all around the US for work and have been to at least 30 nails salons. I have run into a couple of not so good ones but today I had the worst nail experience I have ever had. I had an appointment at 1pm today. I called around 10am and asked if I could come a little earlier by chance. The guy said I could come at 12:30pm and I arrived at 12:25pm. I didn't have my nails started until 1:15pm. I tried to not be bothered by the situation and remained positive because I needed to get my nails done for vacation early next week. However, the woman used the same gloves she had on to do the pedicure before me and I only noticed because there was nail polish on them and she hadn't even started putting nail polish on me yet. Then, she begins aggressive removing my cuticle skin and pinched my skin so hard it started bleeding. She then used a brush to brush away the excess dust from buffing. The same one she uses for every one else's over my bleeding finger. Couldn't wait to wash my hands. Meanwhile, during the whole experience(I was there for almost 2 hours even though I didn't even have any previous polish to remove), her two kids were running around the store barefoot. The younger one kept screaming and little to nothing was being done to make him stop. When you go to get your nails done, don't you want to be able to relax? While she was doing my toes, I felt her pulling at my skin again and I said, "Ow" she then said "I'm just to rough for you, you're a baby" she said it in a joking matter but who wants to hear that? It wasn't funny. After all of that, I go to the register to check out and the guy that checks me out, took my card and inserted it into the card reader. Before the price even came up. Why couldn't he let me insert it myself? Do I look inept? The card reader then read $110. I immediately saw it and stopped him but it was too late, I was already charged. When I asked why a gel manicure and pedicure was $110 he said "oh, that's what she charged you." Turns out I was supposed to be charged $75. So guess what? Now I have to wait 3 days to get my refund and was still charged the correct total of $75 on top of that. $185 and 2 hours later, my nails even look subpar. I am never going back there unless it's to get my refund. How this place has good reviews, I have no idea. Photos to show the poor nail quality and where she nicked my finger. read more

They never disappoint. Best nail place in Sebastian. Mya did a wonderful job on my nails! They are friendly and very thorough with their work. The ONLY downfall is that you do have to wait even when you have an appointment. read more

I do not recommend this salon at all. I went in for a mani/ pedi with my daughter. My daughter had acrylics applied as well. She wanted them fairly short since she is a nurse. Although she told the technician several times to make them shorter, he refused. He told her it was better for them to be longer. The technician that did my mani/pedi used cuticle cutters very close to skin. I ended up with several open sores on both toes and nails. Also, he painted the nails far from the cuticle. It has been less than a week and they are already grown out! I will definitely not return here. read more

I just moved her from NY and when I say My toes and nails have never looked better! Tom really took care of me. I'm a hair stylist so I'm alwayss on my feet causing them to be a bit rough and not the prettiest nor my nails, I left nails&shampoo with the softest prettiest feet (pedicure, and manicure).
