From the first time going here, I was hooked. Liz is my favorite stylist here and I try to stick with her. There are many different options depending on your need/ style. You can go for more volume & length or stick with the classic look. I work as a nurse and love how it looks like I'm wearing makeup right out of the shower, so there is nothing for me to do in the morning but get dressed, throw my hair up & brush my teeth. I had an appointment for today for a simple eyebrow wax. They tried to E-mail me forms, but I could not access them due to my firewall, so I went in early to fill them out. I would not answer questions about tinting & eyelash extensions and other services as they didn't apply to me. They told me I had to in case I wanted them in the future. I know I don't want them in the future. They then said they would charge me for the appointment. I told them they would not and that I would dispute any charge & that it was "BS" (uncensored) that they wanted all this info for a simple eyebrow wax. I was then asked to leave, and they had the nerve to attempt to charge my card anyway. They were refusing to provide a service because I was refusing to provide irrelevant information, AND when they asked me to leave any cancellation fee was null and void. I would have been happy to have gotten the service without all that extraneous nonsense. No reason to ask questions about things that are irrelevant to their client & insist the client answer them anyway. Any further service I may have desired could have been addressed at that time. I then walked into another place and was in & out in less than 10 minutes. No forms required. I've never heard of a place that demands you fill out forms for a simple wax. Good customer service but when I got up I noticed that one of my lashes were significantly more full than the other one. Plus it's only been about a week and I do all the proper care instructions. No swimming haven't sweat anything. They're already pretty much 50% gone and the eye that had more looks more dark and I feel dumb. You're supposed to go back every 2 weeks with at least 50% left but it's only been a week and it looks like I already need a fill. I don't recommend this place for quality lashes. Never thought I'd have such unpleasant experience in this facility. I have been a member at this place for a very long time. Not only do I pay membership but I was HAPPILY dumping extra cash each time to get my mega volumes! When I decided to take a break I was told I had TWO credits left to use. So I decided to use one on eye brows keep in mind I paid extra for extra service. Then at that eye brow appointment I was told by the assistant manager that I had another credit left. THATS TWO TIMES NOW THEIR EMPLOYEE told me I had credits...We made me an appt for today and then when my appt was over the same girl told me that I had NO credit left and that it's a full amount. I looked at her and I said YOU WERE THE ONE who said I had extra credit LAST WEEK and all she could do for HER mistake is apologize ...... People make mistakes but because she made a mistake I had to go over the budget I had agreed on and pay the price? That's not good or right customer service! If you were wrong make it right ! Very sad but I'll be sure to let everyone else know to watch and count their own credit before they get screwed over and left with a SORRY. Love love love this place! Master stylist Liz is the best! I tried another place because they had a special running and I don't do lashes all the time; only special occasions. Big mistake, I walked out of that place with fuzzy caterpillars on my eyes - suffice it to say the right Salon and Stylist is worth every penny! Liz was able to make it look natural and she's very efficient at what she does. The salon staff are always courteous and the place is immaculate. Avoid this place like the plague! I have been getting extensions for almost 10 years so know a good lash lab. I tried out the sun tree amazing lash studio and the lashes looked ok at first but I realized that several of them were glued together which caused a lot of discomfort over the next few weeks. I ended up getting an eye ulcer which is why I called to cancel my membership. This was in March during the beginning of the Covid pandemic - I couldn't go in to the studio so called and let them know to pause or cancel my membership which they said would be fine- they would confirm it by email. They said it wouldn't be a problem and it turns out they were closed for months anyway. I checked my credit card statement in November and realized they have been secretly charging my card for months. Turns out they had my completely wrong email address so none of their emails ever went to me. They claimed they could charge me (even during a pandemic! Jessica refused to help me and even give out her email address so I could send her a letter. This place is dishonest and has unethical business practices. Also, they don't hire good people which results in eye ulcers. Did you know an untreated eye ulcer can result in your eyeball melting? Talk about a horror movie full of shady characters putting one one piece of unsanitary eyelash at a time. Jessica is a real piece of work- she likes to take what she can during a pandemic. I was a very satisfied member of Amazing Lash studio until I tried to cancel my membership in December due to a military deployment and in April I was charged membership fees, I contacted management to resolve the issue and I was told I had signed a freeze form and not a termination form, I made it very clear to the representative that I was leaving for a year and wanted to cancel the membership so I don't understand where the miscommunication happened but the fact I was refused a refund of this fees makes me feel this is a way to charge extra fees of patrons upon trying to cancel their membership. read more

These lashes are not expensive whatsoever and have huge black globs that are visible as connections. And the lashes are fastened about halfway down my lash making them weighty and they get twisted up. The facility is new and nice and the staff is all friendly and professional. I have been trying to use this salon since April effectively. My first set of lashes fell out in 24 hours. When I called to inform them, they stated it happens, and they'd do a refill that I'd have to pay for. Thinking maybe my lashes were too sparse, I changed to lash lift and tint. Tint was a waste of money. Meanwhile, as my monthly membership rate changed so did my auto withdraw date without my knowledge. My provider's rate than increased $20 without approval according to their plan. There was an overlap in extra charges leaving me with a credit. I chose to attempt one more lash lift but the new trainee now working on me was extremely nervous and my eyes were burning from tape and eye pads so had to deny service. Asked manager to allow me to purchase a product in exchange for service and was denied that even though allergic reaction was occurring. CREDIT DISPUTE FILED. I called on Sept. 11 to make an appointment as a first time customer, as the previous stylist I was seeing at a different salon was moving out of state. I spoke in great depth with the young lady at this location that I was nervous about trying a new place and the importance of wanting an experienced stylist. We continued to try and find an appointment time and day that would best fit my schedule, and would also provide me with an experienced stylist. She suggested Friday, Sept. 16th at 6:00pm. After discussing the level of stylist, I decided no, we should actually go with Sunday, Sept.18 as this would allow me to have a stylist that would fit my needs. Fast forward to the evening of Friday, Sept. 16 and I see a $139.99 charge on my debit card. I can't call the studio until the next morning as they are closed. I called the morning of Sept. 17 and spoke with Taylor and explained my situation and that the money pulled from my account was a mistake-I never actually missed my appointment because my appointment wasn't supposed to be until Sunday, Sept 18. She told me that her manager would call me back in 30 mins and she would figure out what's going on. 45-50 mins passes and no call. I decide to call the studio back and Taylor then proceeded to tell me, "oh I'll go find my manager right now." However, she gets back on the phone and tells me, "my manager is in a meeting today, I'm sorry. She will have to call you back by the end of the day." I explained that I did not want to wait until the end of the day to discuss this, as this was a large amount of money that was taken from my bank account without my approval. Taylor was less than helpful and also displayed a poor attitude along the way. She continued in disagreement with me, which only escalated the situation and failed to display any sort of desire to understand where I was coming from. She most definitely needs some further training in customer service. Molly, the manager, did end up calling me back shortly after my conversation with Taylor and was extremely helpful and apologetic. She admitted it was a mistake on their end and I was in fact double booked and I should have not been charged the money. She actually listened to the conversation that took place when I initially booked my appointment and expressed how sorry she was this mistake was made and that she would refund me. I am thankful for Molly's understanding and her willingness to admit a mistake had been made. Molly gets 5 stars. All in all, I ended up cancelling my actual appointment for Sunday, truthfully due to the way Taylor initially handled the situation, and the was she caused it to unnecessarily escalate. The standard single lashes are offered with the $79.99 special but if you want anything softer or with more volume ie. 3D or 6D it costs more, starting at $149.00 then the refills are $79 or $59 if you become member , BUT again if you have 3D or 6D it will cost you more, but they don't tell you that up front. Your fill will cost a minimum of $90 or more dollars . Where I'm from, this is called Bait and Switch. Bait you in with the lower advertised price and then if you really want it to look good PAY MORE. My set did not hold up well and I was not impressed. April, the manager called to offer to let me give them a second chance for a better experience for a $59 fill. I had 3D in. When I got there and was on the table ready to go, I was informed my fill would cost $90. Because I had 3D in. Okay, that was enough BAIT AND SWITCH for me. I do not recommend this lash salon. I'm sorry but extra pricing was never presented to me at the time of my appt nor on any follow up appt. or phone call. Good luck on your business . The first two times I went here $400 later and my lashes didn't last a week. The first time I was here I bought a lash brush that broke. I brought it in to get told they don't have the authority to exchange it and I should have known then that after spending over $400 and they can't exchange an $18 brush they don't care and they are not out to please their customers. The master stylist I originally had was very rude and didn't care to listen to my concerns so I ask for a new stylist and got Arabella who does a good job. She told me it was the sensitive glue so I opted for a different glue which makes my eyes red swollen and irritated. This morning I have an appt and my car battery is dead. I called the moment they opened and explained I am waiting on AAA and as soon as possible I will be there. They offered me an appointment Sunday night 2 days later at 6pm or 14 days later and will charge me 50% today. Really? 50% again today when they already have my full membership money for this month which is supposed to cover a free fill??? Things do happen what if I woke up with a fever this morning you still want me to come in for a fill and get everyone sick to prevent a 50% charge?? Wow!!! So I said forget the appointment 14 days later and cancel my membership and they said you must come in to sign a paper well if I could get there I would be there for my appointment today!
