So my wife told me this place did not do good nails because she has previously went there. I told her give them one more try maybe they were just having a bad day so she went here to try again per my request first off. They are very rude and then they put nails on her and she told them politely that they were crooked. Could they fix them? They stated that her fingers were crooked he said he could fix it for $10. lol joke. But she has been getting her nails done for 30 years and no one has ever told her that. so she had them take it off. They were very upset. All she wanted them done is fixed. I went to get my nails done at this salon. It was going great until half way through my nails the guy got up and went to do someone else's nails. I sat there doing absolutely nothing for over 20 minutes. He came back and finished the colors and then a woman worked on the design. At the END of doing my nails, the girl told me they can't do the design and next time I need to go online and buy stickers then bring them with me. I paid $85 for those and I cannot believe they let me walk out of there looking like that. And it smelt bad. One more thing is they also had about 7 people in there with 4 workers. I had to go to another salon to get the design removed. If you want to get your nails done, go to pretty nails on the square. It's so much better read more

I came to this salon with an appointment for a Gel Manicure & Pedicure. It's dirty, It's messy, It made me uncomfortable, Honestly. I was passed around from person to person like a piece of meat, I went through about four different people to complete my Manicure & Pedicure, I want to get to know the person I'm paying, I want them (because they're the professional) to care about my needs and not simply throw on polish and kick me out of the door, I have been getting this done for years and there is more to this service. =/ I discussed what I was looking for and they're in agreement but then I feel like they do what they want because I did not leave with what I was requesting and they did not care to ask how I felt about the final result, I was so upset I didn't even have it in me to complain because I didn't want to be there for a second more, I will literally NEVER go back to that place. I will also say that they try to push you towards getting a Powder Manicure (which costs more), "It lasts longer," I told them if Gel is done right it lasts long enough and they showed me that they are unable to do it right because 1 1/2 weeks later it was already chipping, It's a business that does not deserve to be open, I feel like they're literally stealing from people. I also felt horrible because there was a lady sitting next to me getting ready to pay and they suddenly bring up "we only take Venmo," Well, I think a business should have at least a couple of options to pay because this lady sat there for 20 minutes simply downloading the app and trying to figure it out, I can see she was frustrated In the service as well, I don't remember seeing any signs about it but that doesn't mean they weren't there, It was so cluttered in that tiny place. At first we were made to feel welcome until the locals started coming in. The young man working on one of the local young women rudely yelled at my granddaughter and I to get out. The local woman getting her nails done thought he was very funny. Another local lady came in and the first lady told her about the young man yelling at us, and she asked him why didn't he yell at someone for her.The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was very sweet. I don't plan on coming back to this place. The person doing my granddaughters nails was also quite rude. One would think knowing someone is not a typical customer, obviously new, it would be beneficial to treat them with kindness. Not the case here. No tip. Not recomending this establishment. No this is not a 4 star rating, it's not even worth a one star rating. read more
