Trina is amazing with nails. I have done acrylics and healthy nails and either have come out flawless. Don't expect a lot of chit chat though! She's on the phone a lot and very fast and efficient. For pedicures, Ken is the master. Very thorough, professional and quiet. If you want to relax, this is the place. Heads up: first thing you must do is wash your hands, regardless of the service you're getting. I highly respect a business that cares for the safety of its customers and is thorough in sanitary measures for our protection and our health. That is ultimately the reason I have stayed. By far one of the worse manicures I had! I am visiting Port St Lucie and this location must only treat its regular customers well. I chose this location because of all the good reviews and I cannot say the same. I did not get the name of the hand tech but the lady who did my pedi was great. On the other end the lady who did my hand nails was a mediocre tech. My nails were each filed a different length and crooked, the gel was not properly applied and uneven. The final results created bubbles and each mail had a different styling . I am not a difficult person and if I complain then it's bad! I asked for a simple flower on two nails which is something I do all the time and she could not do it. I will only go back there to give another tech the opportunity to fix my nails. read more

Well my first experience was wonderful! I got a full set and just what I wanted! The owner's sister did this for me. See the pictures below. I went a second time with hopes of receiving the same satisfaction. Unfortunately, I wasn't given what I asked. It was a busy day and the nail stylist pretty much gave up. The owner had to complete a simple French tip that I asked for because the other nail stylist couldn't do it. I also had a pedicure scheduled and she told me I would have to come back an hour and a half later. Great location, clean, but the owner needs help with more nail stylists. read more

Alright, I got my nails done here by Vee on Thursday and it was a phenomenal experience but prior to him taking over, I had a woman shape my acrylics in a horrid way. Today ( Monday ) I came in for a gel pedi, again- not pleased with the way my pedicure went. The man had me move from the pedicure station over to the desks, got on his hands and knees and painted my toes??? ‍. This place loses a star due to everyone else BUT Vee. It's a three star place but Vee is excellent, so I'll be generous with my stars. He even touched up my nails while I was getting my pedi. Final straw! I have been going for 2 years! Trina does nails well but is often annoyed by clients and life and just plain rude. Saturday she said she had no time for me. Offered her husband. What a hot mess! Should have taken 40 minutes but took 1 hour and 40 minutes. No exaggeration! Plus, the nails are terrible and will not last. $50 plus tip for a horrible quality manicure that looks bad and won't last. Went for Deep powder and pedicure it was my second time going to this place. Decided to give it a second. Chance. First time the area was dirty with nail powder everywhere it kept getting on my nail. Today after 3 months and she clearly didn't want to take me was rushing, she hurt me not once but twice. The color was nothing at all of what was on display. My toes are Yellow school bus. I was taken 20 minutes late. It took the man 1 hour and 10 minutes to do my acrylic fills. They look awful. The are bumpy, uneven, and too thick even though I said I wanted them thin, repeatedly. The polish job is also not good. He dug his own nail so hard into my skin to separate the acrylic from my skin that he sliced my finger. It bled for about 10 minutes. I can't believe anyone returns to this place. I wouldn't go again for free! read more

This is my second visit to Nails & You. Because my first experience was excellent, I decided to surprise my husband today with a pedicure date. I easily made an appointment this morning and we were seated right away on our arrival. Excellent service. We did the deluxe and enjoyed our flavors of "honey pearl " and "orange". Chairs give a relaxing massage and the pedicure massages were great. We will definitely be back and next time we will do pedi's and mani's. The staffs are super friendly and the place is extremely clean. But I have to tell you that Trina is very experienced with all services that they have. Decided to get my nails done for the first time in a few years. I was never happy with the acrylic, however when I came in here they told me about a new "Healthy Nail" that didn't use acrylic and it kept your nails from being destroyed. I opted to try it. It's been 3 weeks, my nails still look wonderful, no chipping, no pulling up from my own nail. Is time to go for a refresher, and I'm actually looking forward to it. Has been my go to since moving back over a year ago. My sister drove down from vero so i figured they must be good. And they were. But unfortunately it's gone so far downhill. I hav needed two polish changes since my pedicure three weeks ago. I have been a nail tech for over 13 years and know that's ridiculous. Had to pay the first time. Went back for a free polish change and was told after waiting 15 minutes I had to find the same color. Why? Who knows. That was the icing on the cake and I walked out. This has also been the third month in a row I have gotten ingrown FINGER NAILS that got infected and filled with pus because they insist on filing after the THICK dip I like is applied. Even when I asked for them to do it differently. The true last straw is Phuong's inappropriate comments and Trina speaking to me like actual Trash. I get it. She's busy, understaffed and stressed. But I don't pay good money for services that are BAD and people that treat me badly. Lost one whole family worth of business. I decided to try this place because it is very near my house. I was surprised how bright and cheery it is. I made an appointment for a pedicure and by chance it was the owner who did mine. She was very friendly and did an excellent job, my feet feel invigorated! This place is very clean, they use a disposable plastic liner for the pedi tubs. I recommend you make an appointment, they have a lot of clientele who have been coming to them for a long time. I will definitely go back. They also do eyelash extensions, microblading, and healthy nails. Great service. read more
