My first time coming here, I love the friendliness of the owner and staff, felt welcomed. My daughter had dip powder nails plus the nail art, and she loved it. I had acrylic with gel, eyebrow and pedicure. I came in at 6pm and they close at 7pm. The lady who did my feet was pretty fast but accurate, I wish she could have spent a little bit more scrubbing the bottom of my feet which needed it, she did advice me of some things to do to help with the cracking on the heals, besides that I think they did a good job, I'll come earlier next time to see if it makes a difference on the speed. Went to restroom and a customer apologized to me because my technician Gladys was working on her nails. Technician didn't say a word. Will not return, poor customer service. The person i made the appt with did not show. They gave me someone who didn't speak English. A mani pedi took 3.5 hours. They mismatched the color I requested and gave me a matte coat on my toes. When i complained about the color they said there was nothing that could be done. My tips are way too long. I went to this establishment for the first time, everyone seen nice and everything they even took my temperature and did everything related to the COVID-19. I went in there to get a French tip full set on my nails and a pedicure on my toes with overlay on my two big toes, she tells me the price is $106 and it seems very pricey to me because the nails were extremely short, but I still continue to get it done because I really want my nails done. But I haven't even had my nails in for a full week and my nails are already starting to crack. If I'm going to pay for gel on my feet and hands I expect for it to last a little bit longer than a week that's all I'm saying, and I work from home on the computer all day I don't do any hard work so I feel like they should of last longer. Well I came at 6 pm and they close at 7 which I though was okay , but when I got there they argued for 5 mins on who was going to take me , when I finally sat down I felt like I was being rushed , I had one tech put on my nails and of course I have a nail that's crooked . My nails are not smooth they have bumps . When I got my colors ( I wanted a rainbow type of thing my best friend is getting married and it's her colors ) my tech was getting annoyed at all the colors . This was without a doubt the worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever had in this salon. The technician coughed for 1 hour and 15 minutes which was the entire time he gave me for both services. I came here on a recommendation, when I came in I felt rushed and no one took the time to even look at my nails or the ones I wanted. ( I'm a hair dresser so for me being personable and understanding what the client wants means alot to me) they look chunky and fat. Not only that but look nothing like what I wanted. There is no apex and almost looks like what I did when I tried to do nails when I was in school. Only the store owners can do pink and white. The nail tech they gave me did a horrible job. He put way too much powder after i repeatedly told him i want it thin and not too thick. He gave me marble instead of ombré and they're crooked. They tell you to show them a picture and they'll do it. It's the complete opposite of what you asked. Worse experience ever. read more

THE WORST!!! I've been to this spa a few times, and unfortunately, I've always been disappointed. But tonight was the last time I'll ever set foot in there - it was that terrible! I do gel manicures and let my natural nails grow, keeping them about 1/4" on the tip. The first time, they filed the edges too narrow, and they all ripped off within three days. I liked their spatter top coat and haven't found it elsewhere, so I went back. This time, the gel polish was streaky and uneven. Tonight, my nails were really long, and two had ripped off to the quick. I cut 1/4" off myself before I went so the rest wouldn't rip. They just needed to be filed (rounded square), and I asked for two tips on the ripped ones. One man did the soak off, which took a really long time, though it was the thinnest gel I'd ever had and no glitter, and a second put the tips on. One was crooked, and the acrylic was really thick and lumpy. He filed them into a totally rounded, bizarre shape that I couldn't stand. I showed the manager, and she tried to thin them out and square them off, which was a little better - even though it took all the length of the tip off. The man continued to file all the other nails, still rounding them off, and he took all the length off so they're nearly flush to the tip of my finger. He had the worst time applying the gel polish (which is exactly like regular polish), and he took the second coat off of the first hand and started over. I was trying not to look by now, figuring my nails will grow back - maybe try a different shape - but when I saw the finished product (which dried for at least 10 cycles), I was horrified! See the pics for yourself.... It took two hours there for this crap that I'm going to have to go spend three hours tomorrow elsewhere soaking it off and trying to make my nails look human again! Oh yeah - and the whole process hurt, with him digging his nail into the sides of mine to dig polish out. He also sprayed so much alcohol on them that it actual sprayed me and created so many fumes I couldn't breathe. I'm also not a fan of smokers who go outside and come back in reeking of cigarettes - he went out when the other man was doing the tips. read more

There was ABSOLUTELY no one waiting. Several staff was outside smoking and it was no where close to closing. They literally came over handed me my book which was on the side table, turned off the chair and showed me to the counter to pay! I had not been sitting 5 minutes after they finished my toes. Which they never buffed! I was told that was part of my service. Needless to say I DID tip the gentleman that did my toes. I got a mani and pedi. My nails seem fine. There is a-couple bumps in the acrylic that i have noticed. Got a simple design and looks alright. My toes .... I feel like the didnt really get into it like most places. Most people get under my toes and my hang nails and they barely got in there if at all. The paint is currently on my skin. Bad clean up job. I went in there and spent $80 ($65 + $15 tip) on healthy nails plus a regular pedicure. The pedicure sucked. SUCKED. This chick named Kim wouldn't use the callus remover blade on my feet because according to her there was no callus, and it was bone. She was obnoxious and kept giggling at my requests. I told her to cut my toe nails square and straight and when I got home I saw that they were cut crooked and painted like a 12 year old painted them. It looked ok in that lighting but then I got home and saw the reality. My healthy nails tips are pretty bad too and tech kept complaining about how much work it was and how low his salary is... I can't even go back and get this fixed because I'm leaving for Italy and have to now go with this ugly botch job and almost $100 wasted. Really put a damper on my vacation that I was looking forward to... and I doubt anything will come out of this review anyway. Bummed AF. read more

This the second time I've been to this salon. The first was on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was attended to quickly and the young gentleman who did my pedicure was attentive to my needs and detailed. Today, I came on a Tuesday afternoon. They offer a discount for seniors, so it was still a bit busy, but the man who did my gel polish did a great job. My only problem was when I originally picked out my color, one of the girls said "this one?! Pick another"... Maybe she was looking out for my best interest? Lol. Overall they were nice and clean. Literally the worst nail salon I've ever been to...pedicure by Katlyn was amazing but as far as nails the experience I had I wish upon no one. I initially sat down with a woman who didn't even soak off my old nails completely or accordingly and charged me for a soak off...she left clumps of old acrylic from previous nails and then proceeded to glue tips on over top of the clumps and when I politely told her they were being glued on crooked she got upset and ask me to show her how to glue them on...again I very politely told her it wasn't my job to show her how to do nails that's why I was paying to have them done she stormed up and told me I would have to find someone else to do my nails. I'm sitting there with clumps of old acrylic and now crooked nail tips I ask for acetone to soak off and another woman says that Ty was going to attempt to fix them. Ty was extremely sweet and very pleasant however I left there with nails that were flat and that had dips and ridges in them...I wanted almond shaped nails I ended up with half round nails which were all oddly shaped and the gel polish was sloppy and looked as though I needed a refill and I just got them done. And let me not forget the huge cut I left with on my right pointer finger. 98$ for a pedicure, full set and my daughter got her nails and toes painted (she's 6 years old) and I literally left in tears I was so angry. My husband called Bc at this point I'm too emotional to deal and the owner JT had no resolution and told husband he wasted his time away from clients to even listen to his complaints. I don't get my nails done very often and I was skeptical on the other reviews. Customer service was good , he really tried to be conversational as well. Everything was prompt with no wait. I posted some pictures of what I wanted versus what I got. I'm not dissatisfied with the results but I did not want the pink , I wanted clear and he insisted pink. (I got a reverse French with gold). I'm not confrontational and I couldn't understand him a lot but it's not a bad look. I just was trying to be very minimal as I am not supposed to wear anything that stands out in the school I go to. The line is much thicker than I anticipated. And the tech accidentally mixed my gold with some red on his mixing tray a little bit on my thumb.
