I am 71 y.o. and this was the 1st salon I ever walked out on. I sat down, so did nail stylist, who immediately stood up and walked away, leaving me sitting for 1/2 hour. Another 20 minutes before someone else came over after walking to the front twice. The nail stylist had no clue what she was doing and kept nodding her head like she understood what I was saying, when she was clueless. Liars, scam artists called the police who basically laughed at them for calling the police for a measly $10. 1st I was told $10, then $20, then $30. Very dishonest people. The worst full setI I have had in years! Broke 4 nails within 2 weeks.I have never broke that many nails even withan older set of nails. Made appts well in advance and always had to wait 15min.The last time I went she started me late so she told me she was going to have somebody else do my pedicure. I told her I booked the appt with her and if she couldn't do it I would skip the pedicure. The reason why she ran out of time is because she started me 10 minutes late.. she recommended I go to someone else there. I will never go back there. It's very unprofessional. Went to this salon with 2 friends today. The receptionist was not very welcoming, almost rude. If I didn't want my nails done so bad we would've left. My nail tech was Kayla, she was nice did a good job. My friends nail tech were Patrick and JT, Patrick was very nice, and went above and beyond for my friend. (Helped her with putting her shoes back on) JT was the absolute best, she was friendly, and very engaging. I will ask for her when I go back, she's wonderful! Made my first appt with Emm Nails and had to wait 40 minute past my appointment time. Was given a seat and waited another 10 minutes. I was told they had to wait for someone who knew how to do the BIAB. Seems if I made the appointment two weeks in advance they would have known what I was there for and had that someone available. Rachel was great and did the BIAB nails that I wanted. I made my next appt for 2 weeks later but had to call to reschedule due to another commitment. I rescheduled in plenty of time. when I arrived for my next appt. I had to wait again, and then was told that I had been given to Frances, because Rachel was on vacation My 3rd time, booked the same day I left the previous appt. I was given to Andy because Francis is on vacation and Rachel is no longer with them. (A phone call would have been nice to let me know). Personally I don't care to be shuffled around. I prefer one person who knows my nails and knows what i like. the techs are all very nice but it's just not worth the hassle of driving around and around looking for a parking place, then waiting even though you have an appointed time. The atmosphere is crazy..everyone walking around, back and forth ...not relaxing at all. I"ve decided to go back to the salon near my home. They don't do the BIAB nails but now that my nails are grown out, I"ll be much happier with someone who cares. read more

Terrible experience after spending 3 and half hours there Patrick finished and I left got in my car and cried nails were awful not even not filled down so I decided to go back in and show them and they started fixing it right away but this was what I ended up with .. terrible after Patrick destroyed them but letting me leave without complaining the repair was just awful they said we are over booked and under staffed this is the best I could do to fix it.. he filled all the gel off and left them scuffed up ,ruff and awful. read more

How would you like to go to get a great pedicure on a Sunday afternoon only to not get a single massage, lotion, or your legs scrubbed or offered any kind of scent in your water after asking for it and they said that they didn't even have it there during that pedicure? The place is new, clean, and they work very quickly. There is approximately 30 technicians in the store as well. I did make an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. I was seated immediately and the gentleman side doing my manicure. Did not say one word to me And probably completed it in 10 minutes. The massage was minimal and quite disappointing. The pedicure was completed within 20 minutes and they did OK job. I was not that comfortable in a sense that I felt like it was a working mill. People were coming in and out employees were working in all different places. There was nothing personal about it. I'm still pondering if I intend to go back there only because the lack of. Appreciation from the technician. My bill was $50 and I gave him $10 and never said thank you just walked away. In my calculations that's a 20% tip. Need to think this whole thing over. read more

I have been coming to this salon for a few months now. I was very loyal to my nail salon in Delray, so I'd drive back to the salon, even when I moved up to PSL. When this salon opened, I decided to give it a try and sat with Jenn. I am VERY anxious when receiving a pedicure, especially when it's with someone new. Jenn was professional, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. It was nice to actually relax. There are tons of color options and services available. I am currently sitting here waiting while I had made a appointment for a manicure and pedicure with a certain technician whom I always go to. The technician started someone else 15 minutes before my appointment! I asked if that customer had a appointment and I was told no she was a walk in! I told them that my technician needed to stop what he was doing and start and finish my appointment that I had scheduled over the phone and that I was not a walk in! I had a event to be at and I could not wait. The reason ai make appointments is to avoid the wait as this is the only day I can do something for myself! I am beyond upset and I will never come back! The owner is more worried about making money then keeping people waiting! The person next to me has been waiting 30 minutes! It's just wrong to treat your loyal clients that actually make appointments! I will never recommend this nail salon again ! terrible customer service! read more

All these nail salons unfortunately care about quantity over quality. They rush to do your nails.. can't even take there time. They don't clean the cuticles unless you ask them too. They did a horrible job on my nails.. they were lumpy and bumpy... I did chrome and you could see how uneven the nails were filed down. You could see the color under the chrome because of how sloppy it was done... the nerve that theses nail techs have is unbelievable.. we all work too damn hard for our money to not speak up when our nails don't come out the way they should.. 105 dollars wasted on a sh*tty job. I have gone several times always with an appointment. Every time they took me 1/2 hour to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Today they made me wait over 1/2 hour after my appointment then after doing my manicure had me wait another 1/2 hour and were still not ready to do my pedicure that had been booked. When I asked why this was happening they said even with an appointment they treated customers as walk ins and did not follow appointments. The manicure was rushed and not well done because they were just interested in rushing people through. Manager w as rude and dismissive of my concern that I had appointment. Don't go there unless you don't mind waiting as much as an hour after your scheduled appointment. read more

I have never felt more disrespected during a service ever before. 4 people walked out while i was getting my nails done due to the unprofessionalism, disrespect, false wait times, and bad attitudes. Not to mention the prices they charge!! Charged me for my normal length, shape, color, and removal. This place changed me $75 for the basic acrylic gel fill that would've costed me $55 anywhere else. I've been here a total of 2 times. The first time I waited an hour sitting at the pedicure with feet soaking and no one came for an hour. I finally got up to leave I have kids and didn't have much time and they finally had someone to help me out. I ended up leaving that's just to much time wasted. They gave me a quote of 10 minutes. This place is new so I came a second time thinking let me give them a try they are close to my house, I proceeded to wait 25 minutes on a 10/15 minute quote. I asked how much longer she then sat me back at the pedicures to soak and wait were I proceeded to wait a total of 48 minutes before someone finally came. The water was then cold She did my toes and used her tools that she just used on the client before I watched her. The massage was 3 minutes and then let me sit in the cold towel. This place is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time. Won't be back. read more

First time I went I had an appointment with Jenn and it was great. Second time here and I had an appointment for any available set for 3:15pm. I wasn't taken until 3:45. Yelith either hates her job or her life or both. She was miserable from start to finish. My appointment was supposed to be for mani/pedi. Couldn't have the pedi same day since they ran late and I was going to be late for my next appointment. After she found out I was skipping the pedicure she started rushing. Most of my right hand was messed up. I've been getting the dip powder for 5 years never once had them look this bad. Since I was running late, I knew I'd have them fixed the next day since I was coming back for my pedicure. I come back the next day and they put me with her AGAIN! No one else available and I get my pedicure. She didn't even massage my feet (which I'm sure most of you can agree is the best part!) they didn't even offer me anything when I complained about my nails being messed up AND having to come 2 days in a row. The tech next to her had to show her how to fix my nails. Embarrassing.. the receptionist Just said they won't book me with her again. Why would I book with her again??? I was so excited to have such a nice salon open up so close to home, but Yelith is NOT up to their standards.. at all. read more

I always go to Peter to get my nails done. he's amazing!! So patient and pays close attention to detail when he's doing your nails. He ALWAYS does a really good job. I've gone like 2 months without doing my nails and they don't chip or anything! The vibe at the salon is always nice, there's good music, and it's a well lit salon too. They always have refreshments for you if you'd like. Peter's super nice, he always finds a topic to relate to and talk to you while your get your nails done, there's never that awkward silence. read more

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, ripoff I have ever experienced in a nail salon. Jen (the acting manager) said no to everything I asked for, tried to charge me $10 to take my acrylics off because they did not have my color. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I thought I would try EMM (biggest mistake!!) Not only did I wait for 1 hour, but in my middle of my service, they pushed me to the side for one of their friends. Then when it was time for my pedicure, I received no massage, no cleaning, and there was zero communication. She asked me what I wanted and I showed her the color and said I wanted the Basic Pedicure. She did my toes and then charged me for gel polish, which she never asked me if I wanted. They then tried to charge me an extra $20 for something I never asked for. Jen then continued to sputter ( she was the manager for the day because the owner was in Orlando). It was the most outrageous salon I've ever been to!! They basically charge you for just walking into that hellhole. read more
