Went in asked they accepted walk ins. And yes they do. Waited while the tech ate and then when she was telling me where to sit. I had already chosen my nail color and they were a great amount to choose from. I was relaxed but unfortunately there was no conversation between me and the text. But she was busy with her phone. I looked around and all the staff was busy on their phones. Not sure if it's a generational thing and obviously I am not part of today's generation. My nails came out great and stayed with my nails under the drying table. She never told me it was ok to leave. So my issues are all in communication not he manicure. read more

Service has gone down since Liliana and Keisha both abruptly left at the same time. Hired some new staff that did a poor job. Both times my cuticles were sore after from too much filing toward the nail bed. The last time my manicurist could not get the get off my nails and had them soaking for an hour. Yes, an hour. It was a horrible experience and I was left with no apology or possibly even some sort of discount on the next manicure so I could give them a try again? I have been going there for 3 years. The woman that did my nails was "rushed" for her next appointment even though I had called 26 hours in advance and told him I needed time to soak my nails because I had dip powder on them. I asked for a French manicure as I typically would when I walk in for my schedules appointment. But she told me I can't do that she doesn't have time. She was so rushed doing my nails that they are uneven, and I can see part of the nail already sticking out from the dip which typically means within a few days it will break or crack the dip. when I told the front desk, lady that I was not happy with how it went I didn't even get any acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. The woman who did my nails barely spoke to me, and when I tried to ask her question she just stared at me like I was insane. I just sat there feeling uncomfortable the entire time I will not be back. I have been coming to this Nail Salon for over a year now. Who has me coming back over and over again my wonderful nail tech Laura. Laura has always chosen wonderful color options for me as I am so indecisive. She has been very accommodating to me over the past year as I was pregnant and now that I have my infant as it is hard to sometimes make it on time. She takes her time and gives me the TLC I need no matter the occasion. My her gel manicures are quality and last a long time which is great as I cannot go as often as needed. Then I went to prestigious nails For a manicure and a pedicure and was completely satisfied with the end result. Shame on this salon for their customer service! Numerous times got gel/acrylic mani & gel pedicure. Nails totally chipped & even peeled off. I waited 23 minutes past my appointment time to have TY tell me that he thinks Im the only one this happens too... I probably are using chemicals that cause them to peel. How dare he???? He also went on a rant that they are all on commission & they lose time & $ when they have to re-do my nails! I walked out & will NEVER return there. They should pay me for all the wasted time that I sat there getting re-done. Shitty management folks!!! read more

Prestige Nails had the bad luck to open just as the coronavirus pandemic started. They immediately shut down again. Now they have reopened, and I went there for a pedicure. It was one of the deluxe pedicures (I don't remember the exact name) but I do remember what it felt like. It was amazing! Chloe was my "pedicurist," and I can honestly say that it was the best pedicure I have ever had! She gave me the best foot and leg massages of any salon that I have ever been to. The hot wax made my feet soft and when I left, my legs and feet felt brand new. Chloe was amazing! And the salon itself was very clean and pretty. You should go see for yourself...you won't be disappointed! read more

Service was alright we both got the deluxe pedicure I was finished before my husbands and i had my toes painted. Online it states the deluxe pedicures are $35 and they charged me $37 each and when I stated it was a different price online they just said yeah and still charged me the $37. I don't care about the price but u should advise ur clients, Especially new ones that ur going to up charge them before doing so. Won't ever return. read more

The last thing I knew I was trying to get my hair done by the salon give them my service however I had to cancel my appointment due to being sick don't really know what happened but ever since I was unable to get through to them to reschedule an appointment Don't know what happened but all of a sudden this company doesn't except my phone calls anytime I made appointments and I had to cancel I always was courteous and called them now all of a sudden they do not take my calls very disappointed in Management. I stay 2 minutes from this location and two weeks ago I was a walk-in for a manicure! This nice young pregnant lady (Tammy) was wonderful! She did such a great job on my nails that this morning I decided to try her again. The salon opened at 9:30...I was sitting out front at 9:25...At 9:39 a party of four (employees)drove up to open. I remained in my car for a few minutes to allow them to sweep the floor and get the place together. I then went in and there was this older lady who was asking me what was I getting done. I told her a mini/ pedi...she thought I had tips on and I tried to tell her I had an overlay! she was not in the best of mood. I was trying to explain that I did not want tips just a fill in..She started yelling at me saying she has done this work for 14 years, etc...I was trying to let her know to not scream at me, I was not there to tell her her job and I also tried to speak to the owner...every one of the employees/ family members just stood around and watch her going off FOR NO REASON. Needless, to say I took my feet out of the water and walked out of this crazy house of a nail shop! Never wii I go there again! read more

None of the staff are rude but i'm not sure if it's the product they use or how they prepare your nails before putting acrylics on but my nails have never stayed for a long time and my last set i received, nails starting coming off 2 days after i got them done. my mom also went there and one of the ladies were very rough on her feet causing cuts. read more

First, the good stuff; clean, new, bright and friendly staff. On to the not so good stuff; so not to hold anyone up, I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and pick a nail color. Unfortunately for me that wasn't necessary as they were 30 minutes late for my appointment, with no acknowledgement from anyone for their tardiness. I upgraded my pedi to a Prestige Pedi which was $55 for 55 minutes as per their web site. Not sure if that 55 mins included drying time but my actual service was more like 40 minutes. Although my operator did a good job it definitely wasn't worth the cost. they set the expectation (appointment time and duration of service) and fell short twice in one visit. This is the second time I've been to prestige nail salon. The first time they did a horrible job on my nails and two of them broke off within 2 days...not my doing. This time I decided to give them another chance for a Pedicure. I just wanted to relax and treat myself. I called 2 hours ahead of time for a Pedicure, made an appointment, go in and want their "prestige pedicure." They tell me I can't have this because they only blocked off 30 minutes not an hour. They were not busy at all. They barely scrubbed my feet for the calluses, I could have saved $32 and just did it myself. Maybe they should tell people this when you call and make an appointment. Or maybe, make an extra 30 mins for a paying customer if you're not busy. read more
