I requested a new full set. I was not given the new full set just another fill. Then when I came in to get my new set, I had mold growing under my nails. I do not recommend in any way shape or form. That is just my experience I haven't been there since. read more

My daughter recommended because they did good for her. My son in law wanted to treat me & gave me $ to get my nails done. Giving a 3 because my nails do look pretty; however, my fingers all hurt due to the drill running too high & making my nails hot. The one that hurts the most is the one cut by the Emory board. The place doesn't look sanitary. I should have walked out... And that's the most I've ever paid for my nails. My daughter expected it to be $30 because she took her sister in law & they did beautiful flowers, longer nails and it cost $40. I was charged $51. I normally pay $32 plus tip at my regular salon. If I lived in Cleveland I would still drive to Conroe to get my nails done. read more

I usually love coming to this place bc they do a very good job , but recently they have just been telling me that they can't do a specific design or that they can't do this or do that even if I come with photo to copy which I had no problem with until recently. If you value your health never go to Nails Art, Cleveland Tx. A friend of mine went there, was reassured multiple times about product ingredients. They lied! She got a severe and painful nail infection, and has been totally unable to work. She went back to the salon. Never got an apology, no refund, nothing! She asked them to take the nails off. After soaking her nails in acetone, they told her that they thought she was allergic to acetone and that's what caused her infection. Really??? They care so much they're going to use something on a person that they believe she's allergic to??? This salon should be shut down! read more

I won't be back. If you have something in particular in mind such as ombré, gradient, or a chrome color on your nails then I don't recommend it because they refuse to do it. Also, was told the wait was 10/15 minutes and waited 30 to be assisted. The process was a bit painful, instead of soaking off my previous work, the lady chipped and peeled it off. I asked why she was doing that she said it was quicker. It hurt. The clippers she cut my nails with were not sterile or from a new pack even though they have posters about being part of some sanitary system and that each set of clippers is taken from a new pack. Lies. Once she got the tips on, she didn't shorten them by clipping she cut them with SCISSORS. The whole experience was just unsanitary and painful. read more

Went there today for the first time for a mani...the older lady soaked my fingers in water then picked up a set of filthy clippers to try to trim my cuticles...they actually still had someone else's skin still stuck to them (a LOT of skin)...I told her she was not going to use those on me, she said she had one more and reached into a drawer and pulled out a sealed package with a clean set of tools...but not until I said something...very unsanitary...I wont be back read more
