I usually praise this place but not today. I tried calling to make an appointment several times with no answer. Apparently their phone is broken. I walk in to be told 30 minute wait, which I expected. After waiting for over an hour (while other customers that came in after me were taken care of first) I finally got my feet soaking. After almost 25 minutes of soaking finally my pedicure started. The lady that did my pedicure was very gentle cutting my toenails, which I appreciate very much so. The pedicure itself was very nice. Wish they would have massaged my feet more but it was a basic pedicure.. the experience lasted three hours in total. I understand the business but I felt a bit avoided. I will be returning. Hopefully they get their phone fixed. read more

They didn't push my cuticles back so they looked grown out two days after I got them they where to bulky and too much powder as well , they where a little busy the day I went and I felt rushed through which is understandable but it's still my money and they still need to do a good job SLOW IS SMOOTH SMOOTH IS FAST !!! read more

Really disappointed in this place. When I walked in I told them I wanted a pedicure and a refill. They had me wait in the chair for a pedi for a little over 30 minutes. Then they tell me they misunderstood me and didn't realize I also wanted a refill. They asked if I could go have lunch and then come back for that. I waited patiently to get my pedicure. I don't know why they couldn't make someone else wait just like me. I felt rushed out of there. The place wasn't even busy when I got there. read more

Everything was fine until they took my SNS dip powder off with a nail tip. I don't live in the area and they only had two reviews so I went in to get my nails fixed because they were grown out and breaking & they were closest. First they clipped my nails to the quick, which upset me because they had tips on them but they also got my actual nails that I had been trying to grow out. The clippers were also incredibly dirty, I don't normally care about that but they were real bad y'all. THEN instead of soaking the rest off, the tech took a new nail tip and jammed it underneath each nail to get off the SNS powder. That shit hurts people, and they're obviously not supposed to do that because it rips off pieces of your real nails. THEN SHE PUTS THE NAIL TIP BACK INTO THE CONTAINER TO GLUE TO SOMEONE ELSE'S NAILS. I ain't nasty I promise, but what if I had doo doo under my nails?! That's so unsanitary. After that I pretended to have an emergency and said I would pay for what they had worked on and come back another time to get my nails done. I'm a liar because I'm never going back and praise baby Jesus everything is fine. But my gut told me it would only get worse from there and I needed to GO. There were good things about my experience that I do want to point out. I didn't have an appointment and the wait was not long even though they were very busy. They were very sweet and gave me the color samples and and let me know someone would be available in 15-20 minutes. And they were ready for me in 15-20 minutes. When I told them I suddenly needed to leave they were so so so sweet about it and it actually made me feel a tiny bit guilty. They didn't make me bleed, they had a very relaxing space, and I heard from other patrons their lashes are the bomb.com. If I had an appointment or was just getting my nails painted I'm sure it wouldn't have been like this. I don't want to bash them because the other customers seemed to be enjoying their services. I'm just saying if you prefer SNS powder nails, this was my experience & you might choose to go there for a different service. read more
