February 2026 The…read moremanager was very rude about an appointment I had made. He stated that they overbooked the tech. This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

If you have kids, do not bring your kids because they apparently have a problem with anything and everything they do. My girls, both got their toe nails painted, but they really had a problem with my 3 year old. She wasn't fussy and crying, she was just being a toddler! They were very rude in addressing things with my toddler and then went on speaking their language, which I could tell immediately they were talking about us because of their body language. So then she was done with my pedicure but I noticed a bunch of nail polish on my skin, and she didn't like that I asked about it. She cleaned it in a passive aggressive manner. There are too many other nail spas out there, I don't need to come back to this one! Customer service isn't Ike it used to be! Disappointed in this place as I do live very close and would've loved to be a regular here.

It wasn't so busy that I had to wait, but I definitely wasn't the only customer inside. I got a manicure and a pedicure and asked for acrylic on my natural nails with regular polish on my toes. The pedicure was mediocre. Nothing special, and I felt like my technician was really phoning it in for the massage. My manicurist Olivia was very nice and friendly, but I really don't like my manicure. Maybe it's not her fault, but I had no idea that an acrylic full set meant getting a neutral acrylic base on my nails and then shellac gel polish on top of that. I'm use to whatever color I get, that's the color of the acrylic powder (no, not dip) and then a clear coat on top. My nails are very bubbly and super thick. They almost flare out at the tips and just look odd; specifically my thumbs- they just look bad. This place is about 30 minutes away from me, so a drive if I were to make this place my new go to spot. The pricing is very good, but the quality was just not there. I'm interested to see how long they hold up. I most likely will not be returning because the drive is not worth the meh results. They do offer 10% off to anyone who is willing to write a Yelp or Google review. I also saw a discount for first responders. I'm not sure if they have other discounts or offer percentages off to teachers or other occupations, or if they have any sort of happy hour or discount days.
