Constantly had to ask her to refile certain nails that were crooked. After I left the top coat of polish cracked on 1 of my nails the same day, I went back to get it fixed, in the same night another nail cracked again. I've been getting chrome on my nails for years and never had an issue. Chrome should give shine, not sparkles, and they should educate their team on proper application. I gave them two stars since I had been looking for a salon with a large opi gel collection, and they do deliver there. It's also very pretty and clean inside. I usually only get a gel pedi, but today I wanted to paint my fingers with regular polish (I don't like polish on my nails). My service today was extremely rushed, rough on my nail beds and when asked to not cut my cubicles (because that's what I don't want) they tried to convince me otherwise. I ended up having to come back same day to redo my fingers because of my own fault of chipping, however the demeanor changed when I asked for a quick fix..the manager was rude as if I shouldn't be allowed to get it repainted (regular polish) the person that did it kept leaving me when she finished putting coats on my nails.
