I won't be coming back because the service was terrible. I booked Jenny for today, but the receptionist said she couldn't make it, she had another appointment. I was like, but I called in advance on Thursday. She said, check your notifications, the receptionist put me on for Thursday at 3pm after putting me on hold for 10 minutes. The Saturday appointment was confirmed multiple times over the phone. However, the receptionist dares to tell me to check my notifications next time. It shouldn't be a problem for me since I told them Saturday at 3pm was good for me. read more

Started coming here a few months ago on the recommendation of a friend. Although I only get pedicures, I've seen them give beautiful manicures. They have a variety of packages to choose from. The customer service is great - staff is friendly and always greets you when you enter - no matter how busy they are. I make appointments in advance and I would recommend that. Well I've tried using this location before and I know they are super busy so I took the time to make an appointment. I get to my appointment which was at 10:30 and was told to wait for a little. I'm not complaining so my girlfriend and I wait. it's almost 11am and we still aren't seen. In walks two white customers with appointments at 11 for a pedicure and a full set. They didn't have to wait they just picked their colors and went to the pedicure chair. It was just blatantly disrespectful and rude. We were waiting for 30 minutes and did not get seen at our appointment times . So moral of the story don't make an appointment because they won't honor it and you just might get bumped out the way depending on who comes through the door read more

I seriously cannot say how amazing this place is. All around extremely talented nail technicians who are all super friendly. I went in today for a full set and a pedicure, my best friend got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I had a pretty elaborate design idea in mind and they beyond exceeded my expectations. My technician even put her own spin on the design, as the photo I brought in didn't show the design that was done on the thumb. Truly amazing. My friend's nails came out amazing, too. I have found my new go to nail salon, and believe me when I say I've tried almost every place in the area. I now have a place I feel confident recommending to friends and family that ask. I used to go to this spa quite often to get my nail done and they did a good job. For years I went here, but recently I have had issues. One of the last times I went, I asked for an eyebrow wax. The lady was rushing, and I couldn't blame her since there was a lot of people there. However, she was rushing so much she barely waxed my eyebrows and it took her a total of 3 minutes to complete the job. I was very disappointed with how I looked after. The next time I went, I went with my friend to get a pedicure. The spa had it priced at $30 per person. Once we got there and they started, they showed us their kits, the lowest price being $40. I was quite annoyed considering I was advertised a different price. However, I took the cheapest option. It was a fine experience, but for sure not worth $40. By the time I finished the charged me $60 for a PEDICURE since I had my nails painted. I was not told that that costed extra, in fact when I asked they made it seem like it was included. With the tip I spent $70 total for a subpar pedicure. Again, I used to love this place but recently I have been extremely disappointed with this terrible service. Please keep this in mind when going, I will not be visiting any time soon. read more

Went here quite frequently but the service has just been getting worse and worse. First time going I loved how Kim painted my nails. She didn't use too much paint so they weren't bubbly or anything. I guess she got busy or didn't want to have me as a reg customer so Then I started going to Van. She honestly was my favorite. Never had an attitude, pretty kept to herself it seemed and was always kind. There were a couple other nail techs that were nice also. Story time.. I go to get my nails cut down as I was going to school for something where are nails needed to be as short as possible.last minutely, I got in, and they were pretty busy. In between customers, Kim took me to cut down my nails. My nails were still new as I had just went there last week. She filed them down but not low enough so I explain why they had to be very low, basically to the skin. She filed again, and they weren't low enough so I politely asked if they could be lower... she got an attitude LOL. I was so confused. Why was she getting mad that I wanted my nails filed lower?? I had no tone in my voice when I kept asking, literally couldn't have been nicer the way I asked. I guess because they were busy........ but even still.. I was legit in her chair for no more than 8 minutes tops. Anyway, her uncalled for attitude made me want to leave at this point so I just agreed that the length was fine (even though I had to file them even more myself), and left. Honestly I was annoyed so I didn't tip her for a 5$ service. Next, and last time around, I came for a gel mani. Candy did my nails. I'm not happy with them because I think she may have used so much paint on purpose from I guess the last time I was there. I also asked if she could file them lower and I could tell she realized.. I was THAT girl LOL. Anyway again, I'm over this place. The benefit to it all was the $5 off after third visit, in which I visited a lot. But no more. read more

On a lazy Sunday afternoon I decided to go for a little pamering and get a pedicure. It was late and I needed to find a place that was still open. I stumbled upon this nail salon and saw that they closed 15 minutes after I arrived. I decided to try to ask if it was too late and they were all so welcoming! I felt bad for arriving so late but they never made me feel rushed and were nothing but great about me being there. They even offered to do a manicure and did it while I was in the pedicure chair. I love this place. It is the only nail place that I have tried in Washington Township that I have gone to where I don't ever feel they are rushing to finish and move onto the next customer. I use Jennifer there and get the Pearl Spa pedicure. I highly recommend her! She's sweet and gentle when doing your feet but her massages are amazing.
