My nails are bumpy, not the same length, she didn't know how to get an almond shape and the painting skills were not there either. It took me 1 hr 45 min for a gel manicure. Both times I went, Katie did my nails. And both times other technicians have had to come over and fix her work. You should not have a nail technician working that does not know how to do nails. No one wants to spend their hard earned money or time on a horrible product/outcome.

Everyone from the owners to the nail technicians feel like family. My nails always look great and I get compliments all the time. They recently opened a lash and beauty spa nearby too! I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

I never polish my nails because of my job so I only needed my cuticles done and that was all she did. I declined the hot towels because by that time I was over it. The pedicure didn't loofah or anything, didn't adjust the seat or turn the chair massage on, uneven shape and length of the nails, didn't put on my sandals just left me there with nothing at all (asked if I wanted the toe spacers I said I was going to wear my own flip flops and tech said I didn't need spacers but didn't put on my sandals) and said I could go to the dryer (across the salon) but I still needed my nails done so when I went to put on my own sandals it ruined my polish. Tech said it was "fine" since I was her last appointment she would fix it. My nails are all different shapes and lengths, didn't clean up the skin, didn't have me wash my hands, didn't brush the nail dust, just cut/filed/polished and had me pay after polished. I didn't dare remind her for a third time I was also there for eyebrows because after this I was terrified of what might happen. I think she may have been new to nails but there were people doing nails next to us that even commented on the color, why did no one point out that she was skipping multiple steps and still charge $48?
