Gossip and Gloss is know for their dry Russian manicures. These focus on cuticle work. They take extra care to always make sure your manicure turns out perfect. During the service, the mother was recording me from her pedicure chair after I noticed her repeatedly texting the daughter about me. As a result of improper removal, two of my nails now have exposed raw skin (see attached photo). She used a piece from a new set to pry off my old acrylics, severely damaging my natural nails. The experience was painful to the point that I was crying -- and I was still charged.
