My go to! It's out of my way to get to the salon but I'll make the drive time and time again. Dichya and Sarah are my girls ! They're amazing at what they do and they'll kill it everytime. I usually get dip which is priced reasonably here! Sometimes i try out diff styles and nail art and the price differs but for the most part v reasonable prices. read more

Stopped at this place when I was in the are for a quick gel mani. The place is clean, and I was greeted immediately. I was going for something pretty basic while taking a break from long acrylic nails. I did have to wait a bit, despite having called ahead and having been told to arrive at the time that I did. I liked the attention to detail on my cuticles-- when you have acrylics, they sort of just drill them off, but she was patient and gave them some extra care. I went with a plain white. It looked good, but I was super disappointed that my left thumb nail chipped the very next day. I already felt that it was a bit expensive for a gel mani, so I wasn't super pleased when that happened. Because of that, I probably wont head back to this spot. read more

Probably the best nail salon I've been to in Columbus. I've been to a few. No one here is rude and everyone does a great job. I mostly see Jum but I've seen other people too when she's been off. My nails always look good and if not, they would fix it. There's a variety of music playing, tv shows, they offer you different drinks. Just a great place to go and more affordable also. read more

asked for the manicure with the massage. and also gel dip nails. Didn't get the manicure. didn't even get lotion!!! after telling the person my hands hurt and were really dry. Dip came off two nails after 5 days, so had to go back to have replaced. oh and the person i asked for i didn't get. They just rescheduled me with someone else. read more

Stopped in for pedicures with a couple of friends. It was seriously one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Meliah did a great job, she was very thorough and detailed. I liked that she asked if I liked the polish before continuing to do the rest. Since I'm extremely ticklish I'm usually nervous about getting pedicures but I had no problems at. Also everything was very clean and well sanitized. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. read more

I hadn't had a mani or pedi for months because I was scared to go to a nail shop. I felt terrible subjecting anyone to my overgrown cuticles but couldn't put it off any longer. Alysha C at Fab Nails is the absolute best pedicurist I've ever had! She fixed my busted feet and hands and didn't even side-eye me for the hot mess they were! Made an appointment. Ended up with someone completely different than who I scheduled with because she wasn't even closed to finished. That already made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer. She was nice but it seemed fairly new. $60 including tip and an hour later the nail polish looks like crap. If they correct this, I'll gladly change/update my review. UPDATE: Leanne is making it right. She had me come in next day and repainted my piggies. I appreciate her explaining the decisions that lead to my having a different person. read more

The lovely Suzi W. Is such an amazing lash tech, such a hidden gem! She brings so much personality and joy to my experience here that it keeps me coming back, not to mention how good her work is! My lashes last, they feel weightless, they're done well quickly & they are so comfortable. If you're gonna come here ask for her! If you're shy, you'll be comfortable and if you're talkative (like me lol) you'll never run out of things to talk about. The time flies by! I've gotten my nails done 1 time by Alysha and they were perfect. I sent my 84 yr old mother to get a gel pedicure and she came home with dry skin around all nails. I called the shop owner and when he returned my call, he had not yet see the picture. When he did he said,"your mom had not had pedicure in a long time". Sir how do you know that? Even still had Tammi even put lotion on it should bot have flaking dry skin. His response was horrible. As good as Alysha did my nails I will not support this establishment again. read more

Scheduled an appointment about an hour and a half before closing and they managed to squeeze me in same day. On the website it only allowed for spa manicures, but to my request Leanne offered to switch it up to gel (which is what I originally wanted although I wasn't too picky). My nails were pretty dry and uneven, but they shaped out to be a really pretty and shiny berry red. read more

I came here for a last minute appointment for an acrylic balance with gel polish. My usual salons were booked solid (I forgot it's graduation week) so I decided to give this place a try seeing as they just opened. I'm so glad I did! This is definitely one of my new favorite salons. It's incredibly clean, the staff is friendly and prompt, and they have an expansive gel color selection. Lee checked in with me repeatedly to make sure I was happy with the shape/length/color. It's an unassuming store front in a mall--but don't let that fool you! Definitely going to be coming back UPDATE: this has become my new go-to salon. So glad I found them back in May! read more

I came into Fab Nail and Lash for a mani/pedi with my friend today and was unfortunately quite underwhelmed with the service I received. Nani was my manicurist, and she arrived about 40 minutes late for the appointment, making my friend have to wait for me quite a while once she was finished. I wanted a French manicure with different colors on the tips and had made a note of this when I scheduled the appointment. Only after I arrived and had picked out my colors was I informed that Nani was unable to do a French manicure. I found this strange considering it's quite a basic request. When Nani finally arrived, she didn't say much or acknowledge her late arrival. My pedicure went fine. But the gel manicure I received was really not great. The gel was getting all over her gloves and the table as she worked, and in turn ended up all over my skin. The polish I picked was translucent and required a few coats, but the coats she applied were too thick, causing bubbling, and drips of polish over the nail and onto my skin in some areas. I can tell this will be peeling off in a few days. I will throw two stars out there because my friend had an excellent manicure from Tammy who was quite friendly. read more

Well dang it, Yelp removed my entire first review when I updated this one. I went a few weeks ago initially for nails for trial. I got. Neutral pink and Leann did shaping and dip on my natural nails. The dip was thin and wore well. Anyone who has gotten dip knows that a bad dip manicure is the worst. But I've had two from LeAnne and both have been excellent. The salon itself is immaculate. They have a lot of space and offer so many different services. Also it's clean and professional. They are also very accommodating as I changed my appointment three times as my schedule changed for trial. Update: asked for scary auntie nails and LeAnne delivered. Almost shaping on natural nails with red dip powder (Fire Engine Red #67). They look great and the dip is very thin and well done. Also I went just over three weeks with my last set and they were grown out but hadn't lifted or come off. read more

What I loved right away about their customer service, I was running behind and I was told, I will be okay upon arrival for my appointment. Upon arrival, I was escorted to the back area where lashes are done and I was greeted by Will. He explained the process from start to finish, and the aftercare instructions, he was friendly and his expertise with lashes and the application of hybrid lashes, which looked amazing. I also had a pedicure done by Leeann who was very friendly and exceeded my expectations for my pedicure, thank you to the welcoming and friendly staff, oh I forgot how clean and organized the salon is and how they follow the COVID guidelines. I go to Fab Nail and Lash Spa for dip manicures and have always had great service and loved my results. Yesterday, I went in for a lash appointment with Suzi and unfortunately, was very disappointed. This was my first time getting lash extensions, but I did my research and I know they aren't supposed to burn or anything like that while being applied. I couldn't even get a good look at my lashes when she was finished because my eyes were watering so bad from the burning sensation. I learned that the extensions were placed way too close to my waterline. I am not the type write a review or anything, but my wedding is tomorrow. I now have swollen, sore eyes and have made an appointment elsewhere to get the lashes removed. I am just very disappointed because Suzi was so nice and I was really looking forward to having beautiful lashes for my wedding and honeymoon. read more

I had a nail appointment on Friday morning, the nail tech was behind 20 minutes so another tech started my prep which was fine. Then, my nail tech was ready for me and seemed stressed and rushed through my nails. I was getting dip nails and the tech grinded too much of the dip off, causing a hole through the polish. She then had another pedicure appointment to get to and then left me to be taken care of by someone else. A different nail tech came over (while she was already doing someone else's nails) and fixed my 2 nails the original tech messed up. My appointment took an hour and a half, which is way too long for not even getting a manicure done - just dip polish. Would not come back to get my nails done. I had a lash fill appointment the day after my nail appointment, trying to give the business the benefit of the doubt and kept my appointment after having my nail appointment that went bad. My lash appointment was 2 hours long (definitely has never been that long anywhere I have gone), and at the end I wasn't pleased with my lashes but after sitting for 2 hours getting them done, I didn't want to wait any longer. I Sat on it for 30 minutes after leaving the business following my appointment, called and told them I wasn't pleased with my lashes. The receptionist said I could go back "right now" which I couldn't do. I also requested a different technician as the one I had didn't seem to know what to do (hence taking 2 hours). The receptionist then said I could go back at 5, but I would have to pay full price. Of course I declined, after already paying $50 for lashes I was unhappy with. Absolutely unacceptable services all around and I unfortunately would not return or recommend this establishment to anyone. It seemed like some technicians knew what they were doing, but the ones I had did not seem to. Wish I could give it 0/5 stars. read more

I got a dip manicure. Tami was SO nice, but the nails disappointed. They looked great, but 2 of them broke within 5 days. Went back to the salon to get them fixed and the next day another nail broke. Usually my dip nails last 3-4 weeks so I was very disappointed and will not be back. read more

By far the best nail work I have ever got. I just moved to Columbus and was a little apprehensive at the beginning since I don't like to just go anywhere when it comes down to my hair and nails. However I have to say that I am very glad that I took the chance, and I will definitely make this place my new go to nail salon. Gotta be the best foot and lower leg massage ever had. If only I could find a guy to massage me like Alysha did!! Such amazing & magical hands and I was so relaxed. Amazing Dip Nails ! A friend and I went over their grand opening weekend a while back and did the dip on our nails. After an entire month (yes i waited a little too long to get them re done ) but they were still beautiful, just extremely grown out. All the tech's are wonderful, easy to talk to and do a great job on your nails. Their color selection is also great for both dip and gel nails. I will be going back for sure! read more

The person with whom I had an appointment was working on someone else. I have liked their work in the past, but it isn't the first time they were late, this time I couldn't wait. Frustrating! First time at this salon. Decorated very nicely and very clean. Loved the check in system and was greeted and given swatches to look at and vitamin water. Lee Ann was very nice and greeted me by name, which I liked being a first time customer. Loved when she brought out a sterilized bag of instruments for my own personal use. This was my first dip set and she explained each step of the process. I'm very picky about my nail shape but she took her time to get it to my liking. One of my nails had a spot on it from the dip and she took the time to correct the nail. I also loved that this salon does not charge take off with a purchase of a new dip set. I highly recommend Lee Ann and this salon. read more

This is hidden along Hayden road but is a great find. I got a last minute mani/pedi with Lee. He was very attentive to make sure the gel polish was bubble free. He even helped the lady next to me when she asked for a recommendation for a good nude color, he rattled off the number of the polish recommended. Spa was clean with nice open space. Popped in for a last minute gel mani today and decided to try dip powder instead! They're having their grand opening special and I was excited to find somewhere so close to where I live in an unassuming plaza but don't let it fool you. Love the interior vibe it's super cute and clean with great design and they are very welcoming. Lee did a perfect job on my nails and was quick and friendly. Their prices are what you would expect to pay/average in comparison to other places but I liked the atmosphere way more than a normal nail place. They also had comfy looking pedi massage chairs I'll have to check out next time. Can't recommend enough! read more

This was my first time visiting Fab Nail in my search for the perfect nail salon in NW Columbus. Both of my nail techs did a beautiful job with my nails, they were friendly, the tools were clearly clean/new, and my techs both had masks on. The price was very reasonable compared to other salons and they have a good selection of colors. Overall the decor was ok...I did feel like the place was a bit cluttered with random cleaning supplies and just other "stuff" able to be seen by customers. Unfortunately, other members of the staff (not my techs) did not have masks on. I understand it's hard to enforce customers wearing masks but I feel like the staff here could take that extra step to keep their customers and each other safe, given the amount of time you spend there for an appointment. I did not feel comfortable and I don't think I would go back until after the pandemic is over. read more

Found my new spot! So incredibly happy with my nails and service. I tried a dip powder set for the first time and am hooked. Salon is very peaceful and clean, you can see the attention to detail right from the start. They have soo many dip powder color options! I booked with Lee who was fantastic. Not only did she do an amazing job and really take the time to perfect the shape, she's such a sweet person and was a joy to chat with! I look forward to booking with her again. I love this spot. I met Le at a different salon and was devastated when I went back to learn he had moved salons. I've had bad experiences in the past of getting dip and having it catch on my hair days later. Now it's the only thing I get--specifically by Le. Le does dip on my long natural nails and does it so thin that it will never get caught on my hair. The dip is so lightweight and still protects my nails when I'm bartending. I hadn't shaved in at least a month, more like 2. I scrubbed my legs every night for a week prior, knowing that I was getting waxed today. And did a wash even just before leaving the house. So I'm not sure why so many hairs broke and were left over other than improper techniques. I certainly have photos to show. They look good from far away, but half of the hairs were just broken. A lot of money for how much hair was left over.
