I haven't gotten them done before at this location so I was hoping for a better quality experience than I had at a different location, which my acrylic nails came off after about a week or two. The older man who did my nails was friendly at first and then didn't do much small chat after the initial sit and greet, which was fine for me as I don't mind having "quiet" experience or having conversation with my nail tech. However I felt a bit rushed when he was doing my nails. I hardly got to inspect the first one when he asked if I liked it but then quickly moved on to do the rest of my fingers. The cost for both my acrylics and my friends pedi cost quite a bit. As to be expected I assumed I'd be getting quality nails as it's not exactly cheap. However after a few days of getting them done, I noticed a few small bubble spots on a few nails and one finger the application wasn't done evenly. Due to my busy schedule and life, I went in about a week later because at that point the tiny bubbles were occurring on practically all my fingers. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. I remember their sign up front for the 10 day guarantee. The man who did my nails wasn't available and I had to schedule an appointment later to get my nails fixed. I found out his name was Henry. Henry seemed annoyed during my fixing process. Even when I pointed out that I saw some bumps on one finger. I don't appreciate when he's complaining and talking bad about me to another co-worker in a different language (Thai). After I checked a third time and saw issues with a finger he got up and got someone from the front, which I tried to explain the them but they said it looked fine, but I can still feel the rough bump patch. Long story short, I'd recommend to AVOID Henry for your nail tech at this location.

I am a male and the only other time I had a manicure done was before my wedding nearly 30 years ago. The shop was very small and the couple that worked there are an actual couple, husband and wife. I had been in this place a few times before but only to pick up Amazon items that I had ordered. I liked the place - cozy but not claustrophobic. The husband gave me my manicure and it was a most enjoyable experience. We chatted about my hands and how I use my fingers and nails, his wife and kids, and their vacations. A very pleasant fellow. He washed my hands, clipped my nails, filed, buffed, took care of the cuticles, washed my hands again this time with a pumice soap, and then applied oil/lotion to my hands. They've never looked or smelled so good! It was a nice bit of pampering I did for myself and I need to do it again. I will definitely visit them next time.

They were ready when we arrived and were patient as we picked our polish colors. We all had a great experience! Linda did my pedicure was very attentive - I had just finished training for and running a half marathon, so my callouses and feet were in rough shape. She shaved down the callouses and but left a little bit there, just like I asked. She was also careful to avoid the 2 almost healed blisters I had from the race. They treated our group so well, from not rushing us to start or to leave, to making sure everyone liked our colors, water temps, massage chairs, etc. They were friendly chatting with us and overall the mood was positive and relaxed. I don't get pedicures often, but next time I do I will be returning!

For the price I paid, I would've expected it to last a bit longer, as it was not inexpensive. Also, when I was getting my eyebrows waxed, the lady who was waxing my eyebrows asked me if I was expecting and proceeded to point to my stomach. I feel that this is really inappropriate even if she meant it innocently. I am also not expecting I was just wearing a flowy dress. I was immediately self conscious and uncomfortable. I don't feel that that should ever be said to a costumer or anyone for that matter. I would just recommend being careful of etiquette when speaking to anyone including paying costumers. I am sharing this so hopefully it doesn't happen again to other paying costumers.

The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.
