My daughter had beautiful long hair which took her years of growing it out, all I wanted was to trim the ends a little 1-2 inches is what I stated.The teacher on that day assigned one of her students to cut her ends, this idiot student(picture of her provided) cut almost 9-10 inches of my daughters hair! How stupid and incompetent do you have to be to not know the difference between 1-2 inches from 9-10 inches! All this girl said to me was "oh! sorry!" Yeah sorry my ass, that's not going to bring back my daughters hair that took years to grow out, she didn't give a hell how much that hurt me and my daughter! This was a big F.U to my face! looks like this teacher hasn't taught her students well enough especially this one who screwed my daughters hair! Screw you guys! I'm a cuticle biter/picker, therefore my cuticles are always damaged and I'm slightly self-conscious of it - and it never fails that a nail tech always comments on them. Well Liz did not, and it was such a relief that she didn't even do a double take or switch up her tone. She remained bubbly and made me feel very comfortable and accepted. I will definitely become a regular here.
