I was super hesitant to go to a new nail salon. My main worry was the nail tech being too rough on my nails and possibly making them bleed. As I walked in I was attended and seated almost immediately. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I asked for a French ombré and an older male began doing my nails. I was relieved when I saw how gentle he was on my nails. I'd say my nails came out perfect! I ended up paying $45 which I thought was a very reasonable price. If I could give them 0 stars for their SLOPPY JOB I would. I called to see if they could take me in and they said they would be closing but could take me if I went in within 10 mins. I asked the guy to do overlay and no chip. He did a sloppy fill in and had someone else do the no chip who didn't even use the colors I asked for and then filed my nails down after finishing the no chip causing the nail polish to chip off from the sides and when I let them know about my nails being bumpy they said they look fine. But please tell me in what world do these even look presentable or even similar to the picture (I understand the color will not be the same shade but I said I was okay with the colors being a little different as long as they were green and gold). read more

I came to get a pedicure and a full set. I asked the man to sanitize the area where I would be seated because someone else just got up. You would think he would want to do it anyways due to covid. Wrong. He got an attitude and cleaned it. He started on my nails and one of my nails were crooked. I asked him to fix the one nail before he put the acrylic on. He instantly got irate and told me that he couldn't do my nails. He called me dirty. He said that I could leave. Very unacceptable. Update: Two ladies that worked there urged me to stay and I did. Ana did my pedicure and the lady in the front did my full set. I also got my eyebrows did. I tipped them both $20 a piece for their work. The lady also apologized to me for the man's behavior but did not. read more

This has been my go to nail salon since they opened, I come every 2 weeks for a no chip and pedicure. My past two visits back to back the techs have been on FaceTime while doing my nails and i feel that is very unprofessional. When I go to the hair salon my stylist isn't on FaceTime-she is engaging in conversation with me and I feel if I am paying for a service you should not be on a phone call or FaceTime while I'm in the chair, not to mention I am a regular, tip good, and also bring other clients to this establishment which gives them more business but I will be looking elsewhere from now out. read more

I had a 1pm appointment and when i arrived the wait was 45 minutes bc they were backed up. First of all why didn't you call your customers to let them or change times. Update: this place is worth the money IF you don't work with Gina. Horrible customer service from her and worse actual work. I returned and another woman redid my nails all free of cost. She was a lovely person and very understanding. My advice, when you get there ask who you're working with and make sure it isn't Gina. Other than that it's great. I had been to this location only one time prior to my visit today and I loved it. I was attended by a man who was patient and took time to really get the shape I wanted. Today, however, I was greatly disappointed. The woman who attended me named Gina was rude from the start. From the moment my sister and I walked in she was standing at the front desk and completely ignored us. We were standing there almost five minutes as she just stood and talked to one of her coworkers. It wasn't until her coworker said to attend us that she actually turned around and asked what we wanted. Fast forward to her actually doing my nails, it was going fine until I asked her if she could redo my thumb. There, she got annoyed and angrily started to redo it. Mind you, she had not painted it yet, she had no customers waiting, the store was basically empty. All she had to do was remove the tip of the nail and glue a new one on so that it could be a bit longer. From there everything else was incredibly rushed, the paint is very goopy and my two thumbs are much shorter than my other nails. Not at all satisfied with this look. I'm going to have to file and perhaps even redo my nails on my own. Ridiculous. read more

I love getting a good no chip mani/pedi. But for my very FIRST visit to this nail salon, I was disappointed. Especially after hearing so many good things about this place. Don't get me wrong, service is pretty good and massage for the pedi was great. But I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. I asked for both my mani and pedi to be the exact same color, yet when I got into the car- they were two different colors. And as mentioned, I get NO CHIP; guess what, my nails chipped within days. And they had two separate employees working on my nails for some reason. I asked the first lady to cut my nails and even them out for me in the nicest way possible, and she didn't.
