When my sister asked for clarification about why the nails were not done correctly, the technician and another worker immediately escalated the situation, became aggressive, and even accused us of lying. The situation became so hostile that the technician threatened to fight me after her shift, while yelling "I don't need this job I have more money then you" I'm making everyone aware because this behavior created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be treated this way or feel unsafe simply for voicing concerns. Not all customers are always right but in this situation, we were not at fault. Avoid this business, as the manager also failed to de-escalate the situation and allowed the aggressive behavior to continue.

As soon as I arrived, the receptionist asked me if it was my first time and helped me pick a color for my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and my nail tech had just got there. Yllen made sure to ask several of her co workers to ensure the color was just right. She was super sweet and charismatic. The receptionist then asked me if I wanted something to drink and brought me a little menu. I had an iced coffee which was actually pretty good! Yllen was super detailed and shaped my nails better than I've ever had them. My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

We all work too hard to pay for expensive services that aren't quality and don't last. I have tried this nail salon on three occasions with different nail techs. I have yet to have a an experience that is worth the money. He first time was for apres for my daughter and I...both of us experienced the nail tips lifting and polish peeling within two weeks. The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived. Furthermore, I've included the text confirmation showing my service was 14 days prior and not 16 days. However the peeling and chipping started before 10 days. Women work too hard to get ripped off with poor quality and unsanitary services*
