I went a while ago, the owner rushed my nail tech as she had someone waiting. When I told her that she was being rude and that she shouldn't rush her nail tech as I am a paying customer as well she rolled her eyes and when paying she actually threw my credit card at me. So I've been here a couple times. I got lucky and had great service with my nail technician Yoeimi. However, what's lacking in this place although nice, clean and variety of colors is the over all customer service experience. I believe there are 2 women owners. One is nice but the other is SO rude, I just can't and would never rate this place a 4 because of the unprofessionlism I've witnessed more than once and experienced once myself. They have a frequent visit coupon/stamp system and when I lost mine that had 2 stamps on it already the lady looked at me as if I was lying rolled her eyes and although she gave me another card too honor my last two visits I felt so insulted and had to fight the urge of wanting to slap her look off her face. They also charge you $1.00 fee to use your credit card even on a full service charge which is absolutely ridiculous. I only go here when I have no choice because my Yoeimi has since left and the other technicians have been too inconsistent. I have followed Yoeimi to the be Salon she moved to which is closer to her house and my job. It's more expensive but I'm willing to pay for good service. read more

If you want good customer service then this is NOT the place for you! I booked an appointment 2 1/2 weeks ago on the only day and time my technician had available (according to one of the owners) I remember expressing to her that I needed my appt. before a certain day because I was leaving out of town for business. Remember this was with 2 1/2 weeks in advance. She told me she found an open time and booked my apt. AT THAT MOMENT I entered it into my cell calendar. Imagine my surprise when I arrive today and was told that no I had no appointment!!!! Couldn't be!!! When she checked the system she found an appointment in my name 4 weeks away. Rather than be sympathetic or compassionate and perhaps offer to see if she had any techs available, she proceeded to tell me that that was the apt I booked and that people book a month out in advance all the time. She also made it a point to tell me that she did not book my apt. Ohhh and let me not forgot the part where she said that it was impossible that my appointment was for Wednesday because that tech always has Wednesday's booked. Can you say rude!!!! She did absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue that the other owner created, she obviously needs to learn what good customer service looks like, AND I will no longer step foot in this location. read more

Yes, this is the place! Always have a spot for me last minute when I need it. I hate making appointments. Never been good at keeping them. Haha! :D So they take care of me well and they will do the same for you. I get the regular mani-pedi with a clear semi-permanent coat to seal it. Last 2 weeks and I love it! I came in here after a nail disaster at an asian nails salon a few months ago. My nails came out awful and the guy who did them for me was so rude to me. I had always gone to asian nail salons to get subpar service but after this last experience I told myself never again! I came across this place and upfront it's really cute and neat. Everyone is really sweet, especially the owners. I get my nails done by Ritzy (Maritza) She is incredibly talented and has educated me a lot on nails. My review was deleted, my pictures were deleted....I am like speechless, unfortunately I don't have those images anymore but I left that place in pain, my feet hurt so bad that I barely can walk to my car, she manipulated my feet like she was a butcher instead of a nail specialist. I visited the salon in December of last year, that very same day I posted my pictures and my review. She left me bruise on my feet, I clearly can see her finger shape on my skin. A very noisy place and the strong smells from all the chemicals never dissipate, I left with migraine due to those strong odors, pain and bruises in my feet. I will never come back again. read more

Let me start by saying that I am in love. I don't understand how anyone could give this place a negative feedback because everyone from the owners to the entire staff was absolutely amazing. My nails have never looked so beautiful and I have been to many nail salons. With no hesitation I was taken care of by Vivian, Helen and then the wonderful Charlea btw pronounced "Charlie". This was my first time in the salon and I went in as a walk in. They're busy but I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen by someone. It was also a Wednesday morning at 1130am. I was seen by Vivian and she was great! Super nice and did a great job on both my toes and gel manicure. I already set up a follow up appointment with her. She was a bit rude to me At the beginning of the service Which set the tone for the whole experience. I felt quite awkward uncomfortable the whole time. As if I had just been scolded by my mother. At the end of the service she overcharged me on the ticket. The only way I actually caught it was because the receptionist asked me if I took advantage of the special that day. This place is the bomb! I love Charlea, she is nice friendly and my go to nail artist ! I found this place on yelp and I couldn't wait to try it out. Charlea does an overlay on my nails and they've never looked this long before! I've featured my pictures and I will continue to do so because I absolutely love her work. No matter what I decide to make up in my head she's been able to create it on my nails. Word of advice, BOOK, CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE an appointment ahead of time ( it helps everyone) I would also like to add that I am so amazed that they use the spa chairs they do. The pedicure tubs have these disposable liners that get thrown away after every client. I believe sanitation should be a number one concern and I haven't seen that many salons that use the one-use disposable liners like they do. It's honestly the best method to insure you get a clean pedicure tub every time. ( This is why I would probably only do my pedicures here from now on) This place is somewhat of a drive for me but it's totally worth it. I had been on a hunt for a good nail salon for sometime and this place was recommended so I decided to give it a try. You have to make an appointment and unless there is a opening, you might have to wait a few days (worth it). The nail salon is nicely decorated and visually appealing and most importantly clean. It didn't notice any strong chemical smells that you usually find in nail salons. They have a large color selection and focus on one customer at a time which is a must for me. I got a full set (by Charlea including nail art) and pedicure (by Maylin). My nails came out very natural. No bulkiness, uneven color or missing color near the edge of my nails. Charlea was very friendly and easy to talk to. My pedicure came out good also. Maylin was very gentle and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. My daughter got a manicure and pedicure (by Maylin and nail art by Stephanie). She showed them a picture of the nail art she wanted and got it. It's a little pricy compared to others but you get what you pay for. Our nails came out great...exactly what we requested. This salon is walking distance from my house and I had no idea until a friend mentioned it. Instead, I was normally driving 20 mins away to a nail salon I was not happy with. I decided to try it and I had a wonderful experience! Daniela did my nails and she was so amazing and did my nails so well. I'm rather picky when it comes to manicures and pedicures and I had no complaints. Actually, she was so gentle that I felt completely relaxed. Very fast and efficient, did a very clean job and was very professional! colors were easy to find and were in good condition, no sticky nail polish and made sure that there were no hairs or debris in the way of the polish. I was looking for a good salon that would fix my manicure/pedicure (the last place I went to botched it). And then I stumbled upon this place and I am so happy I did. The people who work there are all so nice. Good vibes. The salon itself is clean and colorful which is nice. The pricing is fair. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Three weeks ago I went for the first time. I selected an orangey color by OPI. I got my pedicure done first by Mayling. She was very gentle but did a great job. Not like other places where it feels like they're going to rip off my skin. Afterward I got a full set by Charlea. I swear she is the best at what she does. They look so natural. After three weeks I didn't have a single chip, crack or flip. I was very pleased. I went back this morning to get a refill by Charlea. Mayling did my pedicure this time also. I'm so upset, if I can give them negative stars I would! I have not only been a loyal customer, giving them 2 glowing yelp reviews but have defended the ridiculous price I pay for my nails every 2 weeks to everyone I know. Telling everyone I know that I will never go anywhere else but today they lost a customer forever. Based on a 2 minute conversation with non other than one of the owners Madeline. I'm angry and super sad because the 2 nail techs that I usually work with are worth every penny but obviously the owner has no sense of customer service and doesn't care to lose a customer. As much as I have praised this place, I hope I save someone from the absolute anger and disappoint I felt today. I have a recurring appointment every 2 weeks on Saturday. I have been extremely flexible purely out of appreciation for how great Charlea and Yoemi do my nails but this was the last straw. 4 weeks ago I get a text from Charlea who does my hands, she's a master, that her new puppy is sick and she needs to reschedule with me. No problem! Truth is she does such a good job I can miss a week or even 2 and my acrylics still look great. So I go in for my pedi only with Yoemi. I get there and the owner (don't know which one) tells me that Yoemi is backed up and asks if I don't mind do it with another lady (no idea her name). OK.. what else can I do? I'm here. Fine..... This lady acted like I was bothering her. Worst Pedi I have ever received. She butched my toes, didn't grind down those areas from wearing sandals that needed attending, didn't acknowledge me once...a complete waste of money but I swallowed my tongue, noticing its a busy day and not wanting to make a scene...I leave. 2 weeks come and go, I was prepping for my little ones birthday so I didn't follow up either, and I'm not rescheduled for my hands at all. 2 days before my next appointment, hurricane Irma hits S Florida, I figured they would have to reschedule after all many of us were without electricity. No one calls me to make alternate arrangements. I get a text from Yoemi, who always does my pedi and she confirms that they're not going to open because of the hurricane. We just couldn't reschedule on a day that I wasn't working or that Charlea would be there to do my hands after they regained power. I understand, who can plan for a hurricane? Even though my daughters Birthday party was the following Saturday, I dealt with it. My nails looked horrible for the party but its only one more week I can hang on. My next appointment was for tomorrow. I get a call at 7:00 pm from them...why are they calling me? They usually just send a text reminder..wonder what that's about..I'm at work I can't answer. A few minutes later I get my text reminder for a different​ time .. 2:30? I call them and what happened next was unreal. Madeline answers.. she starts by telling me that I don't have an appointment for tomorrow. What?!?!? I just got a text! No you don't have an appointment until 10/7...what are you talking about I ask her. I have an appointment every 2 weeks! Oh wait yeah, you have an appointment with Maria. What?!? who's Maria? No my appointment is with Charlea and Yoemi! No Charlea doesn't work Saturdays​. This lady is calling me a liar..She goes on to say (as if to ignore the fact that I always do my nails with the same freaking people) that she wanted to know if I can come in earlier at 2:30 instead of 6. 1st she said that it was because it was overlapping with my pedi, then that they have a wedding at 5:30 and they wanted to close at 5...which is it?!?! I tell her that I don't care at what time my appointment is but that I always do my nails with Charlea and on Saturday. She responds in an aggressive tone telling me that I must have misunderstood or got confused because Charlea has never worked on Saturday...This​ lady is ridiculous! Don't you have my records? Don't lie to me and tell me that I have never gone on Saturday to see the same people I've been going to on Saturday for months now! "Ma'am we wouldn't just change you, we don't do that!" WTF are you talking about? You just did! You changed my appointment to 2:30 without telling me! I know what days I go get my nails done ..it's the same every 2 weeks for the past 4 months!! So many other ways you could have handled this but to treat me with the tone she did and like if I was lying when she knows very well, or at least it's verifiable that I'm not was the last straw!!!! I'm done! I have been flexible. I have been loyal but you're not paying me! I'm paying you and you just lost a customer. You are not fit to be the owner of any business that deals with customers. I will miss my girls...they are great at what they do but I've had my fill of paying almost twice as much as I would at the thousands of nail salons in the area to be treated with such disregard and disrespect.
