I have been going to Nails By Nivea for many years. I am always greeted by friendly faces. The ladies there are entertaining and always make me laugh. They offer a wide load of services and someone is always there to assist. Each nail tech has a specific way of doing their craft and you have to keep going back to decide which way you like your nails. This is fun because you have so many choices and inspo ideas. They usually tend to run on time for appointments and others step in to help if necessary. I have had many of my friends become long time, happy clients of them. Apres gel manicure ($70), The color is OPI Malaga Wine.

Loved how my nails came out. Stephanie was very thorough and kind. I did the Apres gel manicure. It's pricey ($70) but worth it for me personally (I bite my nails every now and again, so I had nasty stubby nails). The color is OPI Malaga Wine. Wanted to show difference in color in light and indoors with the pics I posted. It's not a fancy salon, and the music inside is a bit noisy, but if you want quality I think the end product was flawless.

Had a great experience at Nails by Nivea. First time doing a dry mani / pedi. FYI they only work with gel products. Ismenia did my gel pedi and she was so friendly, thorough & did a super even coat job. Iris did my gel x mani which I had never done before & she was so patient with me. Personally, I think the gel x came out a little thick & I don't know if I'd continue to do this service in the future (I have seen thinner gel x's elsewhere) but, design-wise, she did exactly what I asked her to do from the reference picture. They both really took their time to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely on the pricier side & be aware that if you come in with dip, they will charge a removal fee. I'd def come back since they are super talented in the current trendy nail designs, but I think I'd return just for regular gel.

My first time having acrylics! And they lasted for weeks, with no chipping at all!

Nails by Nivea is the BEST in Miami, and possibly the world. This salon has a group of super talented ladies.. Seriously, I could recommend them all day. My usual nail artist is Becky, but I have also had my nails worked on by Laura, Cristy, and Iris. I have never been disappointed. My nails always last weeks, and the design and shape are always flawless. They do cost more than some salons but it's for a good reason. You get what you pay for! I have been to other salons because I usually only have Sundays off, and I have been disappointed at myself for cheating on Nails by Nivea every time It's apparent that they all truly love their craft. It's always nice seeing someone having fun loving what they do... and I'm so grateful they're amazing at it! They have a HUGE variety of colors, glitters, holo, etc. They also do nail art. Please do yourself a favor and check them out!!

All the techs are professional and the location is clean. My mani's last over 3 weeks and my pedis easily 6 weeks. If I ever had a problem with a nail they fixed it. They have so many options to customize your nails and even offer the best hand painted designs. They do their best to keep to appointment times so there's no extra waiting around when you're the next client. The waterless pedicure is so much more sanitary than a typical bowl of water, give it a try!

5 years ago I was on the hunt for a new salon. After being left disappointed time & time again, a friend of mine recommended Nails by Nivea. 5 years later, I am still going to them! My nail tech is Iris and not only is she incredibly talented, but I never leave that salon in a bad mood. She has a great personality and will make you laugh the whole time. When Iris is booked, I do my nails with Steph who is also amazing at her craft and so sweet! I typically do polygel or gel-x depending if I need a full set or a refill. They're always patient when I change my mind 100 times before deciding on a design and will even give suggestions sometimes. The salon is always very clean and has fun music. My manicures last me about 4 weeks which is a huge deal for me. They are always capable of doing the designs you bring in and take their time so that your nails come out to your liking. Definitely be sure to make an appointment a bit in advanced otherwise they will be booked. Would always recommend :)

I came across this nail salon on IG and realized a blogger I follow does her nails here. I had had a bad experience at a nail salon that I had been going to for years. I had decided to no longer give my money to this business.... When I came to this new salon I was greeted nicely by the owner who runs the reception area. She was very kind and respectfully explained to me their services, policies and even tried to help me match my color to my nail inspo. She and I had a difficult time trying to match and the nail tech that was going to provide my service came to help. She was able to match the color pretty well. But I felt a little uncomfortable with her. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. I made small talk and she opened up. As I shared with her my concerns and what had happened to me at the previous salon I went to, the nail tech sitting besides her was extremely loud, obnoxious and butted into my conversation. She responded to me with rude responses. Cancelling my concerns and fears with going somewhere new. I knew it wasn't just me thinking this in my head because I even caught my nail tech roll her eyes and cringe every time that other nail tech spoke to me and just kept speaking to me rude. I was taken back that an employee would speak to a new client this way. And unfortunately that was my first big impression of this business. Another comment I can add is that although my tech tried very hard to make my nails look good, they were not to my liking. They seemed fine at first. But when I got home and started to really look at the details I wanted to cry. They looked sooooooooo THICK! and way too square. I was super adamant about the shape. But I felt like I couldn't really tell her to fix this or that because I felt intimidated and I already felt shut off by that other nail tech. Lastly, I felt like the nail tech did not explain to me that legit every little thing they did was like a minimum $5 up charge. I paid $98 for my services. The fact that I wasted this money literally hurt my soul. The only thing I sort of liked was my toes. And even that was still messed up. But my nails look like chiclets :'( oh, and because it's the apres nail extensions it has like clumps of gel build up underneath. It so uncomfortable and my nails hurt. They told me that if anything happened 3 days after the service I can fix it BUT I don't want to return. I actually made an appointment somewhere else to fix them.

Poor response to a subpar experience. Admitting fault and then assigning guilt in the same thought.

I will give them 2 stars because their nail artwork is beautiful. However, the quality of their manicures is subpar. My gel manicure popped off cleanly during my sisters wedding 4 days after the manicure. All 10 nails popped off at the same time. They do this dry manicure procedure there saying it's cleaner and lasts longer. I've had many gel manicures in my life and never had this problem before. When I texted to notify them, well, let the screen captures speak for themselves. Additionally, the dry procedure includes a lot of grinding and sanding down which left arches on each of my nails. As the arches grow out my nails break high up right at the arch point. See the picture.

Amazing spa like experience at this salon! This business is professional, clean, good value and on time. Love my gel pedi's with Nury..so many colors and designs to choose from. I highly recommend they're the best.

We all work too hard to pay for expensive services that aren't quality and don't last. I have tried this nail salon on three occasions with different nail techs. I have yet to have a an experience that is worth the money. He first time was for apres for my daughter and I...both of us experienced the nail tips lifting and polish peeling within two weeks. The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived. Furthermore, I've included the text confirmation showing my service was 14 days prior and not 16 days. However the peeling and chipping started before 10 days. Women work too hard to get ripped off with poor quality and unsanitary services*

My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.

My nail artist was very gentle and really took her time on me to get the best possible outcome. I only went in for a regular baspedicure and this has been one of the better ones I have received as of late. My only knock is that they are unable to do French pedicures with regular polish which is my go-to. I found that a bit strange as I've never been told that before in other salons. I was still able to find a color that I liked from their wide variety but wish I could have gotten what I initially wanted. I can definitely see myself coming back to the salon another time.

I've done so many different cool designs and she only gets better and better. Her gel manis last so long, much longer than other places I've been to in the past, which is yet another reason why I'm not going anywhere else EVER. I saw a previous review that mentioned her manicure didn't last, I'm just wondering if she's confusing Sandy for another studio (since it's in a beauty mall) because her manicures LAST LONG, like long enough to grow your nails big time. I could attach a whole album of my nails, but I'll just show you how short my nails used to be compared to how long they are now (shiny blue nails are the most recent).

Even though I already felt the pricing was high, I agreed. Once I sat down, the extra charges started adding up for literally every little thing. Two of my nails were broken--$15 to fix them. Fine. Then I asked for my natural nails to be shaped almond--another $10. That's where I became confused. If I'm already paying $95 for builder gel on my natural nails, what exactly does that $95 include if basic shaping isn't included? Then I was told cuticle care would be another charge as well. At that point, it felt like every single step of a basic nail service came with an additional $5, $10, or $15 fee. I was looking at spending close to $300 for a simple, one-color builder gel manicure on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. That is absolutely ridiculous. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of hospitality. No one was welcoming, no one tried to explain the pricing properly, and I felt like I was being treated as a dollar sign rather than a customer. The entire interaction came across as rude, unprofessional, and extremely money-focused. I ended up getting up and leaving without receiving the service. I will not be returning. For prices this high, you would at least expect professionalism, transparency, and good customer service--and unfortunately, I received none of that.
