Sarah was fantastic! Pleasant to talk to and answered my questions about the salon or the nail process. I also liked that the equipment was sterilized in an autoclave and was wrapped. She can "copy" and "paste" anything your sparkly little brain can think up. Cannot recommend enough :) Boring stuff: book an appointment because they're almost always full/busy (bc the ladies are fab at what they do). They validate parking in the garage. They don't use drills or UV nail curing. Try the Luminary nail strengthening- it's the only way I've ever been able to have long nails that are my own! They have this leg "holder" they use so you can actually relax when you're getting a pedicure- no need to try and hold your leg up. read more

I really want to love this place. It's cute, it's clean, and even better, it's close. Starting with the good, the pedicures are fantastic. I've always struggled with my feet and every time I leave feeling so much better than when I came in. Now the bad. The manicures are just not it. I've gotten two manicures, and the first time (while my nails looked great), the manicure itself was SO PAINFUL. I felt like my nail beds were being punished, and ended up with bleeding around the cuticles on my thumbs. Maybe it was a one off, so I thought I'd give them one more go at a manicure. While this time there was no bleeding, it was again so painful! I've never had my nail beds dug into like that and I've been getting my nails done for a decade. I also decided to upgrade to a chrome polish (for an extra $20 - after seeing it's really just a coat of glitter added I'm not sure how that warrants $20, but meh it's Christmas and I splurged.) I had 2 chipped nails within 24 hours. I went in and fortunately they were able to fix the chips complimentary, but alas, 24 hours later, more chipped nails. I get it. Gel polish isn't foolproof. But almost $80 for sore fingers and chipped nails in under 48 hours is absurd. Because I'll be out of town (and past their 7 day policy to fix chipped nails) I'm stuck with a bum set and am having to have them redone elsewhere. I don't think I'll be going back for strike 3. read more

This was my first time stepping into a nail salon and I gotta say, I now understand why people treat themselves! I booked an appointment for a pedicure and looked forward to it all week. Checking in was easy. All I had to do next was wash my hands, pick out a nail color & essential oil scent, and then briefly wait for my station to be set up. My feet were in heaven in the peppermint oil water bath. It smelled incredible. The sugar scrub, callous scrub, and leg massage made me feel so spoiled. My tech did a great job shaping and painting my nails. I liked that she was talkative, but also quiet at times. It was really relaxing. It's been a week since I had my appointment and there hasn't been any chipping. I chose regular polish too, not gel. The only con of my experience was the callous scrub, but not because it was unpleasant! Since my feet are really soft and I don't have much callous tissue, the scrubbing made me feet peel a little for the next few days. But with my normal moisturizing routine, they looked fine by day 4. Other than that, my pedicure was wonderful! read more

I sadly had a terrible experience with the W nail bar :( Even though the nail tech was lovely, the environment was calm and aesthetically pleasing, and my manicure looked amazing at first - it lasted less than a week. All of my gel x extensions started falling off within 4 days. I called the w nail bar multiple times, as well as reached out on their website contact form and they never got back to me. For spending $115 on a manicure, I wanted to to last more than 4 days and to at least receive a response back from their customer service people apologizing or offering me a new manicure. I wish I wanted to go back, but sadly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

Yet is there to help others when needed. Zoie let me know what I needed to do to take care of my nails to keep them healthy. The massage was amazing so relaxing I could of feel asleep in the chair. Zoie B is mindful of those around her and offers assistance when needed. Zoie B us very compassionate to other co- workers and clients. I never got my pedi. 3 of us scheduled a pedicure service in advance together. Showed up early and no one was around to check us in. They were on break. So checked us in on an iPad. I think that was ok to do. Not a single person acknowledged us at all. Finally, after break time we were asked if we needed assistance, and long story short. They could not fit us all in after making us wait for almost 45 minutes. Pretty sure the ladies who just walked in and were approached, offered drinks, and sat immediately didn't have an appointment. Horrible service, even worse problem resolution. Do Not Recommend. read more

I was super excited to visit their newest location in the beautiful abridge Pqrk and I'm so glad I signed up for this Elite event. I was quickly greeted with a warm smile and welcoming conversation by my mail tech Veronica. This space is bright, fresh, modern and clean with fun touches at every glance. I'm a former pedicure addict that encountered the horrific consequence of spa bowls several years ago; cellulitis which is by far one of the most painful experiences of my life! I swore off pedicures until I discovered the W and their pristine nail salons with shining copper bowls (naturally antiseptic and easy to clean), not to mention the open all implements from sterile packaging right in front of you! I forgot how indulgent it can be to receive a relaxing pedicure without having to contort myself to do the work myself hahaha! Veronica was a delight, detail oriented and a lot of fun to talk to. Bonus was the nice added touch of a complimentary beverage from a local woman owned business. It was perfectly balanced and fresh and I'll definitely be looking to purchase them again. read more

I discovered this gem of a salon by chance. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and the sanitization of the equipment used. The ladies are professionals, and the attention to detail was amazing for me. After years of wondering if most nail techs even understood my requests, it was very nice to know i was getting exactly what i asked for and then some. My daughter and I scheduled gel pedicures. I agree with another post- it seemed like everyone hates their job. I get pedicures every 3 months but this was my first experience with the W Nail bar. It was so painful! My nails and cuticles still hurt 13 hours later. I had gel they were removing. They do not use tools to get this off. My skin is abraded and was bleeding from the emery board. So painful! No massage of legs just - just feet. it was so painful and the quality was less than I have experienced at other locations. read more

I had a manicure done last friday 08/23/24 on Saturday morning 3 nails chipped off and I took a picture to show the salon. when I got back to work on Monday since the nail place is located close to my employer I went to show them and they took a picture as well. I received an email stating that since I didn't return within 24 hours they can offer me a 20 percent discount. I sent them the picture showing the nails that chipped 9 hours later. No response. A bunch of our staff will not be back. read more
