I went in about over a week ago with a couple friends. We were able to get in as a walk in appointment. My close friend treated me to birthday nails. I haven't gotten them done before at this location so I was hoping for a better quality experience than I had at a different location, which my acrylic nails came off after about a week or two. The older man who did my nails was friendly at first and then didn't do much small chat after the initial sit and greet, which was fine for me as I don't mind having "quiet" experience or having conversation with my nail tech. However I felt a bit rushed when he was doing my nails. I hardly got to inspect the first one when he asked if I liked it but then quickly moved on to do the rest of my fingers. The cost for both my acrylics and my friends pedi cost quite a bit. As to be expected I assumed I'd be getting quality nails as it's not exactly cheap. However after a few days of getting them done, I noticed a few small bubble spots on a few nails and one finger the application wasn't done evenly. Due to my busy schedule and life, I went in about a week later because at that point the tiny bubbles were occurring on practically all my fingers. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. I remember their sign up front for the 10 day guarantee. The man who did my nails wasn't available and I had to schedule an appointment later to get my nails fixed. I found out his name was Henry. Henry seemed annoyed during my fixing process. Even when I pointed out that I saw some bumps on one finger. I don't appreciate when he's complaining and talking bad about me to another co-worker in a different language (Thai). After I checked a third time and saw issues with a finger he got up and got someone from the front, which I tried to explain the them but they said it looked fine, but I can still feel the rough bump patch. Long story short, I'd recommend to AVOID Henry for your nail tech at this location. read more

My daughter went 6 days ago for a gel pedicure to get ready for graduation. In the last week -2 of her nail colors have come off. The first one in two days the second nail color came off on day three. We called and they said she could go back in to get this fixed. She went back in this morning and they charged her. That was not what was said on the phone. When I I spoke to a manager, they said that she got the full pedicure. She got two nails painted! My wife had a pedicure on 6/26/26 at 7:20 pm. I sat in the car to wait. She sent me a text telling me that's her feet were drying. I let her know that I will be right there to pay for her service. There were 4 Asian people standing by the door as I walked in. Each person had a look of utter distain on their faces and their body language immediately let me know that I was not welcome in their establishment. No one said a word which is no way to treat customers. My wife was still sitting at the table drying the polish on her feet. I'm a 73 year old retired African American male and I was a high school Principal and Assistant Superintendent for the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Additionally, I had a consulting business as a Mediator and the United States Postal Service was my largest client. I mention this because I have encountered tens of thousands of people during my career and reading body language that is offensive to my mere presence does not go unnoticed. My wife was happy with the pedicure. I did not have the normal experience of being greeted properly as a customer. read more

Had to correct Cindy many times about missing areas of polish or blobs of polish. Didn't do the base coat. Extremely disappointed overall... especially for 50% more than I typically pay for a DECENT mani pedi. Would never recommend to anyone. UPDATE: They called me to offer a credit for next time which I appreciated, but I was visiting from out of state for work, so credit is useless. My girlfriends and I go for a pedicure once every two or three months, and we normally go to Anthony Vince in Worthington. A few days after we made our appointment, the salon called us back to ask if we would mind changing to this location as they were closing Worthington to do some renovations. They were able to offer our preferred time, and offered a complimentary bottle of wine for us to make the switch as well. The place was hopping on Sunday at 11 due in part to a lot of people moved over from Worthington. The salon appeared clean and there were plenty of techs. We were finished in just about an hour, including 2 rounds each in the massage chairs while we waited to dry. Everyone's nails looked lovely and we have a very relaxed afternoon. The manager brought us a bottle of prosecco to enjoy (in the cutest rose gold wine glasses), and I saw some other ladies ordering cocktails as well. We were very politely asked if we would mind relocating to the front dryers (our appointment was at 11 and the next group at noon) and finished drying under the air dryers by the big front window. read more

Told them when I made my appointment, when I arrived there, and when I was picking out my type and color, for a cat eye. The nail tech gave me an ok manicure, but the edges are rough,and he gave me a sparkly polish. Not cat eyes he also talked in his native language with the guy next to him, and it made me feel awful. I told the people at the desk and him that I didn't get what I wanted The people at the desk were willing to give me cat eye, but I didn't want to wait again and do it over. Called ahead to asked about services an pricing. When I finished my service I was charge $25 more than they said in the phone. I do not mind paying, but don't appreciate them not being upfront. Also tech did a very poor job and it wasn't clean at their station. Was not worth it and wouldn't recommend at all. They saw my initial review on google (pasted above) and then called me to offer me a redo on my nails or 20% off my next service. I would have appreciated them being more sympathetic when I was in person, as opposed to calling me because of my review. They made it clear and almost seemed to be asking me to remove the review in exchange for them redoing my nails or giving a future discount. Which I wouldn't do because that's not ethical to me. Ill also note that I had a friend who went there and had a similar experience with sticker shock at the end of their service. They just need to be more upfront and transparent. read more

I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure before leaving for my daughter's destination wedding. Then pedicure chair I sat in had something sticky in the cup holder in the arm of the chair. Louis performed the mani and pedi both. By the next day the manicure started bubbling off. I had to find another nail salon when we arrived at our destination. Thank goodness I found a salon that could fit me in! That salon took off the gel manicure and completely reapplied the polish. They said (and I could easily see) that the polish was cured on only two of my nails. The other 8 nails still had wet polish underneath. There was also no base coat polish applied. So disappointing. Been going here for a long time because they offer later hours. The job that they do is ok for the most part, I don't have a specific person I go to, but the past 3 times has been horrible. The pedi I got with my friend was awful, they said a lot of horrible things about the customers including us, they spoke the same language I do and didn't realize that I understood them. This place is way too expensive to look like a kid polished my nails. I had to go home and re-file my own nails, most of the time leaving there. I've been to this Anthony Vince many times before and they never fail to do a good job. I called in 40 mins before my appointment time and they got me and my friend in super quick. I was able to sit next to my friend and talk while we both got gel manicures too. The gal I had was super efficient and did a nice job on my nails, but I thought the message was rushed at the end. I wanted to get chrome but it was 15$ additional, which I thought was crazy! I stuck to a glittery gel that kinda looks like chrome, but I am not paying that price.
