Walking into Onyx completely changed my expectations. Tyn is truly one of a kind. Where do I even begin? He treats every client with genuine respect and gives 110% every single appointment. One thing that really stuck with me was seeing him work on his own birthday. Instead of taking the day off, he came in with a smile, took care of his clients, and made sure everyone left happy. That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. Three months later, my natural nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. I used to be one of those "every two weeks" girls, but he always laughs and tells me, "Come on, I love you, but two weeks is too soon!" That's just how well his work holds up.
