Came last minute on a Friday evening and it wasn't busy... that should have been a clue to go elsewhere. Place is really nice, chairs are comfortable but that's it. I'm new to area and trying to find my new pedicure spot. This is definitely not it. This was the FASTEST pedicure of my life. From the time I sat down to when she was done took 15 mins. I got a mid tier pedicure so it wasn't the cheapest one to maybe warrant a fast service. She didn't cut my toe nails or clean up the nail bed/ remove cuticles. I did not see her open a clean tool pouch to remove the dirt from underneath my nails and she just returned it to use it another client. Nail polish is sloppy on the edges and massage was maybe 2 mins. The whole service was $62 + $1 to use credit card and $5 tip...all for 15 mins!!! Never in my life have I spent that much for such quick service. Usually takes an hour. This explains why a place w so many chairs was near empty on a Friday evening. The girl next to me came in maybe 5 mins after me and she was done at the same time as me. She had a pedicure and not sure if a nail fill or a nail fix but she had 2 people working on her and she was done in 10 mins. I wanted to talk to her outside to see if she had come here before but it was dark and I didn't see her. I'm a stay at home mom and it's difficult for me to get out yo get pedicures done. I had 1/2 grown out old gel polish and felt completely robbed of my relaxing evening of wanting a good pedicure. I regret not saying anything. I didn't want them talking about me so I just paid and left. Don't come here, place is a rip off. Update: received message from business to say my experience was not accurate based on their reviewed footage they took at my chair. I stand by everything I said except they said my service took 30 mins not 15 mins. It still felt rushed and it's still not worth the money. read more

The FASTEST pedicure of my life! By the time I sat down, my whole pedicure was done in 10 minutes. The excuse that was used was "you're young so your feet just didn't need that much". They even looked at the CCTV and he couldn't give me any other answer. I watched the girl walk away and sit on her phone across from me longer than the whole pedicure was. I looked at the paint job after I left and even the paint job was sloppy. One of my nails isn't even fully painted. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. - Update - I'm sorry but this place does not value relaxation or its customers AT ALL. The manager is just trying to make the business look better. I've read a lot of the other low star reviews and he's doing the same thing. Hopefully you guys have a better time than I did or find a more caring business! read more

2 stars overall . I went in for a pedi. $35 which was only $5 more than the regular pedi. Terrible service. Cuticle was not removed, nail polish was left clumpy and it was over in less than 15 minutes. Also tech used an already previously used nail file on my toes . Nothing else dove to my toes by filing. I came in with cut nails and no polish as I was going to do my own toes but ran out of time. I saw her putting it back to probably use on the next person. Gross . I just didn't have the energy to say anything. At the mail shops I go to , they clean my nails, remove cuticle and open new pack of tools. Also massage my feet. I paid $5 more for a scrub and was done fast/hard with gloves , I felt like a rug burn on my feet :/ Spot is nice but not as clean. Staff isn't friendly. Not from the area . I was visiting my sister . I'd never come back though. $35 bucks wasted and I do a better job. I really didn't feel pampered. My friend paid more for her pedi and her nail polish started cracking within a few hours :/ 2 as I really liked my color . From far away you can't tell too too much that it's a bad pedi ... They wanted me to remove this review in order to get a refund for my nails. I believe I should put a review with a better star rate just for giving me a refund for my hands even though my pedicure was awful that was not refunded but I think it's wrong to make me remove it. When I went back I asked for my nails to be taken off which they did but I was given a hard time to get my money back for poor quality and crooked nails. This place is clean but service can be better. The receptionist is the owners partner I believe which he is a male at the reception desk where you have to pay. The owner was not friendly at all but I believe having a male at the front is just for their protection. I am a female and not afraid of males and have no issues with confrontation. There's cameras inside by each chair and yes they invade your privacy, as which the owner told me herself I won't explain what else happened on my review since they know. Went in today to get a pedicure. From the start, the nail tech would not stop texting!! She kept stopping working on my toes to pull out her phone, text a dissertation and then go back to my feet. Horrible experience. I called ahead and asked for pricing for Gel-X nails and a gel pedicure. I was given a price, then confirmed AGAIN in person before they started. The male receptionist confirmed it was correct. After my service was done, they tried charging me a completely different amount. When I questioned it, his excuse was that it "depends on the picture you show" and tried claiming my French tip was a "deep rooted French tip" with "angulation" (whatever that even means). I've never heard of that in my life. They also rush like crazy to take as many clients as possible. I got cut multiple times with the drill/tools and my nails aren't even sealed properly. Never going back. I went here twice and both times they used fingernail clippers on my toe nails causing an ingrown toenail. Fingernail clippers have curved blades because our fingernails curve. Toenail clippers have flat blades because our toenails are flat. Using a fingernail clipper on toenails causes them to curve down and grow into the toe and hurt. My toe started that night, so I had to get my toenail clippers, pull the side of the nail up away from the toe and cut the part that was digging into my toe. As soon as I pulled the nail up my toe started bleeding from where it was growing into my toe. I'm surprised and disappointed that a nail salon would make such an amateur mistake. read more

I do not like giving bad reviews to businesses, but I can't get past my experience here today. This was my second time here for a pedicure. The first time I came here was about two years ago and I had a great experience, but today I was very disappointed in my pedicure. My pedicure felt very rushed, no dirt or debris was removed from under or around my nails and I still have dry, dead skin around my toes. As soon as my nail tech was done with my service and my polish was drying, she immediately started working on someone else, but I did not see her grab clean tools to use on the next client. However, when she started filing my nails, she realized that a lot of my gel was lifting and so she recommended soak off and new gel builder which I did. She also was very friendly and after talking for a bit we decided to shape my nails in a new shape that I've been wanting to try, but was nervous to, and I absolutely love it. Also, I was very surprised to see that the girl who did my pedicure lightly washed the nail clippers and another tools after assisting me with water and then placed them back in her cart to go help the other customer. I said it was because i took a long break from getting my nails done professionally. First time and last time here, after you read my experience below, keep in mind that I did reach out to the nail salon and they offered me no discount or fixed to my two nails that came off. They had said they have a five day period which is not advertised anywhere... I mentioned I would want these nails off, there was not offer to do that for free but I was not looking for any discounts or free-bees (I would rather go get serviced elsewhere). Which caused it to not adhere properly to my natural nail Nails actually popped off. -lifting near cuticle. taking a shower and running my fingers through my hair... my hair was catching underneath the nail from lifting of the gel x nail from my natural nail. -Large gap of gel between the back of my real nail and gel x nail. causing it to look dirty behind the nail with such a large gap.
