I had never found anyone that i wanted to go back to for a fill... until two weeks ago when I 1st went to Lana. She did an ombré set for my cousins wedding shower and they came out perfect. I loved Lanas art so much that i have dedicated myself to keeping my nails up and making my appointments with her from now on. I went for my fill today and went with a whole new design, black tips and she did such a beautiful job that i already looking for ideas for my next appointment! The chair was extremely uncomfortable--completely worn down with no cushioning. My tailbone, back, and hips felt like I was sitting on a hard wooden bench. The footrest was also unstable and wobbled every time I lifted my foot. The pillows provided for hand support were visibly dirty, which was off-putting. The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

I'm currently 9months pregnant and wanted a manicure and pedicure before my 4th baby arrived. The ladies welcomed me and were so sweet to make sure I was comfortable. They tended to me quickly but didn't rush my services. I bounced ideas off my nail technician but decided to just settle on something simple and neat. The place was clean and inviting. They had a good amount of options for nail color. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two ladies who did my nails because I would love to go back and have them again. I came in to get my pedicure and the nail tech cut me several times which then turned into an infection.
