This used to be my go to place to get my toes done. I get home and take my shoes off and my toes are ruined, which then I have to proceed to drive back to the nail place. I walk in and tell them the situation, which I got laughed at in my face. Which I did not see necessary given that it's frustrating having to come back and having asked prior to leaving to be given the sandals they provide. Prior to this I had many small interactions with some of the workers which rubbed me the wrong way but after this situation, this was my last straw and I will not be returning.

I said I don't won't them that long. Then he said can come tomorrow. Umm no. I said can I at least get my eyes done? He said can you come tomorrow. Sir I will never be back in your establishment. I now have to go to a different shop to get my toes REDONE, my nails and eyebrows. What a waste of time. He told another lady after he done her toes they can't do her nails. It's time to shut down.

My young children purchased a gift card for me at the beginning of April for my birthday, and just a few weeks later, the business was sold with no notice to customers. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.
