Stopped by here omw out of HEB for a quick polish change. I was greeted quickly and told to choose my polish. This is where the problems began. Most of the polishes were dried out or dusty. I settled for one and the tech had to add polish remover to it to loosen it up. Once I made it to my chair, I realized the chair doesn't work. I couldn't even adjust it for comfort. They have 8 pedicure chairs which I suppose is good for them because they were oddly empty for a Friday afternoon. The ceiling is full of water stains and their equipment is clearly outdated. Next time I'll stick to the river and lakes that I'm used to. They were kind enough to wish me happy Father's Day as I walked out.....ummmm thank you? read more

I went in at 6:30 on a Thursday and while most other places are closing, this nail shop took their time with waxing and. Manicure. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was gentle and very clean! They had a wide selection of nail colors and reasonable prices! This is now my new go-to place for nails! Def 5 star service and nails! read more

Just an awkward experience from start to finish!! My Daughter and I popped in here on a Sunday when our regular salon was booked solid, for her to get a fill and me a pedicure. I needed a fill as well but was willing to wait for my favorite salon during a week day. From the moment we entered we were looked at like aliens and I absolutely hate that in a nail salon! If you cannot greet your customers with somewhat of a smile you shouldn't be in business!! I would've left immediately if it weren't for my Daughter not having time in the coming week to get into our regular salon. After telling the meek attendant what we were wanting, my Daughter was shown a chair and I was pointed toward the pedicure area. The light in the restroom wasn't working. (Thankful for the flashlight on my phone!) Upon sitting in a chair with a broken massager which was uncomfortable the entire time, I was handed a menu. I chose a basic pedicure. The woman that did my pedicure coughed on me the entire time. Yes, it was my feet but still! I was asked if I'd like anything to drink. I asked if they had wine. They said they only had red which was fine. There was a lengthy discussion in another language after my request. The tech was polite and thorough. The foot/leg massage was nice and relaxing. Although I really enjoyed the foot scrub she used and the menthol feeling that it left. My Daughter hated her refill and the lack of service she received. Her nails were completely uneven! Overall, my pedicure was good but I won't be back! I'd suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of better quality salons nearby!! read more

Went in for a nail tip removal with dip powder. Normally they take it off using the sanding drill and soaking in acetone... they took a different approach. They used an unattached tip to pry off the existing tips which was not only painful but ruined my nails. Will not be returning. read more

Good service but I'm giving two star due to unclear pricing. Was charge 103 dollar for a pedicure with no color (trying to give my toes a break) and a manicure with no color (giving my nails a break). I was charged for everything. Clear polish. Taking off my previous color. And I just feel like that's very expensive for something so basic. I don't even typically pay that much for when I'm getting dip and a pedicure. Would not suggest coming here unless you are very familiar with their prices. read more

First time here and will definitely make this my usual place. Tracy was a great nail tech and made me feel so comfortable! There's a finger of mine that's a bit crooked lol so it's hard to get the nails looking straight but she made sure they were straight and OMG she took her time. My nails are amazing! And I'm warning anyone else stay away from this place , my chair didn't work my nails were not dried properly i felt rushed the lady who did my toes did a terrible job and i ended up with a ingrown toenail from her not cutting properly , she took my entire eyebrow off and my friend i brought with me was extremely disappointed! Her nails were also not dried properly, when asked if she could get them re done we were told no then i asked for a refund she told me no but I'll take them off. I went today to this place for pedicure and manicure. Usually I get shellac, and everyplace I go to ; they do my shellac while they are doing my pedicure. I had an hour or so to do my nails, so I chose this place since it is close to my destination. The girl that did my pedicure was acceptable, but the other girl who took care of my manicure was a nightmare for me. It took her 45 minutes to just cut the skin around my nails. I was super late, and there were two ladies that came while I was there, and finished before me. By the end I left with uneven nails cut, and more polish on my fingers than my nails. read more

I went to this salon for the first time and I agree with the majority of these reviews that this salon provides poor services, and when I asked if there would be some kind of accommodation for the poor service the owner became verbally aggressive, leading to her physically assaulting me. I do not recommend this place. Stay away! According to law enforcement, this had not been the first time they had been called out for a similar incident at this very location. Please, do not go here. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Prices are comparable to other in the area. I really like the fact that I got a pedicure and manicure (Basic nail painting, nothing fancy, barely have any nails) and instead of keeping me in the spa chair for the manicure they actually took me to a table. I always hate when I have to twist and turn when someone keeps you in the spa chair. Also leaving the employee have to stand and trample over the foot bath. A lot of the chairs and equipment look pretty new and they have been in this area for some time. Wish I had found them earlier. Only really negative was they had the doors open because the weather was nice and a few bugs got in and when my mom was at the drying table one flew and made her jerk so it messed up and nail but they fixed it without much fuss. Plan on making this a go to salon. read more

I got my nails done for Vacation, absolutely love the nails Danny did. The shaped is amazing and I've gotten so many compliments. Usually do nail dip because it's thinner but saw all the infections people are getting so went back to acrylic, he did it very thin and I'm happy with result. My pedicure is already chipped but next time I will pick a newer polish. Only reason I put 4 stars was the chipping. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First word to come in mind when I think of this establishment is rude, second is unprofessional. I've came to this nail salon TWICE and both times I ended up leaving early because staff is so rude and unfriendly. I hope this review makes it to the owner because it was a tiny man in a tacky muscle shirt and a mean mugging women in the front being rude. I'm definitely not the type of person to be rude to people who work in customer service but damn they're attitude and whole energy was uncalled for and I was ready to give them the same energy they were giving me. I was with my cousin and we called before hand to check the prices which were reasonable.. we got there 10mins later the wait was an hour but we didn't mind. The lady employee asked us if we could leave and come back in an hour, we got dropped off and "couldn't leave" so I kindly said no we can't. So then Mr.tank top got up and asked again if we could leave and come back so I said no AGAIN and told him we got dropped off. He began to roll his eyes and so I fired back and said "are we not allowed to seat in the empty waiting area?" And of course he said yes. I could tell they were talking about me to his snooty coworker lmao. But I ended up calling an Uber and getting picked up. Moral of the story if you're in that area there's a NICER, CLEANER, MORE PROFESSIONAL nail salon down the street by Walgreens called Genuine Nails. They have great prices, take their time, and very nice and professional. This place vogue nails is a joke and I would never spend my money there. read more
