Also she didn't rush even though I was the only one there and an hour or so before they closed. I do not have time to elaborate on issues I had at others but this is the only one to which I've continued to return for my pedicures and manicures. They do a great job, are polite, and never pushy to try to upsell. I should have known when at 130pm on a Saturday when places like Milano and Tuscan Village down the block had 45 min wait time, this place had maybe 5 customers. Yikes!!! No drinks. No chair massage. And I didn't even get offered a menu to maybe choose a massage or pamper package. This elderly man who could have been my dad did my shellac pedi. He was kinda rough with the filling and almost burned my toe off. Now I won't lie, the $30 ish price tag was nice.. that is until my big toe chipped after 5 days. 5-10 years ago, I would've given 5 stars. I've been coming to the owner, Helen since 2012. She worked as an employee for another salon in Pearland at the time but when I came back to town from college I always knew to go to her. Since at least 2015 she's open this salon and I've stayed continued loyal to her and this place. Now that it is 2022, unfortunately the services are not of the same quality. I now only come here to get my toes done by the Notorious Nina!!!! I love her, she is such a perfectionist and will never leave you disappointed. She always goes above and beyond and is so sweet, TIP THAT WOMAN WELL PEOPLE!!! Other than that, I don't even get my hands done here anymore. Idk what has changed but the past several times I've came in, I've asked for Nina, and I know I didn't have an appointment, and i was totally okay with the consequences of waiting because I had time to kill. Helen kept on bugging me as I wait to come back the next day. Look, I wasn't even complaining about waiting but I literally felt like I was kicked out for not having an appointment or because they were short staffed...either way, I was more than happy to wait. But she kept asking me to come back tomorrow. Obviously I didn't have time to come the next day. And they were no where near close to closing time either. I know the owner and I never expected special treatment, always paid their prices and topped well. When you don't adjust your prices you charge to accommodate you asking me "to come back later" lol, I'm done here. I came in for a 6pm appt. They sat us fairly quickly and asked if we wanted drinks. My friend was getting shellac manipedi while I wanted dip. She was given her color options on like 10 sample rings and the man asked her 5 times if she had picked her color yet. She felt very pressured to choose quickly. Which is annoying because it was her first time. I was given my dip options after being persuaded not to do acrylic, I wanted my nails slightly longer I guess not long enough to make acrylic worth it. Anyways, I was pressured by the same man to pick a color for my toenails as he was tossing sample rings at me no where NEAR the shade of green. My friend and I both picked colors we weren't happy with. Then for my nails, I asked for a square shape and she said it would make my nails shorter which is why I wanted acrylic in the first place! Came in today (a Sunday) at 4:45. Told the greeter that I wanted to make an appt for the following day, Monday, when the salon opened at 9:00. She insisted that they could take me then. Fine. The manicurist and pedicurist were obviously rushing and my nails look it. I asked if any oil could be placed on my cuticles and was told that I would need to wash my hands after oil was applied and that it would mess my polish up. I had to ask for the paint job to be cleaned up after the top coat was applied. Additionally, I was also charged a nail "take down" fee for acrylic removal/overlay replacement. TLDR: My nails were rushed. It was not a very pleasant experience. read more

Loved my nails at first! Wanted to get an overlay but the nail tech convinced me to get dip instead. The dip cracked on every nail about two days after. As a result, I'm having to file them down on both hands because the nail kept bending where the cracks are. All the dip (minus two nails) are cracked.Some worse than others. The ones I already started to file down felt the worse hence why they're cut. All the chips missing is a result of the cracks in the dip. Hasn't even been two weeks yet. read more

I arrived to Organic Nails Sunday at 4:00pm Came in for a pedicure and refill. They started off doing a wonderful job. Was told I couldn't get a refill because it was powder. Unfortunately when It came to choosing my Dip Powder color I chose a terra cotta color. The Guy working on my nails completed my left hand when I noticed the color dried Brown almost purple. I told him that wasn't the same color. He replied with ITS TOO LATE! I told him no I do NOT like that color it is not the same. He Rolled his eyes and caught an attitude. I told him that if he didn't want to finish I could go elsewhere he said No I'll put shellac over. I knew that wasn't going to look right so I told him to try it only on the left hand the brush he was using had dried up glue and kept scratching me and because he was very mad he was finishing my nails aggressively. The nails look horrible. !! I've been here before and never have never had an issue I ended up leaving at 7:15-7:25pm (2:30 Hrs) just on my hands. You will definitely be hearing from me in the morning. Ended up being charged for the set and because it was late and didn't want to cause more tension there being only one person ( a man) I didn't resist pay. Very disappointed Customer. read more
