if you aren't a regular client or been here since they first opened, this place isn't for you. i know plenty of friends that swear by this place and have gone here since it first opened. twice i had a horrible experience and had appointments both times. 1st experience: (2017) my sister in law made appointments for her and i. -sister in law: everyone remembered her since she use to be a regular. they talked & laughed the whole time and gave her the best nail experience she walked out smiling and happy. -me: didn't talk as much to me, i didn't mind i don't like to talk at nail paces anyway. they gave me someone i recall that needed help to paint my nails. asking questions to another nail tech the whole time. it felt like because they did not know who i was they gave me a person in training. i was unimpressed by their services to a new client when they have such a reputation for themselves. my nails did look fine. 2nd experience: (two weeks ago, 2019) the nail tech was having trouble getting s&s off my nails, wouldn't let them soak for more than 10 minutes at a time, took 3 times to get off and drilled my actual nail with with the electric file. nails were half the length by the time polish came off. i asked for square nails, and was asked "square square? or round square?" i told them square square. i got a flat top nail with rounded edges. once they learned i wanted square nails they left my whole left hand longer than my right since it's hard to make square nails on short nails. easily 1/4 inch longer on the left hand after filing.i asked for them to file 3 nails because they were either too round or twice as long as the other nail on my other hand... i got an attitude for this. i paid and informed them i had to run to my car to get cash to give them a tip and i got a chuckle under their breath and walked away from me. vivian did ask me if everything is ok, she knew something was up. i came back with the cash tip and they stood on their phone and grabbed the money i presented to them and went back to their phone. we were both pretty mad at one another. it's two weeks later and i have cracks in half of my nail polish from rushing through the process. i wish i had a more pleasant experience since i heard such great things. i gave them a second chance almost exactly two years later to see if it was just one bad experience. would be a regular if the service was better! sorry this post is so long! just hope it helps someone in the future! read more

Clean and friendly! Great salon with great staff. Huge selection of colors, even regular polish to match gel colors. Not overpriced and regular pedicures are actual pedicures, not just a quick soak and polish change. read more

Vivian did my nails until I moved out of state. I have to say she ALWAYS did an awesome job and she's so sweet! She would do my acrylic nails and she always did them perfect every single time! Love her! I HIGHLY recommend her! read more

hate this place. my toe still hurts a day later. the manicurist cut my big toe very badly but did not say a word just tried to apply some blue liquid on it. the owner collected her $30 before this happened. my doctor applied a bandaid and antibiotic to it and the next morning it had bled through the bandage. dirty dirty too. read more

Came here the day before my wedding to get a gel manicure. Was happy with the job they did (wasn't exactly how I wanted it but it was close enough) and overall, it looked great. However, what I wasn't happy with was that in less than an hour, it had already chipped in two different places. Being that it was the night before my wedding and I had my whole family coming over for a rehearsal dinner, the last thing I had time to do was to go back and get it redone. I ended up having to just leave it chipped. By the end of the wedding the next night, almost every nail had a chip in it. I'd expect this from a Regular manicure, but as someone who has gotten gel manicures from multiple salons before, this is unacceptable. It's disappointing because the first time I came here, my experience was GREAT. But, after coming back and spending money on a manicure that didn't even last an hour, I can't say I'll be back. read more

Excellent service. Very clean. My technician was a younger girl, who has some learning to do. Manicure is very streaky, but hey, it's just a manicure, not the end of the world. I would recommend this salon, and will definitely go back. read more
