I have been looking for a friendly, welcoming, nail salon. I have found it at Nails Elegance and Spa! I was greeted by Sonnie, with a smile and was taken care of right away. Donna gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! She took her time with every aspect of the process, my feet look and feel beautiful! Honestly I haven't had my nails done in three years so I wanted to treat myself and get them done before I went on vacation - this is by far the worst manicure I have ever had. I am so upset with the layers of the polish that they continued to layer on as I said "short and not as thick" on my nails. There's terrible structure, bad shaping, they barely did any touch up on anything, and everything is just plain sloppy. read more

I was finally able to come here and let me tell you, everyone here is so nice!!! I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure and would definitely go back. It is a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. For $3 extra I got the spa pedicure that consisted of a longer massage with exfoliating in addition to the massage with cream. It was awesome!! The massage chairs are also very nice. read more

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but they are clean, welcoming, friendly, and do a GREAT job. They clearly have a faithful clientele as they seem to know everyone who walks through the doors by name. As soon as I walked in the owner knew I was a first time customer! I went for a gel manicure but ended up also getting a pedicure... The one where they dip your feet in wax. Totally worth he upgrade. Will go back again and again and again. I have been going to the salon for about six months. I have been extremely happy with their Covid protocol, cleanliness, and professionalism. Yesterday I got my nails done and left for work. During my workday I noticed a few details that I was unhappy with. I returned in the evening to see if I could get them to fit me in within the next few days. The owner, Sonny, insisted that it be immediately fixed. I am a small business owner myself. I know how challenging it is to have an unhappy customer that does not let you know. You can't fix a problem if you are unaware of it! I will absolutely be back and continue recommending them to people. read more

Cleanliness is my number 1 standard a salon must meet, and Nail Elegance failed. The don't sterilize their tools before or after using them- they're thrown into a box. The ventilation is terrible. My nail tech- never told me her name, was nice and polite. She didn't do a terrible job, but definitely not a great job. I didn't want to keep telling her over and over that my nails still were slanted, so I just said after her third attempt that they're fine. The polish job was mediocre. She asked me where I got my nails done last, knocked my buying choice by telling me how 'expensive' it is there. Um, I paid $40 last time and they were a clean salon and made me very pleased with the outcome. I only went to Nail Elegance because of a recommendation. Well, why save myself $2 to be disappointed, file them myself at home and worry about a nail infection? No thanks, I'll keep going to my 'expensive' salon. read more

I've gone to a couple other places, but this was hands down the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I've honestly never had a good nail salon experience so I feel that I really have to write a good one here! Everyone was so nice. Sonny, the owner, told me that he loves his job because he gets the chance to get to know people - it's not just about money. And it is evident in the work and the atmosphere here. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and it was simply amazing. So relaxing. I want to go back all the time - they really take care of you. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Been coming here for 10 yrs. Came to get pedicure and fill. Had 2 hrs to kill. Got BASIC pedi. Took 80 min couldnt even get nails done!!! Smdh. Never again. Spent too much money here over the years to have this type of crap happen. My time and money will be spent elsewhere. And then they want to sit there and talk about you in Korean, like you don't know what the heck they're talking about and then confront me for my post on social media?? get the hell out of here with that non-professional crap! read more

Got my nails done 3 Times here. Cool chill environment. Wasn't completely pleased with my nails each time tho-- either one nail had a bubble or brush marks. They need to get rid of their old nail polishes. They shaved my nails done for a gel mani which pissed me off. Also, prices are confusing. Last thing I'll say is the last time I went I had one person do my nails and someone else do my toes. I tipped $10 total and got an attitude from the owner. Me and my daughter have been coming here for six years. I usually use one guy at this salon he wasn't there this past weekend. The gentle man that did my nails did not understand what I wanted. I talked to the owner Lynn about it she told me to come in the next day. I did she literally told me that that's what I asked for my daughter was with me and heard what I told him I wanted instead of fixing the issue she intern talked about me to the custom she was working on and then back and forth in there language what happened to making the custom happy. I recently enjoyed yet another wonderful spa pedicure with an added hot wax treatment and always a flawless acrylic/solar nail fill....and I realized I have been coming here for over 7 years, and have not updated my reviews. We now own a house in Florida and I have found a very good place down there but I will not go anywhere else when we are home in Pittsburgh for solar nails or a pedicure- Nail Elegance is still the best pedicure and it is still spotless and friendly and wonderful!
