They took care of me very well! I went in to get a pedicure and acrylic for my wedding and I do not regret going there. They were extremely nice and it was very relaxing overall to be there. I'm not very good with names but the young lady who did my nails made sure I was happy with the result, asking me through out the whole process if I'm ok with the design. I have been coming to this place for a year+ and I always have great experiences. The salon is beautiful and the vibe is impeccable, they never have loud music, it is a super relaxing experience in their amazing massage chairs. The worst. The first time I tried this place I had to leave because they kept me waiting so long. I tried again today only because they are so close to my house, and again, a 25 minute wait. I am so surprised to see so many negative reviews here?? I was getting my tires fixed over at the Les Schwab across the street and decided to walk in with the wait time I had. They fit me in no problem even though they were somewhat busy. Vinny did my nails and it was one of the most relaxing manicures I've genuinely ever had in my life. I damn near almost fell asleep. He was SO so gentle and meticulous. I have some horror stories with the cuticle cutters but he somehow even managed to make that wonderful. My nails look great! The good news: There are a lot of chairs and many people working, so you don't have long to wait, which is nice.The salon is new and clean and they have a lot of polish colors. Now for the not so great: The massage chairs look new, but don't work as well as other salons around Stapleton. They always try to upsell you and if you don't take advantage of that, for example, my 13 y/o daughter wanted a gel manicure and they tried to talk her into a fill, they moved her to another technician. Second time this happened. Also the basic pedicure is $28, but the deluxe where they remove cuticles and scrape your feet is $40. My toes still did not get cleaned up around my nails they way I like. Now, they give a nice massage and wrap your feet in hot wax, it is luxurious, but it takes forever! Sofie who did my feet, was lovely and sweet, but I really wish they would just do a regular pedi with the foot scraper and so I could be on my way. It makes me want to keep trying other salons to find the right one for me. On the other hand, my daughter likes how they do her nails and how they ask how she likes them shaped and don't just cut them short. My big complaint is the pedi price and the fact they don't do your mani/pedi at the same time. I want to get in and out. read more

On a whim I decided I had to have fake nails, like that very day. I didn't do any research and visited Nail Gallery & Spa because they are very close to my office. My request was simple - I wanted very short and natural fake nails. My nail technician was Rick - and he was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with my request. I am not allowed to have any nail polish let alone fake nails at work - so they had to be super short. Rick went above and beyond and now I am spoiled, I will not see anyone else even though there are many talented nail technicians at Nail Gallery & Spa. The facility is always spotless and very inviting. Parking is never a problem. Getting an appointment or even coming in as a walk in is never an issue. I had been going here for a while with hit or miss experiences. They're really bad at managing appointments, multiple times I've made an appointment only to go at the scheduled time to sit and wait. The last straw for me was the most recent visit where they acted like they couldn't fit me in during my appointment time (I showed up with my infant in tow and can't just sit around waiting). They finally got me in but refused to put up a covid safe shield at the manicure station (even though they do have them, they must have been short) and told me if I wanted a covid shield i would need to wait for one to be available (this is during my scheduled appointment time mind you). While I liked their prices they clearly don't care about keeping a customer or being safe so I'll be going elsewhere from now on. If you want a good experience I don't recommend this place. read more

There are too many nail salons in town to waste your time coming to this awful place. First, the basic pedi cost more than most places. You will then be subjected to high pressure up-sales. The final straw for me was when they told me that to get the calloused skin scrubbed off the bottom of my feet with the standard metal tool, it would cost more. If I didn't agree to pay the extra fee, they would use a sponge which would not effectively remove the calloused skin. It takes no extra effort or cost to the salon to use the proper tool so why the extra charge? When I politely inquired, a manager - or maybe the owner - rudely told me that every salon is different and this is how they do it. I replied that in 20 years of getting pedis, I have never seen an extra charge to use the proper tool to scrape the callouses. She rudely replied with take it or leave it. Avoid the headache and go to Nails of the World up the street on 35th. read more

There's no way this woman who was "attempting" to do my nails completed a nail technician exam or apprenticeship in order to obtain a license, she was absolutely horrible! And to add insult to injury they had the audacity to charge me 20 dollars of the 30 dollar service that could not be completed due to her sheer incompetence! Passion within the nail industry has gotten lost. But not with Lamson. He is a nail wizard. I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years and no one has done as good of a job as he has. The shape of my nails are spot on. His work is great, and what's even better is he is proud of the work he does. He has a passion for the art, and makes it known that the client's happiness equates to his happiness. I wish I could pack him up and take him with me when I go back to school. The place is nicely decorated. I went on a Wednesday around lunch time and they got me in quick. I had a problem with the woman who did my toes. She was very pushy and repeatedly kept asking me to upgrade the pedicure and then to upgrade the polish. It was exhausting. The second problem was the man who did my gel manicure. His hands smelled like smoke and it transferred to my hands. GROSS. Then he was very pushy and kept pushing my fingers down or my wrist or arm and then tickling my thumb. It was effing weird. I had just broken a nail before I walked in and he acted personally offended that I didn't want to repair it with an acrylic. I've been getting manicures for a long time and never had an issue before. I will say though, that the gel polish he put on lasted for an entire month with no chips. Went to get a refill on my nails the lady charged me $69 just to give me a French tip on my nails and a flower her flower design was sloppy and there's bubbles all in my polish from the light, she left acrylic under the nails after applying acrylic for the refill I had to keep asking her to clean them up and remove excess acrylic, my nails look like press on nails due to the sloppy job she provided I asked for the manager to let them know about my experience and they argued with me about my services she didn't believe what I said and told me the lady did a full set and that's why she charged so much after going back and forth with her she finally said ok it wasn't a full set I talked to her it was a refill and that I was charged correctly ??? She wasn't willing to fix my nails or correct them nothing just argue with me back and forth. Save your money here I am $64 later with wide nails blended polish design and sloppy work and now I can either pay another salon to fix her job or just get them taken off either way I'm losing . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR NAIL SERVICES I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 star at all. Save your money read more

My friend Amanda introduced me to Lily for my nails. Both her and I are extremely neurotic about them being perfect - as we also work in the beauty industry doing hair. My first visit was amazing from beginning to end. Lily took her time shaping my nails, matching the length and doing the design I chose. It was a very fast appointment (an hour) and the facility was clean, professional and very well kept. I felt relaxed and made welcome by the entire staff. My next visit, three weeks later turned out to be even better! I found a nail design online showed Lily and she made it look even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail is so on point. She is extremely thorough with her work, and that's rare to find these days. One of my favorite things about coming to Nails Gallery is that they are fully stocked with the latest nail trends. This place used to be good but they sold it to a lady named Mimi and she brought on a new team of people. Mimi did my nails instead of Lily, who used to do them, and I was very disappointed. She didn't ask me what shape or length I wanted and the shape was very inconsistent. When she put the gel polish on it was streaky and all over my cuticles (which she tried to clean up using her fingernail instead of a brush). I haven't ever written a bad review but this salon used to be reputable and I will not return after my experience. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horribly overpriced and they do an awful job and take up 3 hours of your day!!!

Went to Mimi as I heard she was the owner so I expected great nails. I got a full set of acrylic nails and I do get my nails rather long, the shape and length is great it's exactly what I asked for. But as she was filing and smoothing my nails out she did cut my cuticles multiple times and they were bleeding! I kept pulling my hand away and her only response was sorry but yet still kept zapping my cuticles( you can see they are red in the photo) . Not to mention once I turned down the shellac polish, she seem to just not care about my nails at that point and was rushing putting on the polish , the topcoat she put over my polish was very rushed as you can see in the photos of my thumbs. Not very happy about that plus the sore cuticles :( read more
