I have been coming here for awhile, but this will be the last time. They are more expensive than many places and they like to charge extra for things that are often are included other places. Today I came as a walk in and was told 20 minutes. I have been sitting in a chair with my feet in the water for half an hour watching people who came after me getting service. I have been here 1:15 minutes before having service. The manicures did her best to make it up to me, but I can't spend this kind of time getting my nails done. I've been coming here for a solid year and regularly every few weeks for a Mani and/or pedi. This was the first visit I wanted to try something new and fun, an ombre color. I showed the ladies before taking a seat if the color choice and style was possible and both ladies seemed very hesitant but said yes. Once applying the attempted ombre, there were bubbles and strings from the foam left and the lady said it was looking bad and suggested we just stick to a plain color. I agreed because I obviously didn't want to walk around with bubbles and pay for unhappy nails. But when I asked if it was possible to change the color I had because I had 2 different colors on each hand. She flipped out causing a scene and making me feel very uncomfortable. I asked what was easiest for her because I didn't want two akward colors, so changed the 4 uneven fingers and I've never had a person work so fast on my hands to get me away from them. I paid and left. I would like to still go back and stick to my regulars but never her and will double check with them if they can even attempt a design before starting on my hands read more

I was completely devastated by the way the receptionist treated me upon walking into the salon and throughout my visit. I was excited about my visit to nails galore because of the reviews but I was unfortunately met with immediate poor customer service. The receptionist is rude. Not in a "I'm having bad day and I'm tired" rude but RUDE RUDE... like entitled rude. She didn't even formally greet me when I arrived but instead she just looked at me and asked what do I want done in a very unwelcoming manner. When we started going over the price she was all over the place offering nothing in writing (a brochure) which I lived to regret later when the price was inflated for a gel manicure. The receptionist repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending manner when I asked what color she used on her nails (because I thought they were pretty) telling me that it was color number "403" while handing me a basket full of disorganized gel nail examples to look through to find it. After sitting there attempting to find what she was talking about I let her know that I couldn't find it and she told me to keep looking so I did. She eventually snatched the basket away and to my surprise (not really) it was not in there. The receptionist had pink (apparently 403) gel painted nails with a gel pink glitter that looked amazing so I decided on that. When the it was time to paint my nails, I reminded the nail tech of what I wanted and she spoke to the receptionist( in Vietnamese of course) & the receptionist handed her what looked like some random glitter in a bottle and then I was told that it would be extra for the gel glitter. When I asked her to explain the increase in price she couldn't and said it was because material was "different" and cost more. Come to find out after researching it (online) it was the same quality and brand as the pink gel that she used for the base coat but not the same one as the one on the receptionist nails...(again surprised) (not really). The glitter that she put on my nails looks like something most kids wear who are between the ages of 5 and 11. I brought it to her attention and asked to compare it to her nails and she didn't allow me to she just insisted that it was the same and that it just looked different because the pink I choose (as the base color because 403 was a tad to dark for my complexion) was a bit lighter as if I couldn't see the difference between the pink fairy dust glitter she had on her fingers and the obviously larger green, yellow and sliver speckles that were placed on mine. This experience was a nightmare and if the nail shop wasn't full of people when may have perceived me as bitchy I would have definitely handled the situation differently but I didn't want make a scene. Now you may be asking why I didn't leave upon the initial impression and believe me I wish that I had. I won't be returning....I just hope this post saves someone from having to be treated with the same demeaning attitude and inflated prices. The actual manicure itself was decent. read more

I've been here 3 times and have gotten 3 different nail technicians. So far, I've been satisfied with the quality of work from each of them. During my first visit here, I got gel nails and it lasted a whole month with no cracking or chipping! The gel wasn't applied too thick or anything, it was perfect. The lady also made sure that my nails were even, etc. Today, I got gel nails again but with a different woman, and the quality of the service was also very good. I would def recommend this place! They have a lot of colors and designs to choose from and the price point is amazing, especially for the quality of work. I'm the type of person to keep trying different places, but this is a place I'm going to stick to. read more

I will never return to this place. When this salon first opened it was great. The experience was wonderful. It was clean, the customer service was good, the staff was attentive, the massages were consistently a fair amount of time. As this nail salon started to get busier whenever I would go in I felt so rushed! So I tried out other nail salons over the last year and nail hopped. This past Monday I was in a pinch and had a day off and this was one nail salon that was open so I said ok I'll give it another try. Wow, I wish i didn't spend my money here. The girl that did my pedicure was very quick, she cut my skin and it bled and continued to use her tool on my bloody skin! Talk about unsanitary! I was appalled and disgusted. She didn't even bother to apply pressure to the spot until I grabbed the dirty towel and did it myself. The chair was full of nail dust particles from the prior person sitting there, the towels were dirty probably should get new towels or use one per customer and then wash it for the next person. The chairs need to be dusted off so that customers aren't sitting in filth. To top it off, the employee told me she didn't feel like working well girl I don't blame you working in that dirty place. read more

I hate to post a "bad review" but I am so unhappy and shocked at how poor of a job was done. I went in yesterday, Monday 5/14 at around 530 pm. I am very specific as to what I want and usually make sure to check all throughout the process to make sure everything looks good. I asked my lady to do long, coffin shaped nails, I also added I like them narrow and thin, Someone had started on my pedi at the same time and I admit I was distracted by that and how I kept getting told to pick a color because every other customer was waiting on me. The lady asked me if the length was okay after she already cut and it was way too short. I made a comment about how short they are and then she asked "oh you want them longer?" I already knew it would be downhill from there. So many nails are uneven, crooked... the paint job wasn't done well, I have lots of air bubbles, there was no attention to detail, the corners look horrible. This was honestly the worst full set I've ever had which is so disappointing because I really wanted this place to be my new go to salon since it's close to home, I can't believe I paid 63 dollars for my toes and hands to be done at this level of quality. Person on the phone was rude and said to come earlier and separately and I told her I couldn't because we were together. She said she wouldn't take us in. Very sad and disappointed with nails galore. I have been a regular along with all my family and friends however I will never, ever go there again. Last weekend I attempted to take my mom who is handicap and in a wheelchair. I was rudely informed they do not take handicap people because it was a liability risk. No that's called discrimination. this place is the worst. i specifically called for a quick nail appointment on my lunch break, so my time was scheduled for 12:15pm. 12:30pm and still no one has started my nails. I ask 5 minutes later (after already been waiting for 20!) and she says they are short staffed and I have to wait another 15 minutes. Let me start off by saying, everyone here is very sweet! They were able to take me in last minute even when they were extremely busy! I had a pretty good experience, even tho I feel like the lady who was doing my nails seemed rushed (can't blame her I was a last min appt). Over all my nails and toes came out great! Not to mention the first time I ever came here I forgot my wallet at home!! I live about 45 mins away from this place, I decided to check it out since it's down the street from my job which is on the way home. They were so understanding and they allowed me to come back the next day to pay them! Apparently it happens quite often. Such an embarrassing experience but they did not make me feel bad about it one bit!! Also I deducted a star because they do not accept tips through debit, they have an ATM machine which you have to deposit money out from just to tip. For the amount of money I paid for my acrylic set, I don't think the service or the result was worth it. The lady doing my nails didn't cut my cuticles or push them back. She cut my nails and just put the fake nail tips over it, DIDNT even file them so my nail is jagged underneath. She didn't make the nail lengths and shapes the same on both hands and didn't even ask me if the shape was okay until she was basically done. She was too focused on the design element that she couldn't the the fundamentals. As a person that has only done nails at home before this, I am unhappy with the results and lack of basics. I asked her to fix the shape of my nail and she gave me a bs excuse and just overall very unfriendly when I would ask her to fix certain elements. The fact that I had to file them down the same day AFTER getting them done professionally, baffles me. She also agitated my cuticles and nail bed while trying to shape the nail? She was pushing my nail bed back with her finger and she pulled at the sides because she got acrylic on them. The fact she's used a giant brush to apply the acrylics itself is crazy to me. read more

And the other day I accidentally smudged my toe when I was leaving and came back immediately to fix it and the girl in the front told me to sit down and wait for someone to be available... I used to come here for my nails because they did such a good job. But recently I had gotten a fill, and within a few days two of my nails came off. So I went in to get them replaced, and the girl in the front was very rude, saying they were too busy and to come back tomorrow. When I tried explaining to her that I worked the next day, she told me to come back the next day. So I went back the next day, and the same girl said the same thing and that she didn't remember me, and to come in the next day. Walked in for a pedicure and it was super busy but I didn't have to wait at all. Lena did my pedicure and was very nice and thorough.

I travel a lot and when I'm in the area I always stop by for a pedi and mani. Holly the owner is super nice! Today I had Helen for a gel pedi and extra massage. She's so awesome!!
