Walked in waited over five minutes before anybody even greeted me. They were helping a previous customer but they didn't even say hello. Thank you for coming in. Then when they finally got to me, she just said do you have an appointment not welcome how are you? What's your name and I said no and she said well then you can wait 30 minutes and I said no thank you and walked out. Unfortunately they won't be getting my business. I came to get a medi & pedi! I paid for the deluxe pedi (coming after a LONG day of work) and being excited for a good pedi with a 10 min massage. Instead I received a very light rub on my legs and feet. I was expecting something stronger with more effort. I come here all the time and 9/10 I like the service. Today remade me think about coming back... I also asked to see if I could get my ring finger looked at as I thought I had an ingrown nail. She said yes and then didn't relook at it. I asked for a chrome look and I definitely did not get that. Instead I feel like I got a quick job done. I didn't get all dead skin removed. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and didn't get what I wanted. read more

While I have always received good service here & they have always been nice. My only complaint is that they over file your nails here. They use the drill to remove gel which is not the correct method (many shops will use the drill because it's faster). Even after asking them to soak off, the pedicurist insisted that she still needed to drill off the remaining gel (other shops can remove it with a buffer/file, not the drill). I have never had an issue with thin nails except after 2 pedicures here. My nails eventually began to break and split. Now, I am currently undergoing a treatment of growing out my toe nails and cannot get a pedicure for 3-6+ months due to this. She over-filed my nails so bad that they began to split down the middle causing the nail to lift from the nail bed. My podiatrist recommended I stopped coming here & advised me to go elsewhere. I am only writing this review so that the owners can take into consideration that although drilling is faster, it is not effective & will have you lose your regular customers. read more

The sweetest customer service and most organized with appts. I love a clean and calm environment and this gives just that! If you've never gotten your lashes done before they'll help you find exactly what you're looking for. If you have gotten your lashes done they listen to what you want and make it happen! First you're greeted by a super nice receptionist who makes the check in process so easy. I had a list of things I needed and it was all done with ease. Chrome manicure/pedicure. My first time here and I had an amazing experience with Susan. She's so sweet and her attention to detail was top notch. She took her time and did not rush. I love how she shaped them and it's probably the best french tip I've had in the longest. I usually get the regular gel manicure but she recommended the gel builder and I absolutely love it. So happy to find La Noir Nails on Yelp! Called early this morning and they were available to take me right away. I went for a refill on my dip nails and decided on a pedicure. I had Alice on my nails she did a fantastic job and had Rose on my feet. Rose had some magical hands with her message skills. I opted for the $58.00 pedicure as it included a lot of extras and this steam looking machine that I found very intriguing and have never seen. I got a 10 minute message with the steam or mist on my legs and it felt wonderful. One of the best pedicure experiences I have ever had . The location is very clean and bright and cheery . Amazing shop! I am definitely not the type to get my nails done but I am so thankful I chose this place. I had my nails done at a different place and they were soooo bad. Just giant, chunky, white globs.... I came here and they told me they would fix my nails and make sure I left happy. Nancy, my nail tech was sooo amazing. She was gentle and very knowledgeable. She was the one who designed my nails and she listened to everything I wanted. All of her suggestions made the experience 10x better!! Very warm welcoming on weekday morning. I was new to check out this place and stuck with shellac. Wow there were so any colors to choose from! Cindy was patient and recommended several color options when I showed her photos of what I was thinking. Come to the design part, although it didn't match what I showed her she still tried. She was sweet and did her job well. I left with happy nails and a punch card to return. I would recommend this place and will drop in again next time I'm in the area. Update: I'm happy to write that it's been 10 days now and my nails are still going strong. Only one minor ship! read more

By the time I got home one of my toe nails polish was completely gone. The lady at reception was super sweet but the two that worked on my nails did a horrible job..fast and no effort. I'm not the type to complain so I didn't...but I wasn't surprised when I got home and saw my nails did gone because their effort was horrid! read more

I really liked this place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the tech that did my nails, Lynn, knew exactly what I wanted and was able to recreate it. It came out so cute! I got short almond gel-x, cat eye, and designs. It came out just like my inspo pictures. I have been going to La Noir Nails and Lashes for my nails and my daughter's nails. Tweety who is up front is always really nice, greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. So this time I thought let's give their lash techs a shot. Tweety scheduled me with Joyce and she took good care of me. She asked me what style I was looking for, if I had pictures for reference, length, all the little details that made my lashes come out perfectly. Joyce was also very nice and gentle with her hands. She seemed quick too, but she took her time to make sure my the glue was not stuck to other lashes, if there was discomfort, she helped alleviate it. She took the time to make sure she got all my lashes. I used to get my lashes done about 5 years ago, and now I think I'll be getting them done again and not just for special occasions. I highly recommend coming here. You can't go wrong with Tweety and Joyce! read more

New favorite nail salon! Usually only get my nails done once in a while, but their prices were more affordable than I've seen around: $45 for dip powder and gel plus $5 for French tips. Called in the morning and made an appointment for later that afternoon, service was great! She was super gentle and paid close attention, honestly the best manicure experience I've had! I have short fingers, so I loved the way she did my nails. She was super sweet and I felt very comfortable! And she was quick, finished in about an hour. Very kind staff and accommodating! Clean interior and lots of parking available. My only complaint is that I wish they'd separate the dip powder into a separate cup or just sprinkle the powder on the nail for sanitary reasons. I know it's a common practice, but just personal preference. read more
