I came in for a manicure and pedicure and had a very poor experience. The nail tech cut my index finger, the work felt careless, my cuticles were left dry and uneven, and the nail shapes and color were inconsistent. The pedicure water was uncomfortably hot, and the nail tech asked overly personal questions that made me uncomfortable. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would like a refund. Nails are always great. I do really love the service here, BUT unfortunately it can be hit or miss at times. I now have my new favorite and second favorite person for nails. I would not recommend getting your waxing done here. Especially if you care about keeping full eyebrows. Aside from that, great job with nails. I came here a few weeks ago and had Amy - she was fantastic. I did hard gel nail and she was very pleasant, fast, and did a great job. Fast forward to last weekend. Called and they were not taking any appointments. Walk ins only. Unfortunately, Amy doesn't work on Sunday's and desperately needed to take off gel and just get a regular manicure. When I walked in, there was 1 person in front of me. I sat and waited for walk in appointment for myself and also noted my husband was coming in to get regular men's manicure. Sat for a little and waited. I got the gentleman that works there. I don't remember his name, but terrible manicure. Gel pedicure OK, not the worst I've had but the regular manicure one of the worst. As he was painting, he wasn't going all the way to the side edge of the nail and told me not to worry it's 2 coats. I wish I had taken a picture because you could see how the two coats didn't match up. On top of things to be worst, I didn't like the color I initially picked out, walked to the front, was maybe back in less than a minute, he had run to the back to smoke a cigarette and I'm waiting in the chair to finish up and wreaks of cigarettes- mind you, it's almost closing and I'm his last customer. He couldn't have waited?! Disgusting to smell of cigarettes and have to sit there. My husband was kind enough to pay for our services, I must have said about EIGHT TIMES regular manicure for me. He was overcharged and told me the amount and was thinking to myself, how is this manicure $50ish dollars - then the guy says oh, you don't want gel. No buddy, I have said this multiple Times. So had to have my Husband come back for refund and he even told the girl at the front 2 times I was getting a regular manicure before paying. Then she's ready to leave asking where he is. If only people would LISTEN they would hear the first time. Not to mention my manicure I guess was /is $30 and was garbage. :( read more

I went into this salon with a simple request -- I didn't have time for a full manicure, so I just wanted to fix 2-3 nails and change their color. While I was explaining this to one of the staff, they were already giving me strange looks, likely because of my accent. Then, right in front of me, an older lady sitting nearby decided it was a "good moment" to reach out and shake hands with the man I was talking to -- right in my face -- as if to dismiss me completely. The message was loud and clear: I wasn't worth their time. It was unprofessional, rude, and yes, racist. A pearl iridescent on my fingers and a dark grey metallic on my toes. Jennifer came and got me and did my manicure first which is preferred by me. Writing this about a week after I had my nails done here. Unfortunately, the quality is just not there. I got a "no chip" manicure (which I've been getting for years) at this salon for the first time, as my regular salon was booked up. 2 days after this was done, I already had two (noticeably) chipped nails, and had others lifting around the edges. Now, a week later, nearly half of my nails have peeled off. This should not be happening, and hasn't happened this early on for me, at my regular salon. I believe it's due to poor application of the product. I did call to see if I could have these nails fixed after the original chipping (2 days after the service) and I was told I could not schedule an appointment for this, but instead would have to walk in and wait whenever I decided to come in. Because of this, I didn't even go in to get them touched up. I'm not going to sit there and wait around for them to have a random opening to fix their own mistake. Poor customer service. All in all- not worth the money or hassle. Won't be returning, unfortunately. read more

Absolutely horrible. I went in with strong nails that never break. They removed my gel polish (which I do not always use) with the electric dremel file, burned and completely ruined my nails. They have been breaking and splitting for weeks ever since. When I tried to tell them not to use it, the technician just giggled, said I had sensitive nails and carried on. Painful and terrible. I moved here 7 months ago from Nashville and I've been to countless salons. I have had a terrible time trying to find someone who is tentative and does a great job. Then I met Ty! He is INCREDIBLE. He ALWAYS does a great job. He takes his time, but not too much time. He pays always pays attention to what I ask for. My nails hold up for 4-5 weeks now and almost never crack or break. (If they ever do it's my fault bc I'm so hard on my nails.) ok ladies, the shape! So important. He can do any shape you need and is super receptive if you'd like to correct/ change something! My nails are slim and never bulky! All I have to say about this one is, WOW, BOOK YOUR APPT and NEVER go to another nail salon again. I have visited this location about 4-5 times before yesterday and I have never had any issues with the two people I have used before. But yesterday's experience was unpleasant and I was extremely uncomfortable and unhappy with the nail tech. She did okay on my pedicure but once she started on my dip for my nails, I was unhappy and disliked how she did her job. I felt like she was in a rush and she couldn't find the proper tool to use. I kept telling her that my nails were uneven and not the same shape. Some of them are more square and some are more oval. One of my nails is thinner than the rest and you can see the lining of the tip I had put on. I than told her that I didn't even want them anymore and she proceeded to be rude about it and kept telling me to calm down and that I worry too much! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY NAIL TECH LAST NIGHT! Also, the color I chose apparently leave a yellow stain on my hands and has not come off yet, I mentioned that to her and a few other staff and they said it's okay it will come off. They also mentioned that other people that have used this color, the staining has happened to them. SO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THIS SPECIFIC COLOR (A80), I highly suggest you discontinue it. I have used other dip colors and I have never had this problem before. Seriously not happy with the outcome and I honestly hate looking at my nails. read more
