We had an appointment for two pedis and a mani but it didn't matter, we still had to wait. They did put the two of us getting pedis in the chairs right away, but we waited at least 10 minutes before one of us started. The person getting the mani started a little bit before that. The biggest problem I had was while one of us was getting a pedi and the other was waiting for someone to start their pedi, someone else that had walked in for a pedi, got taken care of first. The girl that did the mani ended up also doing one of the pedis. The girls that did our services were great, very friendly and spoke great English. Everyone there was friendly but the way they run things is not good. If you make an appointment, you should all get taken care of first. The end results look and feel good too. May or may not go back. read more

My nail lady told me to wash my hands, but i couldn't understand her because she was A. talking really quietly B. we had our masks on and C. there was a sheet of Plexi glass in between us which i understand because of covid. I asked her what she said and she repeated herself but yelled at me. She was very rude. I went with 2 other people and our total 90 dollars for gel manicures. All of our fingers still have nail polish on them. I have nail polish on the underneath of my nail. I would not go back. Rude customer service. read more

The people were nice at first, but definitely took advantage of us with the price. Not only did I get the complete shape that I did NOT want (because I asked for my square nails to be a bit rounded so the points on the squares didn't cut me from being so sharp, I was given completely rounded nails. I was definitely not a fan. But I was nice about it, Even though the shape shortened my nails a ton, and would've been better off leaving my nails natural since my acrylics were so short and mis-shapen. What really got me was when they charged an extra 10-15 for the "special shape" THAT I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR. I've never been anywhere that doesn't tell you what add ons cost more, and have been charged less for what I've actually wanted- even at higher end nail salons. Now I remember why I stopped coming here in the first place. Ps. If you're looking for focus and professionalism I wouldn't recommend this place even if you don't mind getting charged extra for awful work. Another worker was shoving a phone in front of my mothers nail tech there. I'd imagine someone would like the focus on the electric drill on their fingers instead of facetiming with a phone in front of their face. Unprofessional, plus dangerous. I cut nail salons a lot of slack, but this one is by far the worst. read more

I went in and there was a woman in front of me and they didn't even sanitize the station I was at before having me sit down not thinking about the global pandemic going on at all, absolutely absurd and they over charged us for our service and were rude to one of my friends while we were there because she couldn't hear them because they were talking very quiet. In conclusion I will not be going back there to mediocre service and I don't recommend. read more

i highly suggest NEVER going here. i went there for a fill (didnt have time to get to my regular place -Gentle Nails) I told the woman all I wanted her to do was to make a concave dip on the top of my nails. She didn't understand English very well so I explained her and showed her a few times, then finally drew a picture on my iphone app and showed her. instead, she carved off the sides of my nails and made them skinny & weird. no dip either, the nail she did replace is longer than the others. the guy argued with me for atleast 5 minutes in front of other customers saying i should've told her i didn't want her to make them skinny, they try to make them look natural (i came in with wide, long,(not-cream)white tips)... finally he agreed he'll redo them for free. that night the tip of my thumb cracked from cleaning my kitchen floor. as i waited to get them taken off, a girl handed me the phone- it was the guy telling me he won't take them off for free, but would redo them for free.. this was so weird to me, & obviously proved that he puts being spiteful ahead of being professional. $17 down the drain. LONG STORY SHORT: they messed up my nails, they cracked the first night, then refused to go through with his word & fix them. bad idea.
