I explained to them the problems I have with gel nails staying on, they offered me that they can help me ... Sure enough!! Tomorrow my gel nails will have been on for 2 weeks! Basically we all stray or for convenience reasons try a random place at times. Well the last salon ( set from there was maybe a week and a half old) was a mess, cracking lifting and chipping and a break. Not only this but I gave the nail tech there extra to clean up my dry peeling cuticles. Well Tammy really followed through with this request, meticulously trimming my dry skin and peeling ( that when anxious I'll pick at ahhh not good), and then did an amazing job on my fill. She evened them all out ( they were embrassingly crooked), and put a nice longer lasting faster drying acrylic polish. I was so pleased to have NEW hands, and now remember why I've been coming here almost ten years! Highly recommend

Earlier today around noon I called to see if they had availability for an acrylic soak off and then I was going to switch to dip. When I walked in a said once again that I wanted to get an acrylic soak off and dip. Everything was good until he was done filing off the gel polish, the nail tech took out the clippers and started cutting off most of my nail. After I protested multiple times he proceeded to grab a tip from the box and POP off the acrylic leaving layers of my nails exposed, cracked, and broken. Because I had such long nails there was skin underneath my nail which the tech ended up cutting on a few fingers as well leaving my nails throbbing. I know some have said that their cleanliness was questionable and it does not look the best but I have seen them clean up there stations and soak/clean their tools, its not the best but it's definitely NOT the worst I've seen. The vibe is okay it really depends on who you get but there are great relationships with their patrons and they all try to help one another when one is struggling with a design.
