I came back for experience last time, and somehow it got worse. My pedicure was fine. For the manicure, there was the one employee working on me who then left to do art on another person. That's fine, but the owner was overly aggressive with filing, and he made me bleed twice. He also drilled too hard under my nails resulting in one of them still hurting hours later. After he cut me the first time he apologized. When I asked if he could adjust the lines on the art because he attempted it even though he said the other employee was going to come back to do it, he got frustrated and told me to do it myself. Typically in salons if you need a fine line, they'll use a toothpick or something else smaller than the little bottle brush to get the effect. They did not do that. They were clearly talking about me in front of me, which was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back read more

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I will never go back into this establishment. The new owner is RUDE!!! I came into the salon for a refill and pedicure. The salon owner asked me to leave without finishing my nails because my 2 year old son was whining between his YouTube shows. The owner even had the nerve to shush my child for whining. Not to mention, the nail polish on my toes is uneven and needed an additional coat. This is THE most subpar nail experience I've ever had. I have been coming here since I was a kid... I came in after about 2 months of not. Terrible job on my nails it took them now 2x the time and my usual lady isn't here, they do my toes and the shellac just pops off as they are done so they had to redo them.. I ask them where everyone that used to be here is at and they just say on vacation...not coming back I am disappointed in the new management and workers. read more

"I heard a rumor " We had purchased my mom a gift certificate here for Mother's Day and so the day came to take her. We showed up at our appointment time and to my total amazement they were ready! I know right!? So as we're sitting there, here comes the rumor part, I hear someone mention that the gentleman who is doing her pedi (I guess it would be pretty rude and selfish of me to not share his name huh?) fine I'll share, but this is just between us ok? Liam was rumored to give the absolute BEST foot massage... me from the other chair almost gets whiplash as I jerk my head around "Really?! Do tell..!" After an intense interrogation he does offer this service ala cart $30 for 15 minutes maybe (you'll understand that maybe in a minute) So I booked myself an appointment with "Him" was handed the menu and of course my eye glaze over as I'm not one to frequent nail salons. Then I said the thing that had him blushing and laughing at the same time.."I heard you give good foot , prove it!" Oh let me just tell you... He did! As I have said in other reviews, I will absolutely judge someone based solely (pun so intended) on the quality of their foot work! And he didn't just rock my feets world (just go with it) he totally got the leg work down as well! I also have to say that I really liked the fact that you didn't get smacked in the face by the smell of... I don't know what it is, but whatever that smell is whenever you walk into a nail salon. And it's also nice that the music isn't blaring so loud that you can't carry on a conversation in a normal tone. Another thing that really made me happy with the whole place was the patience and care they showed my mom. It's the first time in a long time that she didn't complain one single time that something was hurting or after I got her home that she didn't like something. And for that alone... social distancing and the wearing of masks along with proper hand washing is VERY important during this pandemic and I have observed this facility doing a pretty good job in maintaining these protocols during the first couple of visits, yet during my last visit in mid October after I had been enjoying my services that early morning things changed. I noticed them allowing a customer in who sat there the entire time without her mask as she was being serviced, then when she was done, walked through the salon without a mask as she told everyone goodbye. The other problem I had, was a customer showed up with a child and instead of them maintaining the vacant seat next to me, they sat the child there when there was CLEARLY a vacant seat on the other side of the adult who brought her where they could've placed the child, to continue maintaining the PHYSICAL distance between customers....that made me very uncomfortable. of course it had nothing to do whether the other vacant chair worked or not, because the child was not being serviced so I just didn't understand the logic of the placement. The pedicure service was fabulous, but the stress of my safety being compromised wasn't pleasant. read more

First of all they are overpriced, but setting this aside, go anywhere else to get ur nails done if you dont want to waste your money. The lady that painted my ten year olds nails was rude to her. The one that did my nieces nails cut her and the worst part is the nails started popping off like press on nails about 4 days after we got them done. I paid 30 dollars for one niece and 37 for the other and between the two f them they have 10 nails left. Never going back Driver a little further to nail fx. Its worth it!!! read more

I was pretty upset and fully expected to have to pay for them to be fixed. I called and the employees were more than happy to help fix the polish and didn't charge me! This experience was a nightmare. I came in for a refill on my nails, same color. The tech not only broke a nail but completely tore my skin up. I bled for a good 10 minutes. She also hit the skin on 9 other nails making two more bleed. She didn't pay attention. I went to pay and was charged EXTRA for a new nail bc one broke. I did not break the nail! I went to NailWorks as it was convenient due to my location yesterday. I asked the nail technician, very nicely, to please not buff my nails so much as they are naturally thin. When she began working on my nails, she began buffing them and she did it so much that I had to pull my hands away. When it came time to dry my nails with the LDE light, she repeated herself over and over again, telling me each hand had to dry 3 times, 3 times, 3 times.... I told her, ok I got it. Eventually I told to please have patience and understand that I went in to relax and to just get a manicure after a long day of work. But no, she insisted on rushing the entire service. Once she was "done" I noticed she didn't make any effort to clean the leftover polish on my skin and when I told her, she proceeded to take it off with her nails. I took my hands away and told her not to worry about it and that was ready to pay. The nail on my index finger has some fuzz from the cotton and she just painted over it, which made that nail darker, as it had an extra coat. Most women go in to relax but she rushed the service. I was in there for maybe 30 minutes tops, even though I asked her to please take her time. The place was not busy, there were 3 clients while I was there, so there was no need to rush.
