AVOID AVOID AVOID. The technician made me bleed, then the person next to her, who could speak some English, blamed it on me and my skin around my toes. I have been getting pedicures for over 30 years and no one has ever made me bleed. Went in with my sister, we ordered same services, her pedi was done 30 minutes before mine. I haven't had a pedicure in over a year. I was waiting for my toenail to fall off from my marathon training. It finally fell off today. I called at 11:30 am and asked if they were busy at noon and they said to come on in. I found this location on Yelp. It was easy to find in a strip mall. There was plenty of parking. You are required to sign in and request your service. I sat and waited less than 5 minutes. I liked that they didn't try to upsale me. I picked the basic pedicure for $30. The pedicure was pretty typical. My pedicurist was smiling and seemed to be happy working. That always makes me feel better. The massage chair was a little weak but it was better than nothing. The pedicure was done well. The establishment was clean and cute. I love the crystal chandeliers. I will definitely come back. read more

My husband and I had pedicures in early December (2025). We really liked the friendliness and cleanliness of the establishment. Tony did my pedicure and it turned out great. Wendy (I'm sorry that I'm not sure of her name -- very sweet, efficient and fluent English speaker -- when you read this, please tell me her name!) did my husband's, and she really trimmed his nails well. He plays Pickleball and likes his nails short. In his previous pedicure experiences technicians are often hesitant to go short, so he was very pleased. Great overall experience. read more

Where do I begin? How about: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place scams you. I got charged $160 for what I thought was individual eyelashes, had an allergic reaction to the glue & a rushed experience. The techs name was Anna (Anh) and she's the "manager" as well as the ONLY lash tech. This experience RUINED my natural lashes. This was supposed to be for a special occasion: my 28th birthday. The entire experience from start to finish was beyond horrific. From sitting down with a tech which is inexperienced in acrylic to a know it all manager who threatened to ban me when all I did was tell the truth online. Some people just can't handle the truth of the matter: they don't take time or care in the quality of the work they provide. The environment of the whole salon is cold, uninviting and just plain boring. The nail technicians included. Henry can barely speak English. Yes 100% love my nail tech Tony he is the best. They are clean accommodating and polite. They don't try to sell you things and the receptionist is amazing she knows me by name. And she is so friendly and offers you water and if they are running behind she lets you know and keeps you updated. I love it here. read more

Got a basic pedi but the lady who did it was fantastic! It was fast and efficient but luxurious. The foot massage and lotion after the basic pedi was worth the money! We made reservations since it was a Saturday and were greeted by the hostess with a smile who brought us to our chairs immediately despite the salon being very busy. i got my nails done a few weeks ago here and the lady that did my nails seemed very rushed. she didn't take the time to push back my cuticles at all. before she started putting on the acrylic she called another nail tech over and said something in another language but from what i could understand the brush she had wasn't the right size but did my nails with it anyway. she slapped some acrylic on and barely filed them down. the sides of my nails were very wonky and lumpy. at the end of my service she put a chrome powder on my nails and got the chrome powder all over my cuticles and the base of my nails as well. and when i came in the door the receptionist was a little rude, i came in and said "hi i have an appointment for ___ at 11:00" as nicely as i could and she pointed at an ipad and told me to check in on the the ipad. over all i don't think i will be going back to diamond nail bar again. read more

so maybe it's my own fault I've been there four times. The only time I had a good experience was the first time. two other times they actually cut me and I bled a lot. Today I went in for removal of dip polish. Ended up the guy used gel. Twice I asked for a French manicure that wasn't tipped as white as they normally use. Very nice salon and quick service. I did not like the final look. I left after they were done and I was embarrassed. The front desk gal gave me a coupon and asked if I wanted to redo them but I figured it would be okay and I would get over it. Well, I did not. The more I looked at it and used my hands, the more upset I was about walking out of the salon. I called and I was told I could go back and get them redone. I ended up going two days later and I got the same nail tech who was upset that she had to redo. They came out exactly the same and then I was told I had to wait for them to dry before leaving. Mary, the nail tech does not wait for the paint to dry before putting the clear coat, does not paint edges or evenly and does not clean excess paint besides just using her nail. She also smacked my legs with a rag because a fly landed on while she was painting my nails. This was a one time experience because it was last minute and it was expensive. read more

Short version: go elsewhere. Y'all...my sister and I booked services for 12:15. A gel pedicure for me and a manicure. My sister specifically told them I had acrylic nails on and wanted them taken off and then just a regular manicure. She booked a regular pedicure for herself. We arrived to no one at the front and another person that had been waiting at the front with no idea what to do - trying to figure out their check-in process. Another woman also had a 1215 appointment and was seated and waiting. Eventually a gentleman came to the front to talk to us and we all explained what we were doing. He refused the walk-in and told the rest of us that he would be with us shortly. Ten minutes passed. By this time it was nearly 1230. He finally came out. We sat down at the chairs around 12:30. Maybe a little after. We waited. And waited. We debated leaving. We should have left. We didn't. Why didn't we just leave? We didn't leave because we had a short window of time where someone was watching the kids so we could get this pedicure. We should have just left and gone to lunch. After more waiting, the gentleman at the front returned to ask us which specific services we wanted. I explained that I had acrylics on and gel on my toes both of which would need to be removed for my services. He seemed concerned about my nails and went to work removing my gel polish from my toes. He wrapped my toes and left. I think he was trying to speed the process up for whoever would be taking care of me. More waiting. My sister still had not been seen by anyone for her pedicure since being seated. Eventually Lynn came and based on her response to my acrylic nails, I knew there wouldn't be time to get my manicure as well. So frustrating. At this point it was nearly 1. Lynn started on my pedicure and my sister was still waiting. During this time, we were never offered a drink or an upgrade to our services or even an apology for the nearly hour long wait. This led me to believe that this kind of service is common practice at this nail bar. So I started asking questions. I found out that at least two people were out. Lynn didn't think they were busy, but being short staffed was causing the wait. However, I also found out that our appointment was booked knowing people were out. There were never employees available at 12:15 for our appt. I explained our situation to Lynn. She made it clear that no one knew I had acrylic on. She also said that she wasn't sure why no one was scheduled for us at 12:15. I suspect it's common practice there, but she didn't want to throw anyone under the bus. So at this point, everyone who we have spoken to knows that we have waited an obscene amount of time and still no options were provided to make up for this delay. At this point it was 1:09 and my sister still didn't have anyone working on her service. I asked Lynn if she knew what time someone would be working on my sister as we had to leave by 2:15. Thirty seconds later someone showed up. My pedicure was fine. She did a great job painting my toes. My sisters toes are not okay - there are hooks where her nails should have been filed and her toes are not painted well. Her girl was very chatty about personal things. Sweet, but clearly young and perhaps a little inexperienced. Or maybe she was just chatting and distracted. All in all, it took us about two hours to get a pedicure. One was good. One was not. I never got the manicure. A passing apology was given when my pedicure was finished but not for the wait, for not having the extra time to do my manicure. There was no offer to give us a drink while we waited, upgrade the services or discount the services after waiting a full hour and not being able to get the manicure I was scheduled for. To be honest it was a total train wreck. We won't ever go back and we recommend you avoid it too. Of course we tipped and of course we were not rude to anyone, nor did we demand special treatment or discounts, etc. I simply think that someone should have offered something. Certainly, don't schedule an appointment for 12:15 if you don't have the staff to cover it. This is not a personal attack to anyone in the business. They were all nice. It is simply bad business to schedule appointments you don't have the staff to fulfill and it's poor service to not compensate those people for the excessive wait time and complete lack of communication. We absolutely should have left but our experience may help you avoid a similar experience. read more

I had to wait probably 20-25 min with my feet in cold water until someone came over. As soon as I got my nail tech, Heather, I was taken care of! Made an appointment for a new set for 2pm and arrived at 2pm. A lady and her granddaughter arrive around 2:15 and I overheard that her appointment was for 2:30. They both get served before me. Then, someone else came in around 2:25 and they get a spot within minutes. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional and assured me it would only take a few more minutes. Unfortunately, that just didn't happen. I waited a half an hour and three people who came in after me all went before me. Kinda sucked especially since it was my birthday too lol but whatever. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. my daughter and I who happen to be black came in on Sunday which is walk in only and we were told 10 minutes. Which turned into 45 minutes for her and I still wasn't serviced and walked out. They will not have an opportunity to receive my business! I am highly irritated, and being the only black people in the establishment makes this feel very racially motivated. Please support businesses that make you feel wanted and that will value the money you have to spend. This is not it!!! read more
