I have been going to Inspire salon for close to ten years. The first three or four times I had…read moredifferent stylists before I found Erin. Erin is awesome! She is the one who put the feathers in my hair in my profile picture. She always listens likes to stay current on hair trends and always willing to try new ideas with you. And will tell you if she doesn't think it will work as well as you have pictured in your head. That does happen to me often. If the world was like how it is in my head I would have really cool hair all the time. Plus Erin is super sweet and easy to talk to. The salon is always clean, neat and comfortable to be in. I know they offer a ton of services besides hair that I have never tried and hopefully will get to in the future.

Both seemed like they were applying the products properly. But, within 24 hours, a couple of my dip nails were chipped and cracking so I went back and had them fixed by Betsy. I tipped her for her time but the service was complimentary. After another day or two, more nails were popping off completely and chipping still so I went back for a total redo with Hellen. She charged me $25 even after I told her how wrong and unfair that was. I asked her to have a manager call me. She called back and told me I would not be refunded but could have a $25.00 credit with her and her only when I came back. After a few more days, my toes and fingers all looked like complete crap. I've had these services done regularly for many years and have never not had the products last 2-4 weeks at least. Obviously something was really wrong with their products. I called to tell them but never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing. Will not return. New York Nail Bar has been really awesome and highly recommend their salon!

(shout out to Andrew and Vanessa,…read morethey were amazing) i had an appointment today but they started 15 minutes late. that's fine. my dip manicure was okay for the most part, but someone else had to completely re do the top coat at the end, because it was bumpy and uneven and looked like i painted it myself with a goopy top coat. i was moved around a lot. i would sit in a chair and then someone would say wait come sit over here. it was just kind of odd. my pedicure involved ice cold water, cuticles untouched, and still calluses on my feet but i paid for that service. i was never asked what shape i prefer my toenails so they are pretty square. not a huge fan of that. i tried a few times giving this place a shot with the new owners but i just don't plan on returning again.

I stated don't have to give me a refund but I will be leaving a bad review as I did hear good things about New York nail bar. I will never return to them and I hope they get better employees who care about what they are providing their customers and not be rude.

I initially had a great experience. The service seemed good, and I had no problems or concerns…read morewhile I was there. The technician asked what I wanted, and I requested acrylic toes. Everything went smoothly, and I left happy with no complaints. However, a few weeks later, I removed the acrylic and was shocked by what I saw. My toenails looked extremely unhealthy. One of my big toenails looked like it was rotting and was so damaged that it felt like it could fall off at any moment. The big toe on my other foot developed what appeared to be an infection. I have never had issues like this before getting my toes done here, so this was extremely upsetting. The condition of my toes became so concerning that I had to go to the hospital to get them checked. I was evaluated by a medical professional and had to be put on medication because of the infection. No one should have to deal with something like this after getting their nails done. I called the salon to explain what happened and see how we could resolve the issue, but instead of helping me, the person I spoke with hung up on me multiple times. That level of customer service was completely unprofessional and made the situation even worse. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I left the salon happy, but the condition my toenails were left in and the way my concerns were handled completely changed my opinion. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0/10.
